Donald Trump was asked, point blank, if a foreign adversary like Russia might have poisoned Graham. Additionally, Trump trashed the late senator, “grading” him on loyalty while claiming that some of his last words were an attempt to push Trump’s legislative agenda. Additionally, Graham had just returned from Kyiv. Ukraine continues to weather a merciless, years-long invasion from Russian forces. “Do you have any suspicions or worries; do you think we know the whole story about his death?” Kelly asked. “To answer the conspiracy theory, I would love to say yes, but I think he had some problems,” Trump began his answer. Elsewhere, Trump characterized Graham’s death by saying that part of the late senator’s body “literally blew up.” He also insisted that, hours before Graham’s death, they had spoken on the phone about Trump’s attempt to exert massive federal control over elections, enacting voter suppression in all 50 states. “He wanted to pass the SAVE America Act,” Trump claimed, “and I said, ‘Well, we’re going to get it done, Lindsey. We’re going to get it done. I’ll see you, like, soon.’” ‘Now he had one bad moment’ On Monday, July 13, Trump called into Fox & Friends, as is his habit, where he shared “praise” and critiques of the late senator. He awarded Graham a “99 instead of “100” due to what he called “one bad moment” when Graham, on the floor of the Senate, supported respecting the vote of the American people. “Now he had one bad moment, and that was you know on the January 6 thing,” Trump complained. He claimed: “Then he called me like about 40 minutes later, and he said, ‘Did I really say that? I can’t believe it,’ and he took it back … so I give him a 99 instead of a 100.” Just to be clear, there are no records of any such conversation. That includes the January 6th Committee’s documentation. As always, one could choose to believe that Trump is telling the truth, but why? Similarly, there is no evidence to back up Trump’s claim that some of Graham’s final words were to push for Trump’s attempt to exert unprecedented federal control over elections. Now, Graham was an obsequious creature to the core of his being. It is entirely possible that he told Trump exactly what he wanted to hear over the phone. But given Trump’s history of telling provable lies — whether they serve his agenda or just make him seem important — there’s no real reason to believe this. Being graded on how desperately loyal you were is a hell of a eulogy to get. But Graham truly deserved no less. Perry is a complex, even polarizing figure — for the messaging in his shows and films, and for his personal life. Now, he alleges that Rodriguez’s legal team is attempting to blackmail him into settling through the deposition process. Perry says that he’s not afraid to answer questions about his sexual orientation — but that it’s not a relevant topic to the lawsuit. According to the documents, Rodriguez’s team asked the court to sanction Perry for alleging to refuse to appear at a deposition. The implication seems to be that Perry is avoiding a deposition where Rodriguez’s team plans to ask him if he is attracted to men. (Physical attraction is not the primary factor in sexual assault and is sometimes not a factor at all, but it is arguably a pertinent question.) Team Rodriguez alleges that Perry refused to sit for the deposition. Team Perry says that this isn’t true. Perry’s attorney’s filing claims that the media mogul already agreed to sit for a deposition. According to the documents, his team accuses Rodriguez of holding the “backwards belief” that Perry would “be embarrassed to answer questions about his sexual orientation.” Perry says that he’s not embarrassed to answer questions. According to his filing, Rodriguez’s planned questions are pressure to attempt to get him to settle the case rather than be deposed. If that was the intention, it does not appear to be working. If he’d settled, he could have avoided further depositions According to Team Perry, the motion to depose him was a direct response to him turning down a multi-million dollar settlement proposal. Allegedly, Rodriguez’s attorneys are attempting to pressure Perry into a settlement. (To be fair, that is literally their job as attorneys. This is a lawsuit. The legal system doesn’t function properly without lawyers doing their jobs.) Perry’s team also argues that questions about his sexual orientation aren’t relevant to the case. They argue, and not incorrectly, that it is a “bigoted stereotype” that a man attracted to men would be more likely to commit assault. (Human sexuality is complex, and a substantial number of sexual assaults on men are committed by straight men.) Perry is asking the court to sanction Rodriguez $7,300, accusing him of abusing the discovery process. Meanwhile, Rodriguez is suing Perry for $77 million in damages. He accuses the mega-producer of befriending him at a gym, casting him in a film, and eventually inviting him to his home to touch his genitals without consent. We noted that he is not the first man to sue Perry. With this in mind, Perry likely cannot avoid certain questions in any depositions — making them a poor tool for blackmail, if that were the alleged intent. A benign tumor might not spread in the way that malignant cancer will, but a benign tumor can grow, impairing brain functions and even killing its victim. “In two weeks I’ll be undergoing a craniotomy to have it removed,” Joe wrote. For those who both do and do not understand that word, he confirmed: “Yeah brain surgery.” A craniotomy is a form of brain surgery that involves creating a small, temporary opening in the skull in order to directly access brain tissue, often to remove unwanted matter or to treat a hemorrhage. “@memorialsloankettering I’m doing my best to stay positive during this time,” Joe affirmed. But while the conversation reportedly included moments of laughter and surprising common ground, it also became so heated that it nearly turned physical. The interview reportedly took place Sunday inside a motel room in Philadelphia, where Hunter, 56, and Fuentes, 27, met for the first time. Sources told the outlet that tensions escalated dramatically during the conversation, with Callaghan allegedly stepping in to keep the two men from coming to blows. While details about exactly what sparked the confrontation remain under wraps, the exchange is said to have become explosive before cooler heads prevailed. The unlikely meeting reportedly came together after Fuentes contacted Callaghan in hopes of participating in an interview that would allow him to address what he believes are misconceptions about his views. She was just 39 years old. Neither she nor her medical team foresaw this happening quite so quickly,” they wrote on social media today, adding: “She was an incredible person who fought hard for her family, friends and raising awareness of this cruel disease.” Her death comes just months after Burrell married her longtime partner, Alex. In 2022, Burrell was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. At the time, doctors told her that 12 to 18 months to live. Instead, she persevered and lived to celebrate several important milestones, including her wedding and her son’s first day of school. She also dedicated herself to advocating for cancer patients everywhere, becoming a patron of Brain Tumor Research in 2023. In their statement, Burrell’s family praised her for bringing her “so much comfort and strength in her darkest moments” to other cancer patients and their families. They explained that what Burrell wanted most was “for other people to find hope in her story. None of that matters to JD Vance, who declares that Robinson is guilty — but believes that there is a “broader network” involved. (Photo Credit: Vincent Alban/Getty Images) ‘A broader network’ In a lengthy interview with (of course) Ben Shapiro’s The Daily Wire, Vance expressed that he is “always going to wonder” who else contributed to Kirk’s death on September 10, 2025. He claimed that he has followed the Robinson hearings to some extent, commenting that “the evidence against Robinson is just really, really compelling.” Vance assessed: “Do I think Tyler Robinson pulled the trigger and killed Charlie Kirk? Absolutely. I think the evidence is clear on that.“ For the record, Vance also publicly announced that he believes that UFOs are “demons.” In his defense, it’s possible that he does not believe this, and was merely making this claim to please Peter Thiel. Continuing, Vance believes that there may be others who helped Robinson without ever meeting him or knowing his name. Waxing conspiratorially, Vance began expanding upon the “broader network” whom he also blames. “Do I think that Tyler Robinson is part of a broader network of left wing radicals who have fomented and encouraged violence? Absolutely,” he announced. Vance continued: “Do I know that they communicated with Tyler Robinson before the shooting? No, I don’t have evidence for that.” Note that he’s not saying that he doesn’t believe that. He’s just admitting, grudgingly, that there’s no evidence that Robinson was part of some guerilla sleeper cell or whatever. “I’m always going to wonder,” Vance continued. “I’m always going to wonder what was said and how many contacts he had beforehand.” ‘I think there are a lot of people with blood on their hands’ Vance was also quick to emphasize that he’s not suggesting that Robinson would be exonerated if he were just a pawn of some vast organization or whatever. “By the way, it doesn’t mean that [Robinson’s] any less guilty,” he stressed. “But do I wonder if there are other people who are more directly involved in Charlie’s murder?” Vance asked. He answered: “Absolutely, because I don’t think that it’s possible for a young man to get radicalized like that without somebody encouraging him, whether informally or formally.” Vance insisted: “I think there are a lot of people with blood on their hands in the case of Charlie Kirk, but of course, the person most directly who has blood on their hands is Tyler Robinson.” Vance’s claims seem to, among other things, portray Robinson as a particularly Left-leaning individual. Admittedly, there is much that we do not know about the young man accused of killing Charlie Kirk. Including, of course, whether he actually did it. However, by all accounts from both internet spaces and people who know him, he sounds like something of a “political normie.” Some of the men who have targeted Donald Trump will ill-fated attempts have also fallen into this category. One knows that we live in a time of one-sided political extremism when assassins, would-be assassins, and alleged assassins are political centrists. As for who radicalized Kirk’s shooter … would that not simply be Kirk himself? The man’s own words, published after his death, were enough to get hundreds of people fired from their jobs. Charlie Kirk did not need the help of some shadowy network to radicalize people against him. It is unclear what more than his own words and deeds one would need. It looks like she’s aiming to drop her dad’s name and his toxic brand as soon as the judge signs off. She’s not only filed for the name-change in court, but taken out advertisements to announce it. In the Los Angeles Daily Journal, she has taken out an ad announcing that she has filed for a legal name change. From now on, she will be known as Zahara Jolie. Her ad even dares anyone with objections to let the court know. She has an upcoming hearing for a judge to formalize her name change. They can submit their written opposition before that date. 21-year-old Zahara filed her petition in June. Her legal request is to change her name from Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt to Zahara Marley Jolie. Zahara’s notice in the newspaper ran not once, but four times. (This is, by the way, required by California law.) June 16, June 23, June 30, and July 7 all saw her advertisement about dropping Pitt from her name. As for any objectors, they have until early autumn to voice their complaints. Her hearing will be on September 28. She’s not the first and certainly won’t be the last Zahara hasn’t been using the “Pitt” surname, as far as anyone can tell, for years. Like her, Maddox Jolie filed to legally formalize his name change in recent months. Vivienne also dropped his name socially and professionally, though she was a minor until this past weekend (happy birthday, Knox and Vivienne!). So did Pax. For years, mysterious “reports” claimed that Shiloh was a daddy’s girl who really wished that her parents would reconcile. Shiloh never confirmed anything of the sort. And, on the very day on which she turned 18, she filed to become Shiloh Jolie. That sends a clearer message than any unsubstantiated claims. TMZ also reports that sources close to Brad apparently think that Angelina Jolie, like a Machiavellian manipulator in a Shakespeare play, alienated their children Just because something is absurd does not mean that Brad doesn’t believe it, of course. Denial is a powerful thing. In reality, it seems clear from all of the evidence that has come out over the past decade (Angelina filed to divorce Brad in late 2016) that Brad didn’t need help alienating his children. He did that all by himself, and must now live with the consequences. But it may very well be true that, like so many awful parents, he would prefer to believe that this is all someone else’s fault, somehow. My heart is with his wife and family as they try to deal with the reality of this.” McClure noted that he served as the best man at Grisetti’s wedding. “Some of my all-time favorite memories were by this man’s side, playing his brother onstage for years, watching him inspire students while transforming the Musical Theatre program at Cal State Fullerton …and having the honor of being the Best Man at his wedding,” he wrote, adding: “[My wife] and I are beyond heartbroken. Communities around the world will never be the same without him.” “We love you Josh. Just a cataclysmic loss. Memorial info to come in time,” the actor concluded. Across social media, colleagues, friends, and a legion of adoring fans are paying tribute: “We all loved him so unbelievably much. He created light and thought and humor everywhere he went. From 2010 until 2011, Kim and Kris (her ex-husband, not her mom) had a whirlwind romance — one featured on magazine covers and on the family’s first reality series, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. 72 days of marriage and an ugly split (Kim filed for divorce while Kris wanted an annulment) later, it was over. Kris could have used this as a launching point, in conjunction with his basketball career, to build up a powerful and public brand. Instead, he retired from the NBA in 2017 and largely faded from view for years. But he didn’t drop off of the face of the planet. Weeks later, Alannah Keyser was removed from the cast amid allegations of racism. But while some productions might have delivered fewer episodes — or packed it in entirely — Love Island persevered and delivered what some fans are calling the most satisfying finale in franchise history. The final four couples of the season were Carl Schmidt and Aniya Harvey, Sincere Rhea and Melanie Moreno, Zach Georgiou and Kayda Bosse, and Bryce Dettloff and Trinity Tatum. In the end, Bryce and Trinity won the audience vote and took home the $100,000 cash prize. Carl and Aniya came in second place, followed by Sincere and Melanie in third, and Zach and Kayda in fourth. Ironically, given the many ups and downs of this season — both on camera and off — what set the finale apart was its wholesomeness. The new champs of ‘Love Island’ might be the franchise’s most beloved couple to date. Even the runner-up couples seemed genuinely happy for them. Was it the most dramatic finale in reality TV history? No. But maybe that’s what made it work so well. In 2026, many reality series, especially dating shows, seem to have lost the plot. These series were always supposed to be comfort fare, something to wind down to after a long day of dealing with the dramas and betrayals of real life. Now more than ever, we’re bombarded with strife and discord from the moment we open our eyes in the morning. Ironically, shows like Love Is Blind and The Bachelorette have responded by upping the ante and turning the drama up to 11. Love Island producers seem to understand that there’s something to be gained by heading in the other direction and offering a frothy hour of pretty people in swimwear, complete with wry voiceovers from a gently bemused Brit to remind you that no one is taking this stuff too seriously. Perhaps it’s not a formula that would work for every reality show. He described the late politician as “a fierce defender of our nation.” Eulogizing Graham, Patel continued: “and a true patriot who dedicated his life to the people of South Carolina and the United States.” Patel expressed: “Our prayers are with his family, loved ones, colleagues, and all those who knew him during this devastating time.” In an odd tweet, Kash Patel both eulogized Lindsey Graham and alleged that the FBI is in some way involved after his passing. In what capacity? Why? (Image Credit: Twitter) All of that was pretty normal for politicians and political figures singing the praises of the deceased. But he didn’t stop there. Patel then wrote: “The FBI is assisting local authorities and has made every necessary resource available.” What role would the Federal Bureau of Investigation have in the natural death of a 71-year-old? Whatever the reason, Patel did not choose to elaborate. Was he just stirring the pot? In what capacity is the FBI involved? Why? On the evening of Saturday, July 11, Graham died. He had returned only days earlier from a diplomatic visit to Kyiv. Graham presented with chest pain and called emergency services to his home in DC. First responders performed CPR. The preliminary findings from the medical examiner said that Graham died of aortic dissection, stemming from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease. If authorities suspected that a sadly ordinary natural death were actually the work of some sort of assassin, it would not make sense to announce it to the world. If authorities believe that Graham died of natural causes, then one has to wonder why the FBI would be involved. Unfortunately, we’re talking about Kash Patel. We’re talking about the Trump regime as a whole. That means that public statements do not have to reflect policy or actions. That also means that things do not have to make sense, especially if they simply sound important. Some of the least trustworthy voices on America claimed to have had extensive, closely timed conversations with him. Many — perhaps even most — have believed the former Senate Majority Leader to be dead. Now, McConnell’s office has put out a statement and a dubious photo, claiming that he is alive. Is it true? Sen. The photo shows the 84-year-old Republican on a hospital bed beside his wife, Elaine Chao. Conspicuously, the only real detail in the photo is the sports section of the Sunday edition of the Washington Post. Though the text is conspicuously blurry, the photo does appear to match the real thing. (It could be a fake image, like multiple previous “photos” of the Senator following his hospitalization were proven to be, though those were crucially not from his office.) In addition to the photo, McConnell’s office released a statement, allegedly from McConnell himself. www.nbcnews.com/politics/con… Mitch McConnell said in his first public statement since he was hospitalized nearly a month ago that he was “briefly unconscious” after he suffered a fall. In the statement, accompanied by a photo of McConnell smiling in a hospital chair alongside his wife. [image or embed] — Deborah Lynn (@mrsdeborahlynn.bsky.social) July 13, 2026 at 8:13 AM McConnell, who vanished from the public eye on June 14 after being hauled away in an ambulance via stretcher, In the lengthy statement, ostensibly from McConnell, it is clarified that he did not suffer “a heart attack or stroke.” Rather, the statement claims that he was taken to the hospital after a fall and was “briefly unconscious.” This statement came out 28 days after his hospitalization. That’s four weeks to the day, and a full lunar month. The words attributed to McConnell claimed that the Senator had “had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia” but has been moved from the hospital to a rehabilitation center. PHOTO THREE It is easy to look at those doubting the authenticity of this statement on McConnell and say that this is political opportunism. After all, if McConnell is proven to have died before August 3, Kentucky can hold a special election to fill his Senate seat. However, many of the loudest voices expressing doubts about the veracity of McConnell being alive and well aren’t coming from the Left. Rather, conspiracy theorist and Trump-supporter Laura Loomer and numerous other Republicans, some in office and others with Fox News credentials, aren’t buying it. “How come Mitch McConnell’s staff won’t release a video of him?” Loomer tweeted. “A photo could have been taken at any time. According to the dispatch recordings obtained by CNN, emergency crews were sent to Graham’s residence around 8:30 p.m. Saturday after receiving a report that the senator was suffering from chest pains. The situation quickly escalated. Responders were then advised that the patient had gone into cardiac arrest, prompting paramedics to rush to the home. But when they arrived, they encountered another obstacle: the front door was locked. Dispatch audio indicates that first responders were ultimately able to gain entry, with assistance from law enforcement, before beginning CPR on the patient. Some believe that he may be being kept “alive” via machine to wait out the August 3 deadline for a special election. His constituents deserve answers. So do the rest of the American people. But this video of him being loaded into an ambulance and rushed to the hospital is not exactly reassuring. Sen. The footage, which dates to Sunday, June 14, shows emergency responders removing the former Senate Majority Leader from his home on a stretcher. As the video continues, they work with all due haste to place him on the back of the ambulance. Though McConnell is covered by a blanket and his face does not appear on camera, one bare foot does poke out from beneath the covers. Two ambulances, a fire truck, and Capitol Police all filled the street, causing the commotion that prompted the neighbor to investigate — and film. To be clear, the neighbor was not able to confirm with first responders whether or not it was McConnell on the stretcher. The individual did ask, but received no response. (It would not be great if Capitol Police identified patients.) However, the neighbor spoke with an eyewitness who had confirmed seeing McConnell’s face. Notably, McConnell’s office would go on to issue a statement confirming that he had been admitted to the hospital that morning — without sharing further details of import. What is this really about? In the weeks that have followed (more than three, at this point), the claim that McConnell is alive and well has come under a lot of scrutiny. The 84-year-old politician has not spoken to the public. Several Republican lawmakers have claimed to have spoken to him, often for extended conversations. However, no credible individuals have confirmed that he is even alive, let alone conscious. Some believe that he may be brain-dead but on life support. If he remains “alive” (on paper, at least) until August 3, Kentucky can avoid a special election. Even Kentucky’s governor is asking for real answers. Critics have accused those responsible for this of elder abuse. Certainly, it would be cruel to keep someone barely alive simply to avoid a political procedure. Others have argued that, given his political history, having his barely-not-a-corpse body used as a political prop in order to circumvent the democratic process is exactly what McConnell would have wanted. Ultimately, however, this isn’t about McConnell. It’s about his constituents in Kentucky. It’s also about the American people, who are missing a Senator. If McConnell is dead, he leaves a legacy of brutal political strategies that undercut democracy and paved the way for Donald Trump to seize power, however much the two may dislike each other.
