Manganiello and Vergara got divorced in 2023 after seven years of marriage. And he says she was anything but supportive while he was battling a mysterious autoimmune illness that nearly killed him. Over the next seven years, he says he lost 60 pounds, endured excruciating abdominal pain, and underwent numerous medical procedures. In 2016, doctors were forced to remove part of his intestines during emergency surgery. But according to Manganiello, the physical suffering was only part of the problem. He claims his marriage had “become devoid of any emotionality whatsoever” during his years of illness. He alleges that Vergara refused to hug him, even when he begged her to, and ridiculed him over a five-pound Chihuahua named Bubbles. The dog, Manganiello explains, had arrived during one of the darkest periods of his life. “I had to give my gun away because I kept thinking about it, and then the dog came,” he says in the memoir. “I went from being the patient to the caretaker.” Manganiello says Bubbles became an important source of comfort while he was struggling with his health and contemplating suicide. The actor also uses Bloodlines to dispute one of the most commonly reported explanations for his 2023 divorce from Vergara. Vergara previously said that the marriage ended because Manganiello wanted children while she did not want to become “an old mom.” Manganiello now claims that his health battle actually caused him to abandon his dream of becoming a father. After unsuccessful IVF attempts, the couple reportedly discussed using an egg donor. But Manganiello says he feared dying and leaving Vergara with a child who “wasn’t biologically hers.” “There were things said and printed about me that were false,” he says. Manganiello eventually underwent another surgery to reconnect his digestive tract and says he is now symptom-free and off medication. Goth filed for divorce from LaBeouf on Tuesday night, bringing a legal conclusion to a marriage that has been filled with breakups, reconciliations, and more than a few dramatic twists. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Goth cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. Goth is also seeking primary legal and physical custody of the couple’s 4-year-old daughter, Isabel. Interestingly, neither side appears to be seeking spousal support. Goth is asking the court to terminate its ability to award support to either her or LaBeouf. The divorce filing comes nearly a year after the couple reportedly went their separate ways. Page Six first reported in February that Goth and LaBeouf had quietly separated, despite having remained largely out of the public eye. At the time, a source described their relationship as complicated and said the pair had experienced plenty of “drama” before ultimately calling it quits. LaBeouf subsequently moved from Los Angeles to New Orleans, where he remained closer to family. The couple first met in 2012 while filming Nymphomaniac: Vol. II. Their romance quickly became an on-again, off-again affair, with the two marrying in 2016. They split two years later before finding their way back to each other around 2020. In 2022, they welcomed their daughter. LaBeouf later spoke openly about the difficulties in their marriage, admitting that he had made serious mistakes and had damaged the trust between them. “We were deeply unhappy,” he said in March. He also acknowledged that their problems ultimately became too difficult to overcome. Despite that, LaBeouf had nothing but praise for Goth when discussing their split. “That’s one of the best girls that ever lived,” he said. “She’s incredible, that woman.” LaBeouf was arrested multiple times earlier this year after multiple drunken, violent incidents in the streets of New Orleans. Some ask why Kelly, after her experiences with Roger Ailes, is taking this stance. But there’s probably an easy answer. (Image Credit: YouTube) Megyn Kelly is royally peeved at Olivia Rodrigo for standing up for Jane Doe Uninformed celebrity Megyn Kelly is blasting Olivia Rodrigo and more as “uninformed celebrities.” The former Fox News host, for NBC host, current YouTuber went on a rant to her primarily geriatric audience over Rodrigo’s statement. “Shame on Cornell and on every institution who protects rapists and abusers over women,” Rodrigo wrote on her Instagram Story over the weekend. “I stand with Jane Doe,” Rodrigo affirmed. “Her bravery reverberates across the country and the crimes against her will not go unpunished.” She continued: “What she lived through matters, and so does the failure of those who could have intervened but chose not to. She deserves answers, consequences, and lasting change.” Well said! You don’t know what you’re talking about.” That appears to be a severe case of projection. “It’s better to keep your mouth shut and let people suspect you’re an idiot than to open it and prove them right,” Kelly said, seemingly without any self-awareness. “Ever hear that saying? It applies to you, sweetheart.” The former TV host whined that Rodrigo is a “know-nothing moron,” demanding that she “Sit down and be quiet. … Be quiet. Though 23-year-old Olivia Rodrigo is certainly younger than Megyn Kelly by a few decades, she is an adult. She is also clearly well-informed on both the horrors of the gang rape allegation and the accusations of a cover-up by Cornell University. (Prosecutors have said that the university withheld key elements of their investigation, claiming that otherwise they might have pressed charges against the seven accused rapists.) Kelly has made herself a crusader against Jane Doe, declaring that the accused rapists are “innocent men.” Of particular interest to her is the fact that Doe took a few weeks, after getting medical treatment and trying to piece together the timeline and the people involved on her own, to report the alleged gang rape. Famously, Kelly was one of several women at the heart of a workplace sexual harassment case against Roger Ailes and a broader culture at Fox News. It’s like Me Too, except that instead of recognizing how many people — especially women — have had similar experiences with predation, people like Kelly either weaponize their own victimhood to dismiss other survivors or don’t mention what they themselves went through at all. What happened to me is valid and tragic, but I’m not like other victims, I’m special, I’m one of the good ones. It’s not a healthy mindset. But for some survivors, it’s how they cope and avoid the breakdown of processing how widespread this really is. The other part of the answer is more callous. Megyn Kelly knows that her audience is almost entirely older, white, conservative men who want to hear the mean blonde woman throw other women under the bus and reinforce existing power structures instead of challenging them. It is likely that Kelly actually believes at least some of what she is saying. That makes it sadder, if anything. Shortly thereafter, Biden was diagnosed with prostate cancer. In the months since, speculation about Biden’s health has continued to run rampant, and the former president’s recent appearance at a Delaware car show is unlikely to quell those concerns. The 83-year-old took the stage at the Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week in Rhode Island, where he proudly showed off his 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The longtime car enthusiast was invited to the event by host Jay Leno, and he spent time greeting attendees and checking out the impressive collection of classic automobiles. The Corvette has been in Biden’s family for decades. His father gave him the vehicle as a wedding gift, and the former president has reportedly kept the car for nearly 60 years. It also received the Spirit of Audrain Award during the event. But footage of Biden leaving the event quickly shifted the conversation. The former president appeared to move slowly and cautiously as he made his way toward a waiting SUV surrounded by Secret Service agents. When reporters asked him to say a few words, Biden waved and repeatedly responded, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.” He then turned toward Leno and appeared to say, “I don’t want to go,” before lingering near the vehicle. Biden also showed off a jacket he had received at the event, which had his name embroidered on it, before eventually getting into the SUV. The footage prompted plenty of reactions online, with critics describing Biden as “frail” and using the moment to question Biden’s physical and mental condition. Some accused the former president of appearing confused, while others made considerably harsher claims about his cognitive abilities. “Ask him today if he remembers even BEING THERE yesterday…go ahead! Ask him!” one user wrote, according to Radar Online. “Funny. Someone had Biden’s name stitched on his clothing so he remembers what his name is. Dude belongs in a care home,” a second person snarked about his jacket. “He is completely gone,” a third user observed, while a fourth claimed Biden’s “brain is fried.” Not everyone viewed the appearance so negatively, however. One commenter pointed out that Biden is battling advanced cancer and offered a much more sympathetic assessment of the former president’s condition. Biden’s health has been a subject of increasing concern since he revealed his prostate cancer diagnosis in 2025. His son, Hunter Biden, provided a grim update in August, saying the cancer had spread to his father’s bones and that the disease was “very painful” and “very debilitating in many respects.” Whatever viewers made of Biden’s slow departure, there was at least one thing that appeared to bring the former president plenty of enthusiasm: his Corvette. It affects far more families than most realize.” Many cultures and religions do not bestow names during pregnancy, but wait until birth — or even later. Not so with Jill and Derick. In October 2021, Jill suffered a miscarriage. She named her would-be son River Bliss Dillard. Then, in March of 2024, Jill suffered another miscarriage. Her daughter would have been Isla Marie Dillard. One necklace in Jill’s photo shows a pair of pendants symbolizing the two children whom she never got to meet. We don’t mean to speak for those who have endured miscarriages, but not everyone would appreciate being reached out to in this manner. Even more would bristle at being tagged. This is a very sensitive topic, and feelings may vary widely. Nearly a week after Tennessee’s botched attempt to execute her by lethal injection, the 50-year-old death row inmate is conscious and speaking from her hospital bed, according to her attorneys. Pike’s legal team announced the surprising update Tuesday, saying she is “conscious, speaking, and continues to receive critical medical care” (via TMZ). (Tennessee Department of Correction) That’s obviously a significant improvement from where things stood just days ago. Pike was unconscious and on a ventilator following the September 30 execution attempt at Tennessee’s Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville. She had been administered two lethal doses of pentobarbital, but the execution was ultimately halted after she failed to lose consciousness. She was transported to a hospital, where doctors have been treating the effects of the failed execution. “Her recovery is medically unprecedented,” Pike’s attorneys said in a statement. “Her prognosis remains unclear but, at a minimum, we expect a long recovery.” Her lawyers also said Pike continues to deal with severe injuries to both arms and remains handcuffed and shackled to her hospital bed. Pike’s attorneys have alleged that problems with the IV lines caused the lethal drug to enter surrounding tissue rather than properly reaching her bloodstream. They have also accused Tennessee officials of failing to recognize the problem during the execution. According to a court filing, Pike experienced significant distress during the procedure, while witnesses reported hearing her breathing and snoring long after the lethal drugs had been administered. The situation has raised serious questions about Tennessee’s execution procedures. Gov. Bill Lee has ordered an independent review of what happened and halted the state’s remaining scheduled executions for the year. Tennessee Department of Correction Commissioner Frank Strada is also set to resign following the botched execution. Pike’s attorneys are now asking Lee to commute her death sentence to life in prison without parole. “The least that could happen now is that we at least take death off the table and start looking for what the future could be for her,” attorney Stephen Ferrell previously said. Pike was sentenced to death for the 1995 murder of 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer. She was 18 at the time of the crime. For now, however, the focus is on Pike’s condition and what comes next. Her attorneys say her prognosis remains uncertain. But after surviving an execution that was intended to end her life, Pike is awake, speaking and fighting to recover. In 2017, she describes, Andrew convinced her to move to Romania. He claimed at the time that it would be her choice whether to do webcam work. When she arrived, however, she said that Andrew had her working 12-hour shifts. Andrew and Tristan, meanwhile, controlled the chats and accepted money, she said, for her to perform sex acts that she had not agreed to. It is very common for online sex workers to get requests or cash offers to do things on camera that they do not wish to do. Most can decline, as politely or bluntly as they choose. She did not have that option. Prior to her beginning this nightmare, she said that she had specifically set a boundary that she would not be doing anything anal. This was ignored, she says, by the Tate brothers. Instead, the filing describes her being pressured into doing things such as using actual and improvised sex toys. In one instance, she described, she had to “f–k a bed knob for an hour.” She describes this nightmare life with the Tate brothers as “sexual slavery.” Despite the abuse and rape that she described in the filing, she felt that she was unable to escape the human trafficking operation that the infamous brothers were operating. This second woman described Tristan repeatedly choking her during sex until she passed out. Relatedly, she said that he had raped her anally while she was unconscious. According to her, Tristan told her that “the more he liked someone, the more he wanted to hurt them.” Many partners might engage in breath play, somnophilia, anal sex, and more. But sexual activity must always be safe, sane, and consensual. This victim is describing something much worse. The Tate brothers continue to deny the allegations against them. They are facing a litany of charges in numerous countries — including Romania, the UK, and the United States. Andrew and Tristan maintain that only “low-IQ morons of the world” believe that they are guilty of the heinous crimes of which they are accused, even though the crimes completely match their whole vibe and personas. They are currently in detention and awaiting extradition to the UK. Though at least three countries will get a “bite at the apple,” many hope that no prosecutors fumble this case. There are too many evil men using their power to hurt women and then running around the world freely. Each time that one is brought to justice, the world becomes that much safer. Miesha Shakes is Hart’s former assistant. She spoke about his personal life during an interview with a blogger. Hart alleges that she breached a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by doing so. He accuses her of trashing his reputation by discussing his private matters in a public forum. Ouch! Meanwhile, Shakes has fired back at Hart. According to her, Hart did not comply with certain obligations as her employer. Therefore, she argues, their agreement — including the NDA — is void. Will that hold up in court? We’re not sure. But part of Shakes’ argument is that Hart has trashed his own reputation. And she believes that Sabbaq can testify to that effect. This ties into an older, unresolved lawsuit Back in 2019, Montia Sabbaq sued Kevin Hart for $60 million over his controversial 2017 sex tape. In the lawsuit, she accused him of filming her without her consent. Hart denied all wrongdoing in the case. Eventually, the case was dismissed — on technical grounds, as the lawsuit was brought “in the wrong venue.” This was in 2020, in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. If Sabbaq has spent the ensuing years hoping to have her day in court, she just might get it. Shakes wants to question Sabbaq in court about Hart and the things that he has done to damage his own reputation and public image over the years. The sex tape is only one example, but it is a salacious one. Especially given Hart’s long-term relationship. For the record, Shakes intends to take the stand and testify. She also hopes to call Hart to the stand. This looks like it’s going to get messier before it’s over. The Summer House star and her professional partner, Brandon Armstrong, were eliminated Tuesday night during “Mariah Carey Night,” despite delivering their best performance of the season. Ciara and Brandon performed a jazz routine to Mariah Carey’s “Emotions,” earning 21 out of 30 points from judges Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli. But when the judges’ scores were combined with viewer votes, it wasn’t enough to keep the reality TV star in the competition. Ciara ultimately found herself in the bottom three alongside Jackson Olson and Guillermo Rodriguez. And it was Ciara who got the boot. The elimination was particularly shocking considering how much progress she had made throughout the competition. Brandon also made it clear that he believed his partner was just getting started. “This competition really is about a journey,” he said following their elimination. “I’m super bummed because I think Ciara was one of those people that was getting better every single week.” Ciara, meanwhile, remained grateful for the experience despite having her Mirrorball Trophy dreams cut short. “I’m so grateful for Brandon,” she said. “This experience has been the moment of a lifetime, and there’s no one else I would rather have had this moment with.” The elimination comes toward the end of a rough year for Miller, who very publicly learned that ex-boyfriend West Wilson is now dating her close friend Amanda Batula. Ingalls accused Cornell of gender discrimination for failing to inform him of his rights under Cornell’s sexual misconduct guidelines. If someone performs a nonconsensual sex act during sex — from removing a condom to choking to impact play to invading an orifice without permission, that is probably sexual assault. The same would go if the person is incapacitated. But … is that what happened to Ingalls? Jane Doe and her medical records tell a very different story Matthew Ingalls allegedly invited Jane Doe over to his frat house. He said that she was sober (or claimed to be sober), while she says that not only had she been drinking beforehand, but told him as much. She believed them to be friends. According to her lawsuit, Doe was heavily intoxicated with alcohol, marijuana, and ketamine. Ingalls “popped the question” (his phrasing) about a threesome, and then proceeded to invite other Chi Phi frat brothers. On Snapchat, he shared a photo of Doe — naked on a bed — while inviting other men to “walk in and whip it out.” Even if the physical acts that Ingalls described took place, one wonders how he would argue in court that Doe — drugged and offered up to his fraternity brothers — was the predator. You cannot convince me that frat brothers organically walked into separate police interviews using the same word, “consensual,” and that it wasn’t coordinated. Especially after a witness told police there was allegedly a fraternity meeting to get everyone “on the same page”. Her memory of the incident fades in and out, and she became confused as to how so many men entered the room. She also sustained physical injuries, she described, prompting her to seek medical attention. Cornell expelled Ingalls and Newell after an internal investigation. Other participants received suspensions or had to write essays. Meanwhile, prosecutors say that the university withheld key elements of Jane Doe’s testimony. Had they known at the time what she had described, they say, they would have pressed charges. The hands that fumbled this are no longer in control. New York Attorney General Letitia James is acting as a special prosecutor for this case after it has dominated headlines for weeks. Now, Tate is facing disturbing new allegations, as British authorities attempt to have the controversial influencer extradited from the United States. Newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ detail allegations involving Tate’s possession of extreme pornography, including material involving animals and alleged sexual content featuring a minor. (Photo by Andrei Pungovschi/Getty Images) The claims are part of the United Kingdom’s case seeking to bring Tate back to Britain to face numerous criminal allegations. According to prosecutors, authorities allegedly discovered explicit material involving sexual acts with live animals — including horses and eels — on a device connected to Tate. The documents also accuse him of possessing numerous indecent images and videos involving a minor. One alleged video reportedly showed Tate with a girl believed to have been 17 at the time. Prosecutors further claim that messages demonstrate Tate was aware of her age. Those allegations are part of a much broader criminal case. British authorities have accused Tate of rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for financial gain and possession of extreme pornography. The case against Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, involves alleged offenses dating back years, and the brothers have denied wrongdoing. The brothers were arrested in Miami in July after British authorities requested their extradition. They remain in custody while fighting the effort to send them back to the United Kingdom. And Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, is pushing back hard against the latest allegations. McBride described the prosecution’s case as “prosecution slop” and argued that British authorities are attempting to connect Tate to material found on a device that he says was located in a property where Tate was not necessarily staying. The attorney also claims there is no evidence that Tate actually viewed the videos in question. According to McBride, one of the videos was allegedly a war-related clip that had been sent to an MMA group chat. McBride further argues that the device allegedly containing the material no longer exists, making it impossible for the defense to independently examine the evidence. The attorney has also attacked British prosecutors over their decision not to publicly identify the alleged victims, arguing that the Tates should not be extradited based on accusations from unnamed individuals. For now, those competing claims will play out in the U.S. extradition proceedings. Tate has built a massive online following by making provactive statements about masculinity, relationships. and women. But his increasingly serious legal troubles have put the controversial influencer in a very different spotlight. And if UK prosecutors get their way, Tate could soon have to answer for those allegations in a British courtroom. You see, some NFL fans still haven’t learned that insulting Taylor Swift is a very risky move. A Las Vegas Raiders fan is getting roasted online after bringing a rather unnecessary message about the pop superstar to Sunday’s game against the Chiefs. But one fan in the stands managed to attract attention for something that had absolutely nothing to do with football. The dude held up a sign that read, “Scores 6s On & Off The Field.” Yes, the message was apparently intended as a dig at Taylor’s looks. Swifties were not happy, of course. But even NFL fans who are mostly indifferent toward Taylor were not impressed. “I’m a Raiders fan, but that’s classless,” one person posted (according to Yahoo! News). “She’s literally an 8 or a 9,” another argued. “All while you’re sitting on the sidelines and she’s literally in the suites,” a third fan pointed out. Another Raiders supporter was equally unimpressed, writing, “I’m a Raider fan but this is stupid.” And, perhaps most brutally, one commenter joked that creating the sign “must have taken him all night.” Taylor was not in attendance at Sunday’s game, so the fan apparently decided to start a one-sided feud with a woman who wasn’t even there. That may have been for the best. Taylor has been a regular presence at Chiefs games in recent years, and for the most part, fans have embraced her presence. Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes had considerably nicer things to say about the Raiders following the game. “That’s a good football team,” the Chiefs quarterback said, praising Las Vegas’ defense and veteran players. So while Mahomes was busy complimenting the opposing team, one Raiders fan was busy rating Taylor Swift. Something tells us the quarterback had the better approach. The Chiefs and Raiders will meet again later this season, this time at Arrowhead Stadium. And if Taylor happens to be there, perhaps someone should remind this particular fan to leave the signs at home. Freddie Jackson, the R&B legend best known for hit songs like “You Are My Lady” and “Rock Me Tonight,” has died at the age of 70. Jackson’s family announced his death on Tuesday, revealing that the singer passed away Monday night. He had celebrated his 70th birthday just three days earlier. The family remembered Jackson as much more than a legendary singer. “Freddie was more than a legendary voice. He was a kind, generous soul who loved his fans, his family, his friends, and his music with everything he had,” they wrote. They also thanked the millions of fans who had made Jackson’s music part of their lives over the course of his decades-long career. “For decades he gave us the songs that became the soundtrack to our love stories, our celebrations, and our most treasured memories,” the statement continued. “That gift will live on forever.” Jackson was born and raised in Harlem, New York, where he began singing gospel music at White Rock Baptist Church. His professional career took off in the 1980s, following a stint with the group Mystic Merlin and work with producer Paul Laurence. Jackson signed with Capitol Records in 1984 and released his debut album, Rock Me Tonight, the following year. The album became a massive success, with its title track spending six weeks atop the R&B charts. “You Are My Lady” became another signature hit, while songs including “Have You Ever Loved Somebody,” “Jam Tonight,” “Tasty Love” and “Nice ’N’ Slow” helped cement Jackson’s reputation as one of R&B’s premier romantic voices. Jackson earned two Grammy nominations in 1986 and continued making music for decades. His most recent album, My First Love, was released in 2023. In 2024, Jackson publicly revealed that he had been diagnosed with kidney disease and partnered with the National Kidney Foundation to raise awareness. However, his family has not said that the condition was related to his death. At one point in One Helluva Ride, the 82-year-old recalls getting into a heated confrontation with Julia Roberts at a Golden Globes party in 1990. According to Douglas, he was attending the party after being nominated for his work in Wall Street. He had also brought his then-13-year-old son, Cameron, as his date. Roberts was there with her then-fiancé, Kiefer Sutherland. The pair were working with Douglas on Flatliners, the supernatural thriller that Douglas produced. At one point during the party, Douglas spotted Roberts with her arm around Cameron. “We were at the bar, and Julia had her arm around my son, kind of nuzzling him,” Douglas writes in the memoir. “To me, in that moment, he looked stunned… but I was pretty drunk.” Douglas says he confronted Roberts and told her: “Take your hands off my son and take that Golden Globe and stick it where the sun don’t shine.” Needless to say, this was not exactly the best way to handle a potentially uncomfortable situation. The next morning, Douglas got a call from his producing partner, Rick Bieber, who apparently had some explaining to do. “I’d crossed a line with the most in-demand young actress in Hollywood,” Douglas acknowledges. Douglas quickly realized he had made a serious mistake. He sent Roberts flowers along with a note and later apologized to both Roberts and Sutherland in person at the Flatliners production office. Fortunately, the apology was apparently enough to keep the movie from becoming a complete disaster. “Luckily, they forgave me enough to get through that and finish the picture,” Douglas writes. But there was a catch. “I remained friends with Kiefer. Julia, not so much.” Douglas is refreshingly candid about everything from his brief separation from Catherine Zeta-Jones to his substance abuse struggles in One Helluva Ride. And he admits to years of heavy drinking and cocaine use. Looking back decades later, it seems the actor has little trouble identifying that particular Golden Globes incident as one of the moments when his behavior got the better of him. And while the apology may have saved Flatliners, it apparently wasn’t enough to restore his friendship with Roberts. Janelle fixed her attentions upon Kody traveling across the country to give each ex-wife a face-to-face apology. Despite everything, the two ended things on a relative high note during Season 20. (Some argue that this is one of the perks of being the middle one to leave.) In hindsight, however, Janelle has some very different feelings about Kody’s BS apologies. “I feel like the apology tour was, in the end, something [Kody] was trying to redeem himself with,” Janelle assessed. “And I don’t think it was necessarily that sincere,” she opined. Janelle explained that she doubts his sincerity “because there’s been no contact since then.” There was more to it than Kody giving her what some might consider a gift — not hearing from Kody.
