As for what comes next, Lawrence says she plans to get a facelift. And she was refreshingly direct about why. “I want to be a sexy mom,” she said, per Page Six. Yes, it seems that Jen has a very specific image in mind when she pictures herself at drop-off with her boys. She noted that the actress wants to feel confident while juggling life as a mother. J-Law shares two kids with husband Cooke Maroney. Their older son, Cy, is four. The couple’s second son is 19 months old, and Lawrence has not shared his name publicly. Anyone who followed her comments last year won’t be too shocked by any of this. Lawrence first opened up about the breast surgery in an interview with the New Yorker, as we reported last October, when she said she had the procedure scheduled for November. At the time, she explained that her body recovered differently after each pregnancy. “Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,” she told the magazine, referring to Cy, who was born in early 2022. “Second one,” she added, “nothing bounced back.” Lawrence also revealed back then that she was expecting to film a nude scene for a movie the following spring. But she made it clear the role only set the timeline, and that she would want the surgery even if she never stepped in front of a camera again. “Maybe I wouldn’t be hustling to the appointment in the same way,” she admitted. Applegate said she still considers herself part of the MS community despite the change in her diagnosis. She added that she refuses to abandon the people who stood by her during one of the most difficult chapters of her life. Her latest episode also offered a sobering look at where her health stands right now. Applegate says her condition, whatever it turns out to be, seems to be getting worse. She described facing new challenges every day, including some that severely limit her mobility. One example: it now takes her 10 minutes just to get out of bed. She walked listeners through her debilitating symptoms on the show. “This is what I’m still living with,” she said. The Daily Mail similarly reports that her mystery illness has worsened since she went public with the misdiagnosis. Applegate, 54, first announced that she had MS in the summer of 2021. The Seahawks couldn’t resist dropping multiple Taylor Swift references after the victory. “Lately, I’ve been dressin’ for revenge,” read one of the lyrical jabs the outlet flagged. Her apparent skip also came amid the pregnancy rumors that have swirled around the pop star this fall, which remain unconfirmed. The game itself was a big one on the 2026 NFL calendar. The Chiefs were facing the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks, and Seattle defended its home turf in dominant fashion. Taylor has become such a fixture at Chiefs games since she and Travis went public that her empty seat was noticed almost immediately, and the Seahawks clearly noticed too. She says she first began to fear that Matthew would die from his addictions after he was hospitalized for several weeks in 2018. “I was certainly angry at him. You did this to yourself, man. I just had a baby. You’re supposed to be an uncle,” Mia recalls in the doc. “I started, unfortunately, kind of thinking of his disease as a terminal illness,” As we reported last week, Mia told People that the entire family agonized over the Friends episode in which Chandler and Monica tie the knot. “When we saw that wedding, we all knew that he had wanted that in life. He wanted a partner and he wanted kids,” she explained at the time. “We all knew how serious his disorder was, so there was this sense of, ‘Who knows what’s going to happen?'” Perry himself wrote about that period in his memoir, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing. He revealed that after the wedding episode wrapped, he had to be “driven back to the treatment center … in a pickup truck helmed by a sober technician.” The book was filled with candid admissions about the substance abuse that dogged him for most of his adult life and seemed to get worse once he became famous. “When I’m carrying weight, it’s alcohol; when I’m skinny, it’s pills,” Perry wrote, referring to the way his changing appearance on Friends tracked his addiction over the show’s run. Perry was found unresponsive in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home on October 28, 2023. He was 54. His death was later ruled an accident caused by the acute effects of ketamine. Drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine were listed as contributing factors. Perry had become increasingly dependent on ketamine treatments, according to court filings. Those treatments had originally been intended to help him curb the substance abuse issues he’d fought for decades. In the years since, several people close to the actor have been arrested and charged in connection with his death. Back in May, Perry’s longtime live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, was sentenced to 41 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges tied to the actor’s fatal overdose, People reported. Prosecutors alleged that Iwamasa helped obtain ketamine for Perry during the final weeks of his life and injected him with the drug despite having no medical training. Investigators said he admitted to giving Perry multiple injections on the day he died. Now, with the Netflix documentary out and the anniversary of his death arriving, Perry’s family is sharing a side of the story fans have never heard before. They could get more backlash for airing the season than for holding it back. Much of it comes down to advertisers. This can be a good thing — massive response from subscribers and advertisers is what got Jimmy Kimmel Live reinstated after the Trump regime tried to force it off of the air. But it can also mean that networks avoid taking risks. The general consensus is that Disney could make it available on Hulu, and maybe not push it to the top of that obnoxious banner. For now, they’re out millions on a season that will (possibly) never see the light of day. What about giving her a second chance? In her conversation with TMZ, Taylor discussed an alternative comeback. If ABC refuses to air the season that she already filmed, why not a do-over? Taylor said that she is open to returning as the leading lady with a new group of suitors. She admitted that she was (understandably) not in the best mindset the first time around, noting that she has made real progress since then. That would be a sensational choice for the franchise. A representative confirmed that Saint James died on Monday following a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. In a statement shared with People, Saint James’ family remembered her as a woman who consistently put others first. “She was ‘generous with her time and energy, which she valued more than money, and instinctively drawn to whoever needed lifting up,’” the family said, adding that she taught her children to be kind and look out for others. The statement continued: “She never met a stranger. Every person she met became the most important person in the room at that moment.” That description captured the warmth that defined Saint James beyond her Hollywood career. And while audiences will remember her for her television work, those closest to her also knew a woman who devoted considerable energy to helping people facing unimaginable grief. Saint James endured a devastating personal loss in November 2004, when a private plane carrying her husband, NBC executive Dick Ebersol, and two of their sons crashed in Colorado. Ebersol and their son Charlie survived, but their 14-year-old son, Teddy, died. Her family recalled how Saint James delivered Teddy’s eulogy in the form of a personal note to each of her other children and her husband, offering words intended to help them heal. “Even in the deepest grief of her life, she put everyone else first,” the family said. She subsequently made it a priority to support other parents who had lost children, drawing on her own experience to offer comfort and understanding. Saint James was born Susan Jane Miller in Los Angeles in 1946 and grew up in Rockford, Illinois. She pursued modeling before moving to Hollywood in her early 20s, where her acting career quickly gained momentum. Her breakthrough came in 1968 with The Name of the Game, which earned her three Emmy nominations and one win. She later starred opposite Rock Hudson in McMillan & Wife, earning further recognition for her performance. In 1984, Saint James landed another defining role as Kate McArdle in Kate & Allie. The CBS sitcom paired her with Jane Curtin as two divorced women who shared a home while raising their children. The series ran until 1989 and earned Saint James additional Emmy nominations. She gradually stepped away from acting to focus on her family, making only occasional television appearances in subsequent years. In 2008, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Saint James and Ebersol, whom she met while hosting Saturday Night Live, married in 1981. It’s sad that this story has dominated headlines right after the latest new-to-the-public disclosure about more credible rape allegations against Trump linked to the Epstein Files. This time, the claim comes from a former Miss Switzerland contestant who says the president raped her at New York City’s Plaza Hotel in 1993. Beatrice Keul, who was 24 at the time, detailed the alleged assault in a report released by Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee on October 26. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images) The report examines Trump’s past relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and allegations that beauty pageants provided opportunities to target vulnerable young women. According to the report, Keul was working as a model and financial services professional when she was recruited by Jill Harth to participate in the Donald J. Trump American Dream Pageant. During a press luncheon at the Plaza Hotel, which Trump owned at the time, he allegedly offered to help Keul obtain a U.S. visa and gain admission to New York University. Epstein reportedly approached Keul shortly afterward, introducing himself as Trump’s best friend and offering to arrange travel and accommodations. He also allegedly invited her to a party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property. What happened later that day, however, forms the most disturbing part of Keul’s account. A Trump representative allegedly invited her upstairs to meet with the businessman. Believing the encounter could help advance her career and educational ambitions, Keul accepted. According to the congressional report, she alleged that Trump grabbed her from behind and raped her inside the suite, leaving her with bleeding and bruising. Keul reportedly described the alleged assault as brutal. The report further states that Trump repeated his offers to help with her visa and university admission afterward, while allegedly pressuring her to remain silent. “The show must go on,” he reportedly told her, according to the account presented in the report. Keul allegedly completed the pageant while in a state of fear, partly because her passport had been taken upon her arrival in the United States. She subsequently returned to Switzerland and declined to participate in another Trump-sponsored competition in Hawaii. Several months later, Trump allegedly contacted her in Switzerland and again offered to help her relocate to the United States. She declined. The White House has forcefully denied the allegations. “This ‘report’ is nothing more than a desperate attempt by crazed Democrats to distract Americans from the surging Republican momentum driven by President Trump’s historic achievements,” White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis said, according to People. Bis also maintained that Trump had been “fully exonerated of anything related to Epstein.” Keul’s allegations have not been established in court, and Trump has not been charged with a crime in connection with her claims. The report also references other allegations against Trump, including a 1997 sexual assault lawsuit filed by Harth. It comes amid renewed scrutiny of Trump’s past associations with Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in 2019. Trump has also faced a separate civil case brought by writer E. Jean Carroll. Especially, he noted, because Fulmer had children. Now, Klein’s wife accuses him of doing something almost identical. And Fulmer is in a gloating mood. On Sunday, October 25, the notorious Ned Fulmer made his feelings clear. “Ethan Klein can f–k all the way off,” he declared in a tweet. It it did not end there. Fans around the world are mourning the loss of Walter Koenig, the beloved actor who helped make the original Star Trek series a television institution. For generations of science-fiction fans, Koenig was a familiar face in one of television’s most enduring franchises. Koenig began appearing onscreen in the early 1960s, taking smaller roles on television programs including Gidget and I Spy before landing the part that would define his career. It is unclear what proportion of them remain loyal to her after her vocal enthusiasm for fascist politicians and other abhorrent behavior in recent years. The timing is what makes this one so jarring. The rant landed just days after Trump invited the comic to a White House dinner. And Maher actually praised Trump on Friday’s Real Time and invited former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt as his first guess. Still, Trump lashed out at Maher, calling him a “major pothead” and alleging that he was drunk at their dinner. “He looked like hell this time,” Trump said. “Bill was drunk and had alcohol in his hand as he walked through the White House.” Trump also claimed that Maher lied about the length of their latest meeting (he says it lasted two hours, not four) and that he repeatedly “begged” him to go on his show. It’s hardly the first time Trump’s online commentary has made news this year. And this story probably won’t get as much traction as his alien revelation or his outlandish comments involving Iran. But this rant is noteworthy because it’s so unexpected. It also ignited controversy, and not in a one of those positive reverse-psychology good-for-her-brand ways. Did Sweeney’s ad sexualize child characters? Is someone feeding her really bad advice? As we previously reported, Sweeney’s latest controversy stems from an October 21 ad featuring the 29-year-old actress modeling her own lingerie. For the most part, she looks great. But there were a few details that raised some red flags with viewers. The (for some reason Christmas-oriented, even though it came out over a week before Halloween) advertisement began with Sweeney making visual nods to Home Alone and then to the live-action How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Showing skin while dressed as child characters — in this case, Kevin McCallister and Cindy Lou Who, respectively — weirded some folks out. The main focus of the ad is the Syrn brand lingerie. But why did the skit need to include famous child roles? Macaulay Culkin was nine years old in 1990 when he filmed Home Alone. Taylor Momsen (yes, the same one from Gossip Girl) was only seven in 2000 when she portrayed Cindy Lou Who. As a result, a series of comments — even under Sweeney’s own post, not to mention elsewhere on social media — are lambasting the actress for “sexualizing child characters.” Obviously, there are no literal children on screen. Sweeney herself is 29 years old. But a grown, famously hot woman dressing as sexualized versions of little kids, even as small visual nods, is clearly making some folks’ skin crawl. According to multiple reports, Syrn is in something of a crisis. Despite a strong beginning, ample funding, and Sweeney’s top-tier star power, the lingerie brand is allegedly struggling. Many believe that this is because the actress’ ads and controversies cater to people who are not her customers. Yes, her salacious ads attract attention. But, in business, there is such a thing as the wrong kind of attention. But she could be sabotaging her own brand. It is possible, even likely, that she is getting some bad advice, possibly even sacrificing her acting career in the hope of building a fashion empire. We’ve seen enough of Sweeney’s acting to know that she has a colossal range and enormous talent. It’s a shame that these controversies and ill-advised ads risk tarnishing her career for the sake of adoring “fans” who won’t really support her in a way that matters. As for why she stayed home, Cosmopolitan reports there are “very good” reasons behind her absence. We just don’t know exactly what those reasons are. Neither Taylor nor Travis has publicly explained why she sat this one out. The “seemingly” in all of this is doing some work, too, since her absence is based on reports rather than any word from the couple. Taylor has become a fixture at Chiefs games since she and Travis went public, which is exactly why her empty seat gets noticed so quickly. She was even a fan of TLC’s Kate Plus 8. She worked as a nanny and ended up taking a job as Kate Gosselin’s housekeeper and fill-in nanny while still attending school. And yes, Ashley is publicly speaking out about how Kate “very much outwardly treated Collin different.” Not mincing words, she emphasized: “She 110 percent abused Collin.” Ashley continued: “It’s hard to almost put into words the specific hate that she had towards Collin. You could just feel it. There was never things out. They couldn’t live.” She detailed that Kate had “robotic” interactions with her children, describing how “it was not loving.” This is likely no surprise to those who have followed the story of the Gosselins all along. “She very much made it known who was a favorite, who wasn’t, who’s annoying,” Ashley recalled. “Someone would come and pick the dog up for grooming, but she treated her kids basically worse than animals.” Discovering a seemingly out-of-space large red spoon left Ashley feeling “haunted” after learning what it was used for. “Instantly, I’m pretty sure it was Alexis who said, ‘Oh, that’s the spoon mommy uses when she gets mad.’” Dark, evil stuff. ‘Downright evil and nasty’ Speaking to People, Ashley shared that she called Children and Youth Services for Berks County, hoping to get help for Kate’s eight children — especially Collin. In his memoir, Collin expressed the belief that the CYS investigation happened after he showed up to school after Kate’s ear-yanking injured him, but he later learned that multiple reports had been made against her. “She did all the time,” Ashley described of Kate’s ongoing abuse and mistreatment of Collin. “All the time. She’d rip him right out of his chair in the kitchen.” She explained: “I ended up getting sick because I started taking it home with me, because I didn’t have my own kids and I didn’t understand how somebody could be so nasty, downright evil and nasty to their own kids.” It is very common for even abuse-survivors to only really understand how awful their own upbringings were when they meet partners’ families or have children of their own and realize that kindness to children is normal and usually easy. In Ashley’s case, she was someone who wanted a family and could not imagine being like Kate. Most of us cannot. As for calling CYS, Ashley shared that she knows that she is not alone. “I know for a fact that I was not the only one who did that,” she noted. Collin’s memoir is full of harrowing accounts. But some believe Kate’s denials, despite evidence that came long before she locked her tween away in an institution. “I want to use this opportunity to not only back Collin that his mom was psychologically abusive to him, not to mention the physical,” Ashley affirmed.
