He has been spotted and recorded on cameras stalking women. The menacing figure even asked one if she felt “ready to die.” Police fear that he’s only getting started. Police say that a man has been terrorizing people on the streets in Center City Philadelphia. The masked figure, believed to be a man, has been accused of chasing women and some men around City Hall. The unidentified individual even attempted to enter at least one business. His mask appears to be a public domain mash-up of horror masks from various films, including Child’s Play and Happy Death Day. There are arguably elements of Friday The 13th, as well. The haunting figure has been caught on camera numerous times. The abundance of footage is one of very few positive aspects of living in our surveillance-riddled dystopia. According to police, the figure placed his hand behind his back to suggest to one woman that he was concealing a weapon. She ended up getting injured — not by his direct actions, but because of her haste in trying to escape from him. This was the women whom he allegedly asked: “Are you ready to die?” At best, this is a prank taken way too far. Police are already discussing charges against this malefactor when he is identified. At worse, however, this could be someone escalating antisocial actions as a prelude to carrying out violent attacks. It is very common for certain violent offenders to begin by simply following, scaring, or chasing people before escalating. I just want to know who's baby this is? However, one woman, who identified herself only as Jameka when speaking to Action News, chose another path after seeing him stalking a woman who apparently had not seen him yet. “I started to wave at her from across the intersection and say, ‘Hey, there’s someone behind you — look behind you!’ And she heard me, and then she started to run away,” she reported. Jameka saw the figure attempt to force his way into a La Colombe coffee shop. After not succeeding, he turned his attention towards her, the woman who had thwarted his apparent hunt. “I put up my hands as if I was going to fight. I blocked my face, making sure my center line was protected. And then he also started to put his hands up but I could tell that he’d never been in a fight before,” she described. Jameka kicked the figure and then bolted. The masked individual has terrorized over half a dozen individuals, and those are just the ones we know about. He may also have stalked others who never knew that he was there, honing his skills. According to police, the figure is a slender Black man who is about 5-foot-8. He appears to be in his late teens or possibly a young adult. It is possible that he is only attempting to prank his community. But pranks can come with real consequences — especially when they cross the line into criminal behavior. Police say that the individual will faces charges of terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and intimidation. If you make multiple people fear for their lives as if they’re in a horror film, don’t expect to be protected by plot armor or a setup for a sequel. You can get into real legal trouble. Officially, she is a personal aide to Trump, responsible for printing news for him and for some of his most egregious and controversial “Truth Social” posts. Some believe that she is helping him make decisions. Some believe that she changes his diapers. And some accuse her of being Trump’s mistress. He is up for reelection in Georgia during the 2026 midterms, and is also considered a contender for the 2028 Democratic primary. Senator Ossoff accurately described Trump’s interests, such as golfing and various dubious investments, in contrast with the needs of Americans. “He doesn’t want to do the job,” Ossoff reasoned. “He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the emir of Qatar.” That was, of course, a reference to Trump’s 9-figure gifted jet from a foreign country notorious for its use of slave labor. Unfortunately, given the scale of Trump’s corruption, it is a scandal too easily forgotten by many. Ossoff was also referring to how Trump had secretly traveled out of Air Force One and into another plane using a catering truck, seemingly abandoning those still on the other plane to die if Iran’s alleged assassination plot worked. She’s clearly a priority When Trump pulled a switcheroo and abandoned numerous White House aids, cabinet member, and journalists to protect his own hide from an alleged threat, he did not go alone. (We call it an “alleged threat” because the warning about Iran came from Israeli intelligence, and a country with a vested interest in continuing to easily hoodwink Trump into waging this pointless and expensive war is not exactly a reliable source of information.) On the plane, Trump abandoned Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and numerous others to whatever might happen. With him, traveling on a military plane, Trump was accompanied by a couple of aids, by Pete Hegseth, and also by Harp. There are some who believe that Karoline Leavitt’s abrupt departure from the White House came as a result of being essentially used as bait aboard Air Force One. Harp was a devoted Trump fan even during his first time holding power, and spent the years in the eye of the storm working for extreme right-wing OANN. With Trump’s return to the Oval Office, she returned to his side with a devotional fervor that sets her apart even among a wider cabal of toadies and sycophants. In 2024, The New York Times reported that Harp had written letters to Trump that labeled him things like her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.” “You are all that matters to me,” she expressed to him in one such letter. Harp also professed: “I want to bring you joy.” Not everyone believes that she’s a ‘mistress’ Senator Ossoff did not actually accuse Trump of having an extramarital affair with Harp. (There are also, very reasonably, questions about whether he physically could engage in sex. Even before he turned 80, Trump’s hands appeared to either have severe bruising or some sort of necromancer’s curse, and the swelling in his ankles, his constant disorientation, and his frequent on-camera naps all point to a man whose health is in decline.) Rather, Ossoff was simply accurately describing Trump’s priorities. He is obsessed with building the world’s ugliest ballroom and with punishing his enemies, all to the detriment of the American people. And, whatever his reason, he does seem to be weirdly attached to Harp. And she seems to share a mutual fascination. Reading Time: 2 minutes Over the weekend, millions were shocked by the death of Hayden Panettiere. And now, we have new information about the beloved actress’ final days. In a surprising turn of events, Hayden reportedly rekindled her romance with Brian Hickerson several months ago, but the couple made a conscious decision to keep their relationship out of the public eye. The pair apparently wanted to avoid drawing attention to their reunion because of Hickerson’s troubled history with the actress. Sources told TMZ that keeping the relationship private was largely about protecting Panettiere’s career. The former couple had previously been romantically involved beginning in 2018. Their relationship became highly controversial after Hickerson was accused of physically abusing Panettiere on multiple occasions. He ultimately pleaded no contest to two felony counts involving injury to a spouse, cohabitant or girlfriend, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail in 2021. Panettiere later spoke publicly about the abuse and said she hoped her experience would encourage others in abusive relationships to seek help. The actress and Hickerson officially split in 2022, but they eventually reconnected and described themselves publicly as friends. Panettiere had previously defended Hickerson’s efforts to change, saying she believed he had “done his time” and was willing to get help. By 2026, however, reports indicated that the relationship had become romantic again. The reunion reportedly remained largely hidden from Panettiere’s inner circle as well. In 2014, Ali was diagnosed with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. She has used a wheelchair as a mobility aid. As she explained in January, she hopes that a service dog will e a help when she begins college. (Yes, in case you weren’t feeling old enough already, the children of Teen Mom stars are old enough to apply for colleges.) The hitch was that Ali would need to raise $20,000. Now, Ali has told her Instagram followers that she has met her goal. On her Instagram page, 16-year-old Ali Simms revealed that she has met her fundraising goal. We worked hard and all together to put my fundraising together. We did many local fundraisers it was just more difficult to do public ones.” Ali affirmed: “My entire community helped as well by supporting all my fundraisers. The insider went on to claim that Jolie had “long believed that sobriety did not necessarily mean the underlying problems [Brad had] had disappeared.” “She doesn’t believe Brad has fundamentally changed. She believes Brad is who Brad is, and no amount of sobriety or reinvention changes that,” says the source. Brad’s sobriety revelation comes about ten years after he was accused of behaving abusively toward Jolie and the couple’s kids while drunk aboard a private jet. Angelina filed for divorce shortly thereafter, and all of the kids proceeded to drop Brad’s last name. So Pitt’s casual revelation that he’s back to boozing caught quite a few fans by surprise. “At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” Angelina alleged in a 2020 court filing, adding that he “choked” one of the children and “slapped another in the face.” “No, I got — I was sober for seven years. And then I got back off the wagon,’ he said with “a little laugh” during the Esquire interview. “In a more restrained manner. I got overconfident a couple times, went, ‘Yep, nope, not good for me.’ Not in big quantities,'” Pitt continued, adding: “Yeah. Well, I can have a few. But I can’t have a lot. I have to be professional about it.” Of course, Brad has a history of (allegedly) not being “professional about it,” which is why he had to quit in the first place. Reading Time: 2 minutes More troubling details are emerging following the sudden death of Hayden Panettiere. The Heroes and Nashville star was found unresponsive at a South Carolina apartment on Sunday, August 16. She was just 36 years old. Now, TMZ is reporting that Narcan was found at the scene. (Photo by Mike Windle/WireImage) Narcan, also known as naloxone, is a medication commonly used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. However, the discovery does not establish that Panettiere suffered an overdose. In fact, there is still considerable uncertainty surrounding what happened inside the apartment. Anyone can purchase Narcan over the counter, so it’s entirely possible that someone thought Hayden overdosed and used the product incorrectly. According to TMZ, two ambulances responded to the residence, which was reportedly the property of Hayden’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson. That fact has raised questions about whether someone other than Panettiere also required medical attention — and, consequently, who may have received the Narcan. Emergency responders were initially dispatched following a report of a woman in cardiac arrest. Paramedics attempted to revive Panettiere using advanced cardiac life support, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances have understandably prompted renewed questions about the actress’s cause of death. Panettiere had been remarkably open about her previous struggles with alcohol and opioid addiction. She discussed those battles at length in her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, and in interviews about her recovery. But authorities have not officially determined that substance use caused her death. An autopsy has been completed, and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office reportedly found no signs of trauma. Additional testing will be necessary before an official cause of death can be established. Police have also indicated that there were no apparent signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances surrounding Panettiere’s death. That doesn’t make this tragedy any easier to understand. Panettiere became a household name after starring as Claire Bennet on Heroes before taking on the role of Juliette Barnes on Nashville. She also appeared in the Scream franchise and spent much of her life in the public eye. Earlier this year, she spoke about rebuilding her life and looking toward the future. “I have a lot more life to live,” Panettiere said in an interview with Jay Shetty in May. Those words now feel especially heartbreaking. The actress is survived by her 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, as well as her parents. In her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, she described a yacht party in the south of France and how an unidentified friend (apparently not Diana Jenkins) betrayed her trust, luring her to a cabin. “I walked into the cabin and saw a famous thirtysomething British singer-songwriter lying in a bed,” she wrote. “He was shirtless and propped up on a few pillows with his arms positioned behind his head.” Hayden described: “From the waist down, he was covered by bedsheets, and I could see the outline of his body underneath. … Stella leaned down and whispered in my ear. ‘I want you to get in bed with him. He has a huge d–k.’” In a state of shock, Hayden initially complied, before jumping up and fleeing the room. Just be careful when you leave because someone spit their gum out somewhere, and I got some on my pants.” When she looked down at his invitation, she saw that “his testicles were hanging out from his unzipped fly.” She left the party with all due haste. Hayden wrote that she knew that it was a drunken joke, but had obviously not intended to see anyone’s genitals — let alone a significantly older man’s while she was in her teens. Did child stardom put her on this path? Or was it something else? Though many first learned of Hayden Panettiere from Heroes or Nashville or possibly Scream 4, she was a child actress. In the ’90s, that meant playing little Lizzie Spalding on Guiding Light. Which, in turn, meant that she spent a lot of time working, facing rejections, and receiving enormous praise — all at an age when healthy childhood development would have her in school and leading a normal life with friends. Did growing up as a child star leave her primed to be targeted by creepy adults, to be in an abusive relationship, and then to die tragically in her mid-30s? We don’t know. But a lot of people have pointed out that she died only six months after fellow child star Michelle Trachtenberg passed away. And she was a mother. But having so much to live for doesn’t mean that terrible accidents do not take place. Some on social media have noted that a relapse can be fatal when someone has lost their former tolerance after choosing sobriety for an extended time. According to Page Six, Hickerson found minimal success, and his “limited acting credits” include an appearance in the 2017 thriller film M.F.A. According to a police report from 2019, Hayden told police that Brian struck her “with a closed fist on the right side of her face.” The following year, she was granted a restraining order against him. In an interview with TMZ from May (above), Hickerson described Hayden as “the most talented person I’ve ever met.” He added that “it doesn’t matter who you spend Saturday night with,” explaining that it’s more important “who you spend all day Sunday with.” Many have noted that that remark has taken on a macabre tone now that Hayden passed away on a Sunday. On her podcast, Jinger Duggar discusses the strict wall between her family’s filming in childhood and what she discussed within her limited social sphere. This in-group terminology works to set people apart from members of the out-group.) “Not old, but older, mentor and that’s also helpful for me,” Jinger continued, “especially living away from family and working through a lot of things like that.” She commented: “It’s been helpful for me to have the wisdom and the care.” Jinger went on to praise the “trustworthiness” of having an older mentor friend like the one that she has found. Joy-Anna seems to agree. The two say that they are both seeking adult friendships that are free of gossip and false pretenses. (Maybe we’re just too far removed from the Duggar family’s subculture to understand, but it’s unclear what grown adults in their 20s and 30s would be gossiping about in a way that the sisters would find off-putting.) A friend reportedly called 911, and EMTs performed “advanced cardiac life support” and chest compressions, but the actress was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. The identity of the person who placed the call, and insiders have indicated that Hayden may have been living with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, before her death. One insider revealed that Hayden had been complaining about chronic back pain in the months leading up to her death. It is not clear, however, if either that ailment or any course of treatment for it factored into her death. Sadly, Hayden’s short life was a rather tumultuous one, as evidenced by revelations in her recent memoir. In addition to her battles with substance abuse and mental illness, Panettiere revealed she was coerced into sexual activity with an older male celebrity when she was just 18 years old. Early this summer, Kylie appeared in a bleak advertisement for “Meta Glasses.” Widely dubbed the “pervert glasses,” these wearable devices offer users the ability to record everything that they see, linked to the increasingly reviled AI slop tech. In the video, Kylie takes viewers through her life, as if she wears this surveillance tech regularly. Nothing in her life or home is relatable. Additionally, anyone watching this video without knowledge of Kylie’s life would have no idea that she has two children. If it were for a benign product, Kylie’s ad would be anodyne. But pushing the pervert glasses didn’t go over well with the fans who once followed her every word. If we backtrack a decade, Kylie wasn’t a mom yet. She was still a teenager — and was still one of the most influential people on the planet. (She still is … but she’s fallen several rungs as her life grows increasingly less relatable and less aspirational to her target audience.) In 2016, Kylie was the queen of Snapchat, an app that still gets use (albeit nothing like it did a decade ago). At that time, she would still do Instagram endorsements — including for controversial products like tummy teas (tea that helps you lose weight by sending you to the bathroom). She reportedly sold these endorsements for 7-figure paydays. Once Kylie became pregnant with Stormi in 2017, she largely hid from the public. And, truth be told, her brand has never truly recovered from this prolonged absence and an abrupt shift in her priorities as a very young mom. There is no question that, as with other celebrity makeup brands, Kylie Cosmetics owes much of its success due to her endorsement, her name, and the association with her brand. That was at launch. Since then, the company has taken on a life of its own. (Of course, it was also later — quietly — reported that the company was overvalued at the time.) (It also touches upon her boyfriend’s advertisement for Kalshi, which seems equally soulless and equally inexcusable.) One major thing to note is that Kylie is someone who knows the value of privacy. She can afford to live in an enclave where she only appears on camera when she wishes. Most people who have to go to work, to school, shopping, and more do not have that luxury. They can be covertly filmed on these creepy devices. And some creeps might feed these images into other AI slop programs, producing “nudified” renderings of innocent people — including children. But Oprah isn’t exactly taking responsibility for the paths her former proteges chose to follow. “Everybody has their own path in life, and it has not one thing to do with me, and I don’t have one thing to do with them,” she said. Winfrey explained that her original decision to feature the two men had nothing to do with politics. Instead, she genuinely believed they had something valuable to offer her viewers. “At the time, the reason and intention behind me giving them their breaks was I thought they had valuable information to share that had been meaningful to me,” she explained. In Dr. Phil’s case, Winfrey said the two became acquainted during her 1998 legal battle over comments she made about beef and mad cow disease. McGraw supported her during the lengthy trial, and Oprah was impressed by his practical approach. “He was so practical, so down to earth, so real,” she recalled. “I thought, ‘Oh, you could help a lot of people. You should come on my show.’” Dr. Oz entered the picture several years later after being introduced to Winfrey by her longtime friend Gayle King. The television personality said she appreciated Oz’s ability to explain complicated medical subjects in terms that she could understand. “He explained practical things like colon cancer and bowel movements,” Winfrey said. “I thought he had the language for explaining medical things in a way that was helpful to me.” So she brought him onto her show, too. Whatever the case, the Oscar-winner’s confession has prompted a new round of discourse, and several of the nation’s most prominent addiction specialists spoke with the New York Times this week. “People with an alcohol disorder show a variety of different paths through which they resolve that alcohol use disorder,” said Christopher W. Kahler, director of the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies at the Brown University School of Public Health, adding: “Some of those involve being completely abstinent, and some of them don’t.” “We do recommend that people stop drinking entirely and probably continue to stop drinking once they have an alcohol use disorder,” added Dr. Melissa Weimer, an associate professor who specializes in addiction medicine at the Yale School of Medicine. “But everybody’s different, and they have to make their own personal choices.” Dr. Alta DeRoo, the chief medical officer of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, took things a step further, telling the Times that she rejects the idea of “a single correct route” to recovery. DeRoo notes that pushing abstinence as the only path might drive away people who are trying to cut back for purposes of harm reduction. Yes, the Alcoholics Anonymous abstinence-only approach dominated the conversation for decades, but experts now believe that there are other paths to recovery. None of that changes the fact that this is just one of several current PR headaches for Team Brad. Now, an odd update in the case may shed light on what was going on before the triple-murder-suicide. (Image Credit: Fox 13/YouTube) It was a triple-murder-suicide, and it was almost worse On May 3, 2026, 27-year-old Hailey Dempsey killed her 55-year-old mother, Valerie DeBoe, and then two of her children, police say. Dempsey carried out these killings using a gun. The first victim was her mother, before she fled DeBoe’s Tampa residence with her kids — only to turn her firearm on them. One of the victims was her 4-month-old. The other was her 4-year-old. Investigators determined that Dempsey also attempted to fatally shoot her 2-year-old, but missed. Moments later, police say, Dempsey died by suicide using the same gun. Family annihilators are stereotypically men who feel that they’ve lost control or that their status is in jeopardy due to their family, but it is not unheard of for a woman to do this. (People are complex and gender is far from one-size-fits-all, but societal expectations related to men, power, and status are very different.) Often, but not always, severe mental illness is a factor. Across social media, numerous people have brought up that Dempsey had a 4-month-old baby, questioning if what transpired may have been related to postpartum psychosis. This was not about her husband’s phone (but that fight was likely a symptom) On Thursday, August 13, Plant City Police Chief Richard Mills held a press conference following the conclusion of the investigation. Mills confirmed what we now know about Dempsey’s final moments and the lives that police say that she took with her. Additionally, he shared that police had responded to the Dempsey home three times in the days leading up to the triple-murder-suicide. Mills detailed that two days before the shooting, on May 1, Dempsey and her husband, Jay, had a “verbal altercation” over porn on his cell phone. He headed off any assumptions, clarifying: “It wasn’t cheating or anything like that, evidently it was just porn, and they were having an argument over that. Whatever the case, it seems that Tony’s most famous ex is hoping that this moment will turn out to be his rock bottom. Romo was at the peak of his NFL career, and he and Jessica reportedly parted on contentious terms. These days, Jessica is sober after having battled alcoholism for several years. And according to a new report from Radar Online, she believes that Tony is also a problem drinker, and she hopes his arrest will serve as a wake-up call. “Jessica ultimately wishes Tony no harm, and she’s thrilled that this moment — which is, no doubt, embarrassing, could lead him to finally find the same path that has worked so well for her,” a source tells the outlet. The insider went on to allege that Tony “ushered” Jessica into a world of heavy drinking while they were both in their twenties. “She was out of control in those days, and Tony was like the Pied Piper of partying and ushered her into a world where alcohol often played a major role,” the source claimed, adding: “Even after they split, it was too late for her to stop; the die had been cast and drinking to excess had become a rotten way of life that she couldn’t seem to quit.” Now, it’s important to note that alcoholics are not vampires, and they don’t have the ability to transform other grown adults into problem drinkers. So if — all these years later — Jessica is still blaming Tony for the fact that she fell into addiction, she might want to examine that impulse. After all, recovery, as any addict will tell you, begins with accountability. Of course, Jessica has not said any of these things publicly, and if she still thinks about Tony at all these days, we’re sure she wishes him well. And if Simpson does believe that Romo has a problem with booze, we’re sure she has nothing but sympathy for his plight. Tenisha is the actor’s widow. You can see her recent interview with Gayle King, below. “Pamela continues to grieve the sudden loss of her son, Malcolm,” Pamela expressed indirectly. The statement affirmed: “She remains focused on protecting his legacy and the well-being of his daughter and family.” “Recent claims that Pamela sought to prevent her granddaughter from receiving financial support are untrue,” the statement alleged. “Malcolm was thoughtful and deliberate in his estate planning to include all his loved ones,” Pamela shared. “While the trust at issue is in favor of Pamela, his father, and his sister,” the statement acknowledged, “Malcolm provided for his wife and daughter separate and apart from that trust to the tune of millions of dollars.” The statement shared: “Following Malcolm’s passing, Pamela attempted to resolve these matters privately.” That is often the case. “When litigation was initiated,” Pamela’s statement continued, “courts in Georgia and California appointed guardians ad litem to represent Malcolm’s daughter.” A judge will need to sign off on the settlement The family has since reached a settlement, the statement explains. However, it is still pending approval from the court. “The agreement provides for Malcolm’s daughter to receive the majority remainder of the Trust and Estate,” Pamela’s statement shares. Continuing, the statement added: “The Settlement also memorializes that it is in the best interest of Malcolm’s daughter to have a relationship with her grandmother, Pamela.” That sounds complicated. “Pamela remains hopeful that all parties will support the resolution and that her granddaughter will receive the full benefit of Malcolm’s legacy without further delay,” Pamela aspired. If Tenisha Warner has anything to publicly say in response, she did not immediately share it. At this point, it seems unlikely that Pamela and Tenisha Warner will ever see eye to eye on anything. Clashes between in laws can happen. But, this time, Malcolm-Jamal was not there to smooth things over between his wife and mother. Jessica Bang, an 18-year-old Australian golfer who was preparing to compete in a tournament in Bangkok, Thailand, has died after suffering a brain hemorrhage. Bang suddenly collapsed on August 1 while preparing for the tournament. She was rushed to Synphaet Ramintra Hospital, where she underwent emergency brain surgery and was placed on life support in intensive care. According to a GoFundMe page posted by Bang’s cousins, Summer and Amelia, she died at the hospital on Thursday, August 13, at 7:20 a.m. local time. The news was confirmed in a statement shared through the fundraiser. “We are truly heartbroken by this news,” Bang’s cousins wrote. “However, we would like to continue to remember Jessica and celebrate her achievements, passion, and dedication to golf.” They went on to remember the teenager for her personality as much as her accomplishments. “Her sense of humour, together with her cheerful and vibrant personality, will always be remembered and treasured by our family,” they wrote. And a very damning assessment of how little the entertainment industry, or our society as a whole, holds terrible men accountable. “Besides that, he has patience, resilience, and persistence, and he’s not despairing about the situation with his kids,” the source then reported. “Brad knows he’ll eventually have a place in all of their lives again,” the insider claimed, “because he helped raise them and develop them into the people that they are today.” The source insisted: “Nobody can take that away from Brad — no matter what’s going on with his legal fight with Angelina.” It almost sounds as if that alleged inside source believes that Angelina Jolie or perhaps some sort of legal injunction is the source of the estrangement. Meanwhile, it is likely that asking any of the Jolie kids would lead to the answer that Pitt is the sole architect of these estrangements. Obviously. According to the insider, Pitt is taking a “mature approach” to his future ties with his estranged children, all of whom are now adults. ‘He’ll always be their dad’ “Brad’s really changed on his sobriety journey over the last several years,” the source then claimed. That is interesting to hear, especially in light of the recent revelation that he is drinking again. “He’ll always pick up the phone if his kids need something from him,” the insider announced. “And,” the source added, “he’s not going to change that policy anytime soon.” That doesn’t really seem to mean much. He isn’t the one who cut off contact. By all accounts, he is just the one who drove away everyone who loved him and is now reaping the consequences of his actions. The Brangelina custody battle is no more. The twins, Knox and Vivienne, turned 18 just over a month ago, on July 12. “Even though all six kids and Brad have been through some tough times together, he’ll always be their dad,” the insider stated ominously. “In the end, he wants them to be as proud of him as they are of Angelina,” the source added. If that report is true and Pitt really hopes for his children to have pride in him, perhaps he should earn it. Obviously, it’s likely a fools errand, at this point. Tyler Duckworth — the reality star best known for his appearances on multiple MTV reality shows — has passed away. He was just 44 years old. Duckworth made his debut on The Real World: Key West back in 2006. He went on to star on six seasons of The Challenge, winning two of them. News of Tyler’s death comes courtesy of his mother, who revealed his unexpected passing on Facebook: “My son, Tyler, passed away earlier this week. Cause of death has yet to be determined,” she wrote. “I will post on Facebook about services as soon as his dad and I figure it out.” The cause of his death is unknown at this time. Police in Fargo, North Dakota — where Tyler had been living and working as a social studies teacher — classified the death as “unattended,” meaning there were no witnesses. Tyler appeared happy and healthy at a Challenge reunion event in Minneapolis just one week before his death. “So proud to represent my hometown of Minneapolis along with these other challenge legends,” he captioned the post above, adding: “The fans are what keep us coming out! Hearing your stories of courage, inspiration & joy that you’ve got being a fan of the franchise is humbling each and every time. Specifically, it looks like he’s trying to gain access to her drug test results — and, perhaps, allow the world to know, too. As many The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives fans are aware, he is the ex-husband of Taylor. They share two children, Indy and Ocean. Tate filed the request on Thursday, August 13. The two parents remain locked in a bitter custody fight — on which critics have said is Tate’s attempt to take advantage of her bad publicity earlier this year. Earlier this summer, Tate asked the court to grant him a restraining order against Taylor. He claims that her behavior is erratic — increasingly so. (Taylor has denied his allegations.) Tate also reiterated his belief that he should be awarded sole legal and physical custody of both children. For now, however, Taylor is allowed unsupervised visits with her kids. What is the real purpose of this filing? Weeks ago, the judge instructed Taylor to submit to drug tests. (Though drug testing is not universal for custody cases, it is not uncommon in family court — especially when bitter exes are involved.) If Taylor were to test positive on these tests, her visitations would then require supervision. According to the report, all parties agreed to the drug testing and sharing the test results with the court. If Taylor is still cooperating with the court and not testing positive on her screenings, it’s unclear what Tate hopes to gain. We previously reported that Taylor — among others — believes that Dakota Mortensen, her more recent ex, is coordinating in some way with Tate. TMZ‘s report details that Taylor may believe that Dakota is actively feeding disinformation to Tate to make this custody battle more contentious than it has to be. (Dakota is waging his own custody war against Taylor.) One can easily imagine a parent who believes that their child is in danger fighting in court. Apparently, Taylor believes that Dakota has engineered this through a campaign of lies. However, it’s unclear why Tate wants these records unsealed. If the results were anything but clean, family court would have taken action. You’d hate to think that this is just a move meant to harass Taylor during an already contentious legal process. Reading Time: 2 minutes We have tragic news to report from the world of television today: Christy Knowings — the comic actress best known for her work on Nickelodeon’s beloved sketch show All That — has passed away. She was just 46 years old. According to People, Knowings suffered an asthma attack on August 7 and was hospitalized at a Los Angeles-area hospital. She was subsequently placed on life support and died on August 11. Knowings’ family reportedly made the decision to remove her from life support after the attack resulted in severe brain damage. The actress joined the cast of All That in 1997 and appeared in more than 30 episodes through 1999. During her time on the Nickelodeon hit, Knowings portrayed a variety of characters, including Gloria Bankhead, a role she particularly enjoyed. The series became a launching pad for several young stars, including Kenan Thompson, Amanda Bynes, Kel Mitchell, and Nick Cannon. Thompson, who starred alongside Knowings on All That, reacted to the heartbreaking news on Instagram. “Man this one hit hard!!! Rest well Christy!!! Never could have imagined this day!!” Thompson wrote, while sending love to Knowings’ family and remembering her as “one of the funniest people out here.” Knowings continued working in entertainment after her All That run came to an end. She appeared in the 2009 film Mother and Child, which also gave her a writing credit. She later appeared on Sesame Street alongside her twin brother, Chris Knowings, making three appearances between 2009 and 2011. She also pursued music, releasing the folk single “To the World” in 2020. Sadly, Knowings’ death comes just months after another former All That cast member, Kianna Underwood, died at age 33 after being killed in a hit-and-run incident in New York City.
