And this time, he’s going even lower than usual by focusing his criticism on her parenting skills. The trio have been beloved by fans, with many suggesting they are the perfect balance of judges. But in February 2024, Katy Perry announced that the upcoming season of the show would be her last. The bombshell announcement was apparently made without any warning given to Luke and Lionel. A few months later, Entertainment Tonight caught up with Luke and he admitted that he didn’t know his fate with the show. In fact, no one knows who will be back next season! “It’s been interesting,” the country star said of Idol‘s changes for the upcoming season. “It’s been something Disney been really tightlipped about with me and Lionel and [host] Ryan [Seacrest]. We currently haven’t heard what the story is on who’s coming back, and if Lionel and I are coming back. He confessed that he didn’t have a great work-life balance, especially when it comes to spending time with his wife and kids. “I’m not really balancing it that well this year,” he shared. Referring to his wife, he added, “I’m like, ‘Baby, this is a rough year, let’s just get through it and then we’ll find a boat and go to the Caribbean or something.’” As the rumor behind Katy’s exit suggests that she is hoping to have another baby with Orlando Bloom, some are wondering if the same could be said of Luke. On July 1, the veteran star uploaded an Instagram photo of a countdown board on alongside a card that read, “You are literally the most amazing person.” McDermott included with this post a caption that read as follows: “Last week was an incredible week of love, hugs and recovery. Thank you to my Sponsor, my Sponsee Brothers and everyone in the fellowship for celebrating my 1 year birthday.” “A special thanks to @_harmonyplace J,D and H for saving my life. If you’re struggling with addiction, just surrender and ask for help,” McDermott added, referencing his drug and alcohol addiction treatment center. The 57-year old certainly has come a long way. Given Farrah’s very unusual way of understanding (and misunderstanding) the world, it’s hard to say how accurate that is. According to Grant Harrold, a former royal butler who once worked for King Charles, it’s “unlikely” that Harry will be able to rebuild the bridges he’s burnt in recent years. We are just days away from history being made. On July 8, Jenn Tran will debut as the first-ever Bachelorette of Asian-American descent. And while we’re very excited for Tran to begin her journey, choosing from a number of handsome and available men, many ABC viewers are already thinking far ahead. (ABC) Back in May, the network renewed this franchise for another go-around, surprising absolutely no one when you consider the low costs associated with the production… along with the success of Joey Graziadei in the lead role earlier this year. (ABC) This is not unusual. Odds are that the next series anchor will come from Tran’s season; that producers will select one of the finalists sent home before the final rose is handed out. Isn’t that right, Tyler Cameron? Tyler Cameron is just so very good looking. That’s really all we have to say at the moment. She then brought up a very old story told by ex-spouse Kody Brown in the family’s 2012 memoir, Becoming Sister Wives: The Story of an Unconventional Marriage. “I was eating nachos and it really, really grossed him out,” Christin told her followers in this video. “This is the gas station where I got the nachos at.” In the aforementioned book, the father of 18 claimed that watching Christine eat nachos “cooled [his] attraction” to her, elaborating on his obnoxious stance way back the as follows: I was convinced that Christine was the cutest girl in the world, although she was a little chubby. We’d been on the road all night, we stopped at a gas station … Christine went into the Quickie Mart and bought herself what looked like the largest portion of chili cheese nachos that I’d ever seen.” Christine and Kody Brown are no longer married. That’s probably a good thing. (TLC) Kody emphasized in this section of the memoir that “the sight of those nachos turned [his] stomach.” Somehow, it took Christine many, many years after this admission to leave Kody — but at least she worked up the courage to do so, walking away from her spiritual marriage in November 2021. “Christine’s decision to leave comes with a great deal of sadness,” Kody said in a statement after she made this decision. “We enjoyed many years together and I have a large amount of respect and admiration for her. Although we are moving forward on different paths, we will always remain committed parents.” Christine Brown has said she’s SO glad she divorced Kody. We’re proud of her for doing so. In a recording of his conversation, Jamie can be heard telling the group how on April 11, 2023, he had a “bad headache,” so he asked his “boy for Advil.” This is the first time Jamie has explained what exactly prompted him to go to the hospital. The problem is, to hear him tell it, there isn’t much he remembers after that. Explaining that he was “in Atlanta” when he was hospitalized, the Oscar winner shared that his sister and his daughter took him to “the first doctor.” But that’s about all he remembers. The latter Welcome to Plathville cast member filed her divorce paperwork in Georgia on June 26, stating that her marriage to Barry is “irretrievably broken,” according to various outlets. Kim and Barry Plath are featured in this confessional from their reality show. (TLC) In Kim’s divorce filing, the TLC personality confirmed that she was now living in Florida, listing her and Barry’s separation date as December 31, 2021. The reality stars did not publicly announce their separation until June 28, 2022 — after 24 years of marriage — at which time they said the following: “After considerable thought and discussion, we have decided to end our marriage,” said Kim and Barry to this outlet. “While this was not an easy decision, we know it’s the best choice for both of us. “We have been through many highs and lows in our 24 years of marriage and as we navigate this new chapter in our lives, we will co-parent our amazing children.” Kim and Barry Plath on air. The wife of Kanye West, Bianca Censori, is accused of sending porn to Yeezy employees. This spring, we reported that Kanye West’s former assistant is suing him. She is not the only one taking him to court. Another lawsuit accuses him of major financial wrongdoing and an abhorrent workplace environment in which employees were degraded as “slaves” and were not properly paid. And there’s more. The lawsuit does not target Kanye’s wife, Bianca Censori. But it does describe her as having sent porn to at least one employee. That legal filing alleges that Bianca Censori, the wife of Kanye West, shared a link to “hardcore” sexual content with one of his employees. This was, apparently, following Ye’s “Yeezy Porn” studio announcement in April. The filing includes allegations that these videos were also accessible to staffers who were minors. Rather, it targets Kanye West and his former chief of staff, notorious alt-right “influencer” Milo Yiannopoulos. According to the lawsuit, the two of them did not properly pay employees for their long hours as they worked to complete a Yeezy porn app by May 1. The lawsuit specifically describes West and Yiannopoulos of “forced labor and cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment” of employees. Notably, Buzzfeed confirmed in 2017 that Milo Yiannopoulos conspired with various white nationalists, including those who write for explicitly Neo-Nazi publications, to push white nationalism into the conservative mainstream. As such, these remarks and this sort of abhorrent work culture are tragically unsurprising. Oddly enough, Kanye’s porn studio aspirations drove Yiannopolous to resign. One of the cornerstones of fascist ideology is an opposition to expression of human sexuality and a desire to strictly control art. On Friday, the former Bachelorette lead revealed to the public that she is a victim of sexual assault. In a candid Instagram post, Thurston detailed her experience in the aftermath of this rape, which included getting a rape kit done and getting support from a Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). The television world has lost a funny one. Martin Mull, a beloved comedian and veteran star of numerous hit TV shows, died this week at the age of 80. According to the actor’s daughter, who broke the sad news via Instagram, Mull had been battling an illness for an unspecified period of time. Sad news this week out of the entertainment industry: Lizzy Musi, a main cast member on the reality show Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings, has passed away after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She was 33 years old. Our heart goes out to the loved ones of Lizzy Musi. She has passed away at the age of 33. (Instagram) The tragedy was confirmed via Facebook late Thursday when her dad, Pat Musi, wrote the following: “Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight. “Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle. At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grief [sic] and make arrangements in peace. “We will give an update as soon as we have information to share.” Lizzy rose to small screen on No Prep Kings, the Discovery Channel spin-off of 2018’s drag racing series Street Outlaws. (Discovery) Musi first shared her cancer diagnosis in April 2023, revealing the news on Instagram. “Hey Everyone, I haven’t been able to have much time to post due to an unexpected life change,” she wrote back then. “A few days ago I have been Diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has moved to my lymph nodes to my liver. “I have a rough journey ahead of me. I appreciate everyone’s messages and calls.” Two months later, Lizzy shared that she had shaved her head due to “extreme hair loss.” “Well here is the new me….some days are tough to look in the mirror but there are days where I feel stronger than ever,” she added, sharing a picture of her new look at the time. Lizzy starred on the aforementioned program with her father who is an eight-time PDRA Pro Street World Champion, according to his website. The reality TV star’s death comes after Street Outlaws: Fastest in America driver Ryan Fellows died at the age of 41 after being involved in a car accident in August 2022. Street Outlaws star Christopher “Kentucky” Ellis also died at the age of 39 in September 2020 after being found at his home in Oklahoma City. In early May, following a brief hiatus and the release of perhaps Taylor’s most polarizing album to date, the Eras world tour resumed. This time, kicking off in Paris as the start of the tour’s European leg. Travis’ time with Taylor was apparent, even before he joined her on stage in London’s Wembley Arena. Fans spied him viewing many of her shows. Oh, and there was that time when Taylor appeared to have a hickey on stage. Even before he became an all-out celebrity by dating Taylor, he was very famous within the football subculture. And the second is that the sport of football happens in cycles referred to as “seasons.” Though this cycle includes a “preseason” and a “postseason” (whatever that means), he will not have any duties with the Kansas City Chiefs (his sports team) until later this summer: training camp starting on July 21. After delighting fans in London — including Prince William, lil’ Prince George, and Princess Charlotte — it wasn’t exactly a long trip to her next set of shows. It would be very easy for Travis to come with her. And, one has to assume, that’s something that they would both enjoy.
