Fans and/or trolls, depending on how you look at it, are trying to will into existence Zendaya taking the next step in her person life. You see, a pair of of TikTok videos went viral in the summer of 2022 that made it — falsely!!! — look like the Euphoria actress was expecting a baby with boyfriend Tom Holland. They did so by incorporating an annoying “Krissed” meme, which means the footage featured a look at Zendaya’s — phony!!!! — ultrasound… and then cut to a video of Kris Jenner dancing to “Lady Marmalade,” a pranking trend known as getting, yes, “”Krissed.” Hmm, maybe TikTok should be banned? (Kidding! Kidding! Don’t come for us!) Despite being in the middle of filming her tennis epic, the pregnancy rumors reached the desk of Zendaya and shockingly, she responded. Zendaya Pleads: Stop ‘Making Stuff Up’ Despite the aforementioned TikTok videos concluding with an admission that the Zendaya pregnancy rumors were complete BS, plenty of Zendaya’s fans heard the news secondhand and believed the story to be true. Hence, the superstar’s need to clear things up. “See now, this is why I stay off Twitter,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on June 15, 2022. “Just making stuff up for no reason weekly.” “Anyway back to filming…Challengers,” the actress added, citing the romantic drama she’d been shooting with The Crown‘s Josh O’Connor and West Side Story‘s Mike Faist. The thing about TikTok is that it’s invited a brand new generation of clickbait to circulate on the web. If one isn’t careful, one gets tricked into believing just about anything. One of the aforementioned videos was shared by TikTok user @robairesbussy. It includes a photoshopped snapshpt of Zendaya with a baby bump, walking with Holland, and the words, “WAIT SINCE WHEN WAS ZENDAYA PREGNANT.” The caption notes the clip is a “#joke.” Not everyone read the caption, though. You can see where the confusion came in, right? Zendaya had included the caption, “I love you. Halfway there [heart emoji].” But the TikTok user edited it to look like she tagged Holland, Zendaya’s Spider-Man co-star; and it also included a text box with the words, “There’s no way.” At the end of the clip, a dancing Kris Jenner appear, along with the text, “YOU JUST GOT KRISSED…SEND THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS TO #KRIS THEM!” Welp. And even though his children are all adults and he has a day job, some may scoff at him producing “party boy” music. But also? Jon is at a place in life where he’s balancing happiness with sadness. Surprisingly, the invitation was extended to Jill’s father, Jim Bob Duggar as well. While she mad managed to maintain a relationship with her mother, Jill has not spoken or seen her father for a long time. In fact, in 2023, Jill and Derrick published a tell-all book that exposed all of the hardships they faced with Jim Bob in their life. In another set of photos, what looks to be most of Jill’s family attends a balloon release service for Isla. It’s the end of a precious, endearing, very long-lasting era. On Tuesday night, TLC aired the latest season finale of Little People, Big World. And while the fate of the show remains high up in the air, the fate of two key cast members has already been decided: Zach and Tori Roloff will not be returning tot he reality series. The Roloffs on Little People, Big World here on the show’s season finale. (TLC) “We are done. That part of our lives, that chapter has closed,” said Tori Roloff on a recent episode of her and her husband’s podcast, confirming their departure from Little People, Big World. Zach later made it sound as if the pair’s contracts have expired… and neither the couple itself nor network executives are interested in a renewal. “We’ve made it pretty clear,” added Zach on this same podcast. “They haven’t asked us back technically.” To their credit, both Zach and Tori were very candid about the basis for their departure, with the former stating simply a few weeks ago: “This last cycle was rough between the family, the farm deal, and we were done with it. Zach proceeded to trash him as a coward and a manipulator after Matt pushed back against this summary of events. The relationship hasn’t been close to the same since. On this season (series?!?) finale, Zach went ahead and doubled down on his hesitancy to forge a further relationship with his father. “When it comes to my dad like yeah, I don’t know dude, like that ship’s all sailed. Like there’s not much of a relationship. It’s just doing our own thing. Time maybe even it out, but everything will be healed. It’ll just — it’ll be different,” he said. Sometimes it’s annoying. “We get sensitive sometimes, we make sure our kids are well-behaved because we do feel like we’re being watched.” Tori confessed that it can all be “hard” at times. The kids don’t ask.” To mark the pair’s final scene on the series that made them famous and fairly rich, Tori noted: “I think that we’ve created a life here that I don’t think could have been created anywhere else. “I think we’ve found an independency and we’ve found just our own space. They jointly posted it to Instagram. The comments section, of course, overflowed with praise. Primarily for Tammy (Haley has a large following, but significantly more on TikTok than on Instagram), as fans find her increased mobility to be very encouraging. A former employee is suing Megan Thee Stallion, describing a slew of labor violations. Megan Thee Stallion is a beloved star, a talented performer, the victim of a horrific crime, and everyone’s celebrity crush. But according to a cameraman who previously worked for her, she was responsible for a toxic workplace culture of harassment. The lawsuit against the rapper cites nine labor code violations, including harassment and hostile work environments. But who is Emilio Garcia? Megan, born Megan Pete, has Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc. and Hot Girl Touring, LLC. Jay-Z founded Roc Nation. These companies are named alongside Stallion in the lawsuit. The allegations within the lawsuit range from embarrassing mishaps that can (but should not) happen in the entertainment industry to body-shaming harassment and issues of payment and retaliation. Garcia describes being in the car at the time, and feeling “was embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.” Due to the circumstances (being in a moving vehicle), he could not simply leave. The next day, Garcia recalls, Stallion asked him whether he had been in the car. Apparently, she hadn’t realized at the time. Garcia alleges that Stallion chastised him for his body size, calling him a “fat bitch” and instructing him to “spit your food out.” That would be absolutely reprehensible under any circumstances — but, coming from an employer, it’s much worse. Again, while allegedly having sex in front of an employee is inappropriate, it sounds like an accident. The sort of thing can (but should not) happen when people are traveling together for extended periods of time. The alleged body-shaming, however, is truly inexcusable. Then there is the matter of pay According to Garcia, his role was misclassified, which deprived him of healthcare and overtime pay. Additionally, he reports not having breaks for rests or meals while working as Stallion’s personal photographer. Garcia’s lawsuit describes how, in August of 2022, the CEO of Roc Nation changed his compensation structure. Instead of receiving a $4,000 monthly rate, he received pay-per-task. Essentially, this meant that he was receiving less pay for the same work — all thanks to employer jargon and a few strokes of a pen. This sort of horror happens in all sorts of industries. While it’s easy to say that Garcia could have simply quit and gotten a new job that would pay him like a human being, that’s often easier said than done. Earlier this month, Jill Duggar shared the devastating news of the stillbirth of her daughter Isla Marie. Now, the former reality star has invited fans to join in her grieving process by sharing photos from Isla’s funeral. On Tuesday, Jill and husband Derick Dillard hosted a memorial service for Isla at their church. A photo carousel on Jill’s Instagram page featured a series of heartbreaking images, including a box containing Isla’s remains and a collection of books her parents had hoped to share with her. After Kanye’s infamous stunt at the VMAs in which he snatched the microphone from Taylor Swift much earlier in her career, President Obama accurately described him as a “jackass.” That, like a lot of other criticism, did not sit well with Kanye West. That he blurted out the most inappropriate name that came to mind in the moment. Sometimes, very funny people cross the line in an attempt to be funny. Other times, people with unmedicated mental illness say outlandish things because they have no filter. Both can be true of the same person at the same time. But we wish that Ye would make more ethical choices, be more considerate, and take care of his psychiatric needs. There are (still) people who love him and would like to see him behave himself.
