SCS On The Road: Iceland Research Trip
A few weeks ago, we shared a blog from our research trip to Iceland, where the map designers who took part in the journey shared their impressions. Today, we're excited to bring you a big episode of SCS On The Road, where you can experience the research trip in more detail, complete with stunning shots of Iceland's breathtaking landscapes and even some comparisons with the in-game map! Part of our marketing team set out on this journey alongside our map designers to document the unforgettable trip. Iceland is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and during their time there, the map team had the chance to visit some truly stunning locations that they are now recreating for this upcoming map expansion. To bring these places to life in our game and do them justice, the team needed to gather plenty of visual references, helping them recreate the landscapes and landmarks as accurately and faithfully to reality as possible. In this video, our map designers also shared some interesting insights into the map creation process, along with information about some of the places we are bringing directly into the map - keep an eye out for an upcoming hidden road, crossing a narrow bridge on its way to Þingvellir National Park! We would also like to send a huge thank you to Volvo Trucks and Skúli, a real truck driver from Iceland, who made it possible for the map designers to take a ride in the 780-horsepower Volvo FH16 XXL and experience Iceland from a completely different perspective - from the cabin of a truck. So, without further ado, let's watch this episode together! Stay tuned for more, because on this trip we also collaborated with Volvo to shoot one of their videos. While we cannot reveal what it was about right now, you can look forward to a behind-the-scenes SCS On The Road episode from that as well! Don't forget to add the Iceland DLC to your Steam wishlist if you want to explore the beautiful places you saw in this video! Also, remember to follow us on X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and TikTok to receive updates on upcoming Euro Truck Simulator 2 projects and future SCS On The Road episodes. Or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed. Keep on trucking! https://store.steampowered.com/app/3796990/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Iceland/ View the full article

Autumn 2026 Roadmap Update
Hello Responders! We’ve heard loud and clear that players want some insights into what we’re working on next for No More Room in Hell 2 so we’ve dusted off the old Early Access roadmap and given it an update to reflect our direction moving forward: The Rest of 2026As described in our Beyond Armageddon blogpost, our core focus for the rest of this year is for us to strengthen the core experience and add endgame goals. Responder Retirement and Hell Mode both look to offer players of all types motivation to continue improving at the game and achieving new heights. Survival, as our newest mode, is receiving two new maps to help add diversity to player’s experiences. We’ve already improved some of our existing maps in Resupply (1.1) and will continue to with Hospital in the near future! Along the way, we’ll also be looking to add new weapons that take advantage of some of archetypes and ammo types deserving more options. We’ll continue improving various UX & UI feedback points and ensuring that the game becomes easier to navigate and understand. For those who wish to support us or crave some more status symbols, we’ll have both new paid cosmetic packs as well as free cosmetics as part of upcoming systems like Responder Retirement. Entering 2027 & BeyondNext year will see us move beyond these fundamental systems and instead begin to build out our gameplay content further. Objective mode will see its first new map fairly early 2027, with more being planned. Survival will continue to see support, including us investigating what an alternative scenario would look like for the gamemode. Solo Mode will have its own version of progression that allows players to play the game on their own as a separate experience from the cooperative progression. Similarly, we’ll be expanding our weapon offerings to include new types of weapons not yet seen in NMRIH2 and adding more skills, items, improvements, cosmetics to keep the apocalypse’s sandbox rich with new toys to discover and builds to pursue. This stage of development will still be informed by player feedback, the same way our Early Access period was guided by our tightknit community. We’ll have more to share in the coming weeks about upcoming releases like 1.2 (targeting October) as well as status updates on features as they reach milestones in development. Thank you to everyone who has been playing, providing their thoughts, guiding other players, and making the apocalypse just a bit better with each other. As always, stay safe out there! Season of Hell’s Legacy Is Live — Play for Free
Season of Hell’s Legacy is live in Diablo IV. Step into Waking Nightmares that bring some of the most infamous moments from Diablo’s past into the present. Guided by the lost soul of Deckard Cain, confront echoes of legendary foes, explore familiar locations reimagined in Diablo IV, and contain the fearsome powers of the Prime Evils. Delve deeper into these twisted memories, uncover secrets from across Diablo’s history, and earn anniversary rewards and gear celebrating 30 years of the franchise. New to Diablo IV? Play free on Steam until September 21 at 10 a.m. PT. Experience the Diablo IV base game with access to all classes and progression up to level 30. Season FeaturesFace the Prime Evils in the Seasonal QuestlineIt is clear that we are facing an Evil difficult to comprehend, let alone combat. There is only one Horadrim sage, schooled in the most arcane history and lore, who can advise us. — Akara Amid the dead rising from Pandemonium, the lost soul of the legendary Horadrim Deckard Cain returns with dire news. Three dark wanderers have returned, each leaving a trail of death in their wake. Confront them and delve into the nightmares of their horrific past. Only there can you defeat the Prime Evils that torment them and lay their souls to rest. Complete the Seasonal Questline to collect the three Splinters of Evil by defeating echoes of Diablo beneath Tristram Cathedral, Baal at Arreat Summit, and Mephisto within the Durance of Hate. Choose which Prime Evil’s power to bear, build reputation through the activities associated with that Splinter, and unlock modifiers and upgrades through War Plans. When you’re ready to pursue a different path, return to the largest Waking Nightmares to change the Splinter you wield. While bearing a Splinter of Evil, you become a dark wanderer yourself. An Iconic Power associated with that Prime Evil will periodically erupt from you during combat, dealing Fire damage for Diablo, Cold damage for Baal, or Physical damage for Mephisto. The Splinter also makes you more vulnerable to its associated Prime Evil. Be warned: what you hunt will stalk you in return. There will be eight activity modifiers in each rep track, along with six upgrades to the Iconic Power: Diablo's Splinter of Terror modifies Helltide and Infernal Hordes Baal's Splinter of Destruction modifies The Undercity and Lair Bosses Mephisto's Splinter of Hatred modifies The Pit and Nightmare Dungeons All three modify the Tree of Whispers While you can only bear one Prime Evil Soul Splinter at a time, there is a mechanism to change. To choose a different Prime Evil reputation track and rewards, acquire another Splinter from the largest Waking Nightmares. Battle Iconic Enemies in Waking NightmaresWhy did I follow him? I don't know. Why do things happen as they do in dreams? All I know is that, when he beckoned, I had to follow him. — Marius Waking Nightmares are three types of encounters showing memories and nightmares from key events from Diablo's past. While veteran players will find the settings and encounters familiar, these have been rebuilt with updated visuals and encounters designed for Diablo IV. The largest Waking Nightmares are multi-level, Capstone-type dungeons that recreate events from historic showdowns with the Prime Evils. You will first encounter these in the Seasonal Questline and will be able to replay these for rewards afterward on Torment levels. Like all Capstones, these have a fixed difficulty level. These will be also available as pinnacle Capstones at Torment 10+, for greater risks and bigger loot. The second type of Waking Nightmares can also appear as standard-length dungeons that also recreate familiar moments from Diablo's past, such as the Den of Evil from Diablo II. These have fixed locations across the world, just like normal dungeons. The third and smallest type of Waking Nightmares appear suddenly in the open world. Enter them for a one-room encounter with a past boss like giant spider Queen Araneae, or waves of memorable monsters such as dagger-wielding Flayers. Bear the Duplicitous Soul SplintersWe are either terribly brave or terribly stupid to be doing this. — Lyndon the Scoundrel Soul Splinters are special gems for the Season of Hell's Legacy, each associated with powerful demon or artifact. Being demonic in origin, Soul Splinters offer a powerful boon but also carry a liability. You can equip up to three Soul Splinters among available Jewelry slots. Splinter of Anguish (Andariel) Splinter of Sin (Azmodan) Splinter of Lies (Belial) Splinter of the Black Soulstone Splinter of Pain (Duriel) Splinter of the Mother (Lilith) Splinter of Hellfire (Na-Krul) Splinter of Damnation (Skarn) Splinters drop as Magic, Rare, Legendary, or Unique. You can use Amalgamation in the Horadric Cube to upgrade Soul Splinters of the same type and rarity to the next highest rarity. Endgame UpdatesStreamline Progress with Shared War PlansChart the course. Where do we strike? — Tyrael Ever since War Plans were introduced in Lord of Hatred, players have asked for a way to share earned War Plans reputation points across their characters. Starting in Season of Hell's Legacy, points you earn in War Plans for one character will be shared across alts on your account that exist in the same partitions within these categories: Eternal/Seasonal Non-Hardcore/Hardcore Normal/Solo-Self Found As long as two characters on your account match states in each of these three partitions, they will share War Plans progress. For example, they will share if both are Seasonal Non-Hardcore Non-SSF, but will not share with a Seasonal Non-Hardcore SSF. Each character sharing War Plans points will have separate planners where they can allocate points, similar to how shared skill or Paragon points work. While they will share War Plans reputation levels and progress, characters each have their own plans to fit their own goals and try out new options. Your War Plans progress from Season 14 characters will carry over to Eternal when the season changes on September 15. All accumulated War Plans reputation points you've earned on characters within the same partition will carry over to corresponding Eternal characters. These will add together to give you accumulated War Plans progress. Hardcore players need to be aware that only the War Plans progress of living characters at the end of Season 14 can transfer War Plans points. Season 14 Hardcore characters who die before the Season 15 changeover cannot transfer their War Plans points to Season 15, so only existing live Hardcore characters can transfer their own War Plans progress. It will not pick up War Plans points from deceased characters. Starting in Season 15, if you want a dead Hardcore character's War Plans progress to transfer to Eternal at the end of the season, you must have one other living Hardcore character in that same partition to go through the seasonal change. It can even be a level 1 "storage" Hardcore character. Once that living character moves to Eternal, it will safely deposit the accumulated points into your Eternal Hardcore War Plans progress. Customize with Mythic Unique Crafting UpdatesI shall make weapons from your bones! — The Smith While the methods to create Mythic Uniques remain the same, the outcomes are far more deterministic. Mythic Uniques can be created three ways: Horadric Cube: Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic Jeweler: Rune Crafting > Mythic Uniques Blacksmith: Forge > Mythic Cache Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic in the Horadric Cube will be more expensive than the recipes through the Blacksmith or Jeweler, but it will also be a total 1:1 transfer. As the name implies, this is a direct transfer to a Mythic state: the random factors are gone. Put in a Tibault's Will with ideal affixes and dialed-in Tempering and Masterworking, and you'll get a Mythic-ized version of that Tibault's Will with all affixes and modifications retained. The only restriction is that you cannot use this recipe on an Unmodifiable item, so beware of Transfiguring your precious Mythic Unique candidate! Mythic Uniques created using the powerful Horadric Cube Upgrade Direct recipe will have a Crafted tag. You will be able to equip only one Crafted tag item, but only Mythic Uniques crafted using this recipe will have this tag. Mythic Uniques created using the Jeweler's Rune Crafting or the Blacksmith's Mythic Unique cache will not have a Crafted tag. Even with having one Crafted tag for Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic, this leaves many options to equip multiple Mythics from both crafted and dropped sources. Hone Your Gear with New Horadric Cube Crafting RecipesYou have quite a treasure there in that Horadric Cube. — Deckard Cain Two new recipes are coming to the Horadric Cube in Season 15,giving you more control over unwanted affixes while protecting the traits you want to keep. Affix Value Reroll allows you to reroll all base affixes on both equipment and Talisman items (Charms and Seals) -- while protecting desirable traits like Greater Affixes, any Enchanted affixes, Tempers, and Transfigurations (as long as that Transfigured item is not Unmodifiable). Horadric Reroll is a second option for rerolling Charms and Seals, with a few differences. Available for Legendary+ Charms and Seals, Horadric Reroll fully randomizes all base Affixes on Charms and Seals, without touching Set Bonuses or Unique/Mythic charm powers. Unlike Affix Value Reroll, Horadric Reroll will not change the Charm Set Bonus Affixes on Seals – just base Affix. Legacy UniquesI used to have a nice ring; it was a really expensive one, with blue and green and red and silver. Don't remember what happened to it, though. — Farnham the Drunk Season of Hell's Legacy introduces nine legacy Uniques, based on fabled relics of the past. Wield Messerschmidt's Reaver, the axe said to have been borne by Prince Aidan himself when he first drove back Diablo. Bear the fabled Stone of Jordan, a ring so coveted it once served as currency. Or become the caretaker of Henri's Perquisition, the magical focus formed when a cat's curiosity collided with a magical ritual of old. The following legacy Uniques are being introduced during Season 15, but these are permanent additions to the game available on both Seasonal and Eternal realms. Those marked with (*) are also available as Unique Charms. All Classes: Leoric's Crown (Helm) *Nemesis Bracers (Gloves) *Stone of Jordan (Ring) *Squirt's Blouse (Chest - Squirt's Necklace incorporated into a Chest piece) Multiple Classes: *Arioc's Needle (2H Polearm) - Barbarian, Druid, Spiritborn *Henri's Perquisition (Offhand Focus) - Sorcerer, Necromancer, Warlock *In-Geom (1H Sword) - Barbarian, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer, Paladin, Sorcerer, Warlock *The Furnace (2H Mace) - Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock Messerschmidt's Reaver (2H Axe) - Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock New Quality of Life FeaturesEnjoy Rewards with the Horadric PostMy dearest Haedrig, Do not feel despair, my love. You did everything you could. — Mira's Letter to Haedrig The Horadric Post is a new way for the Diablo IV team to deliver rewards and messages directly to your account. The Horadric Post will occasionally contain important deliveries carrying rewards, supplies, and commemorative items. This system is one-way, a blessed postal box straight from the ether. Continue Your Legacy with RebirthWhen I woke up alone, I did not know what had happened. I wrote about it a little. You may read more if you wish. — Eirenna the Enchantress Rebirth allows you to convert characters from Eternal to Seasonal states, transferring that character to the Seasonal realm and resetting to level 1. Instead of having to create a new character at the start of each season, you'll be able to select an Eternal character to continue their adventures in the Seasonal realm. You will also maintain a running tally of hours played across all that character's Rebirths. Rebirth keeps all of the following: Class, name, appearance, and state (Normal or Hardcore) When saved as part of an ensemble, cosmetic preferences including transmogs and pigments, mounts and accessories, pets, portals, and headstones can also transfer. Before using Rebirth, move all gear and items from that character into your Eternal stash for safekeeping. You'll receive a warning before you click Rebirth that any retained items will be lost on Rebirth, giving you the option to remove all items or destroy them instead. You won’t be able to use Rebirth until your character has no items left equipped or in personal inventory. Season ProgressionSeason RanksWell, they're all dead and we're not. LoL Patch 26.19 Preview: All Buffs, Nerfs, and More
Riot Games has revealed the first preview for League of Legends Patch 26.19, and the update is shaping up to be an important one ahead of Worlds 2026. Riot balance lead Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison confirmed that Patch 26.19 is the first of two Worlds-focused updates, with Patch 26.20 serving as the Worlds patch. Patch 26.19 is currently scheduled to go live on September 23, 2026, while Patch 26.20 is scheduled for October 7. Riot notes that scheduled patch dates can still change. In brief: Patch 26.19 buffs 10 champions, including Aatrox, Aphelios, Fiora, Draven, Kha’Zix, and Master Yi. Six champions are being nerfed, while Orianna has been removed from the patch. Lucian is now classified as an adjustment, with lower Vigilance damage but significantly higher Q damage. Top Lane Teleport is getting a lower cooldown, while World Atlas and Runic Compass are trading some health for increased HP regeneration. LoL Patch 26.19 Full Preview Riot Games has now revealed the full numerical preview for Patch 26.19. There have also been a few changes from the initial preview, most notably Orianna being removed from the patch and Lucian being reclassified from a separate mid buff and bot nerf into a single champion adjustment. HP Regen: 25%/50%/75% → 50%/75%/75% Aatrox, Aphelios, Draven, Fiora, and More Are Getting Buffed Patch 26.19 has a sizeable buff list, with Riot targeting Elise, Fiora, Volibear, Aatrox, Aphelios, Draven, Kha’Zix, Lillia, and Aurora. Lucian’s Vigilance on-hit damage is dropping from 15 (+20% AD) to 5 (+15% AD), while Piercing Light’s base damage is increasing from 80-220 to 90-250. Riot says the goal is to reduce how tightly Lucian’s strength is tied to specific support pairings while making solo-lane Lucian more viable. According to Phroxzon, Lucian Mid and Top are currently performing at extremely low power levels, particularly in the high 30% to low 40% range depending on skill bracket. Vi, Nocturne, Orianna, Nasus, and More Are Getting Nerfed Riot has made two important changes to the original nerf list. Orianna has been removed entirely due to concerns about nerfing a champion that is already relatively weak in regular Ranked play, while Lucian has been moved into the adjustment category. The remaining nerfs target Vi, Nocturne, Poppy, Rumble, Nasus, and Ryze. Nasus is receiving one of the simpler changes, with his Q bonus damage dropping from 40-120 to 30-110. Riot wants to make it harder for Nasus to freely reach high stack counts when opponents are successfully pressuring him in lane. Ryze is getting more of a power-neutral adjustment within his nerf. His E mana cost and Q Flux bonus damage are being weakened to reduce his early pushing power, while his armor growth increases from 4.2 to 4.7 as compensation. Riot is deliberately avoiding adding more late-game damage because Ryze can already burst targets effectively once his build comes online. Top Lane Teleport Is Getting a Buff Patch 26.19 will reduce the standard Teleport cooldown from 420 seconds to 390 seconds. Upgraded Teleport from the Top Role Quest will also receive an additional 30-second cooldown reduction. Riot says top lane remains strong and popular through lower and medium skill brackets, but begins to lose influence at higher levels of play, particularly in several Western regions. Rather than broadly buffing the role, Riot is targeting Teleport because higher-skilled top laners are generally better at using it to create map pressure. The change is intended to strengthen the split-pushing and side-lane identity of top lane, giving players more opportunities to pressure one side of the map before joining their team elsewhere. Melee Supports Are Getting More HP Regeneration Riot is shifting some durability from raw health into health regeneration on the support starter items. World Atlas and Runic Compass health will change from 30/100/200 to 0/60/150, while their HP regeneration increases from 25%/50%/75% to 50%/75%/75%. The goal is to make melee supports better at recovering from ranged poke while simultaneously making ranged supports slightly easier to kill due to their lower raw health. Riot expects the change to be relatively small overall, but potentially meaningful across all levels of play. Riot Is Also Looking at Ranged Top Laners Riot also acknowledged ongoing complaints surrounding ranged top laners. The developers believe ranged champions should remain viable in top lane, but agree that overly powerful ranged picks can create frustrating lane states for melee champions. Smaller systemic changes are being explored to make these matchups more manageable. However, Riot does not want to make a major adjustment immediately before Worlds, and these changes are not confirmed as part of the current Patch 26.19 list. With Patch 26.20 set to be the Worlds patch, Riot is using Patch 26.19 to fine-tune several champions and role systems before the competitive meta is locked in. The full preview is considerably more targeted than the original list suggested, with Orianna removed, Lucian shifted into an adjustment, and Riot putting particular emphasis on top lane agency and melee support survivability. VALORANT Patch 13.06 Brings New Warden Rifle and a 16 Player Gauntlet Mode
Riot Games is preparing one of VALORANT’s biggest updates of 2026. Patch 13.06 will introduce the new Warden rifle, the experimental Gauntlet: Glitched game mode, Agent Mastery, competitive profile improvements, a refreshed home screen, and several highly requested quality-of-life features. VALORANT Patch 13.06 is scheduled to launch on September 22, 2026, just ahead of VALORANT Champions Shanghai. In brief: The new Warden rifle costs 2,900 Credits and features a 2x scope. Gauntlet: Glitched lets players draft and combine abilities from different Agents. Patch 13.06 introduces the new Agent Mastery progression system. Players will finally be able to enter the Practice Range while matchmaking. New Warden Rifle Challenges the Vandal and Phantom The biggest addition to VALORANT’s weapon arsenal is the Warden, a new automatic rifle priced at 2,900 Credits, putting it directly alongside the Vandal and Phantom. Unlike VALORANT’s existing full-buy rifles, the Warden comes with a 2x scope and is designed around accurate long-range engagements. Riot says it offers exceptional first-shot accuracy while aiming down sights. The Warden’s confirmed stats include: Price: 2,900 Credits Magazine: 18 rounds Reserve ammo: 36 rounds Fire rate: 6.5 rounds per second Scope: 2x Head damage: 200 Body damage: 50 Leg damage: 42 Wall penetration: Medium Its smaller magazine and slower rate of fire mean players will need to be more deliberate with their shots, but its damage and long-range accuracy could make the Warden a serious alternative to the Vandal and Phantom. Gauntlet: Glitched Lets Players Draft Agent Abilities Patch 13.06 also introduces Gauntlet: Glitched, an experimental 16-player mode featuring eight teams of two. Instead of choosing a traditional Agent loadout, players create a hybrid Robo-Agent by drafting abilities from a randomized pool. Abilities can then be upgraded as the match progresses, opening the door to combinations that would never normally be possible in VALORANT. Teams compete in a series of 2v2 battles, losing health when they lose rounds until only one duo remains. Riot expects matches to last roughly eight to 15 minutes, making it a much faster alternative to standard VALORANT matches. Agent Mastery and Competitive Progression Are Getting Upgraded The existing Agent Gear progression system is also being replaced with Agent Mastery. Players will earn Mastery Points by playing their favorite Agents, unlocking rewards including customizable Agent IDs, portraits, icons, borders, and other cosmetics. Previously earned Agent Gear will remain available after the transition. Riot is also improving competitive profiles and introducing a new evolving Competitive Flex reward beginning with the 2027 season. Practice Range While Queuing Is Finally Coming One of VALORANT’s most requested quality-of-life features is also arriving with Patch 13.06. Players will be able to enter the Practice Range while waiting in matchmaking, allowing them to warm up without leaving the queue. The update also introduces a redesigned home screen, while VALORANT’s console version is expanding to Australia and New Zealand. Riot has also teased that even more content, including a new Agent, is coming after Champions. With a brand-new rifle, ability-drafting mode, progression overhaul, and several long-requested features, Patch 13.06 is shaping up to be one of VALORANT’s most substantial updates in years. VALORANT Warden: New 2x Scope Rifle Leaked, Stats and Price Revealed
VALORANT could soon be getting another major addition to its weapon arsenal. A new leak has revealed what appears to be a brand-new rifle called the Warden, featuring full-auto fire, a built-in 2x scope, and a 2,900-credit price tag. The leaked weapon immediately stands out because it appears designed to combine traditional rifle gameplay with stronger long-range capabilities. However, Riot Games has not officially announced the Warden yet. Riot’s latest published update is Patch 13.05, and its official game update feed currently makes no mention of the weapon. In brief: Warden is reportedly a new fully automatic rifle with a 2x scope. The weapon reportedly costs 2,900 credits and carries 18 rounds per magazine. Its leaked fire rate is 6.5 rounds per second, with medium wall penetration. Exact Warden head, body, and leg damage values have not yet been revealed. VALORANT Warden Weapon Stats Based on the leaked information, the Warden’s currently known specifications are: Weapon type: Full-auto rifle Price: 2,900 Credits Magazine: 18/90 Scope: 2x Fire rate: 6.5 rounds per second Reload time: 2.5 seconds Wall penetration: Medium The 2,900-credit price is particularly interesting since that puts the Warden directly into the same full-buy price range traditionally occupied by the Vandal and Phantom. Current weapon listings also place both of those rifles at 2,900 credits. What Are the Warden’s Damage Stats? Unfortunately, the leaked Warden information does not currently reveal its damage values. There are no reliable figures yet for head, body, or leg damage, including whether damage changes over distance. Those numbers will ultimately determine where the Warden fits alongside VALORANT’s existing rifles. Its relatively small 18-round magazine and slower 6.5 RPS fire rate suggest Riot could be trading raw spray potential for accuracy or higher individual bullet damage, but that remains speculation until more information appears. When Could the Warden Release in VALORANT? Riot has not announced a release date for the Warden. Interestingly, Riot has already described the upcoming Patch 13.06, scheduled for September 22, as a considerably larger update, though the studio has not connected that patch to a new weapon. World of Trucks: Resuming Events
Our dearest community, Earlier this year, we shared that we would be taking a temporary pause from running our World of Trucks events. We also know how much these events mean to our #BestCommunityEver and that many of you have missed taking part. Today, we are pleased to confirm that we have decided to resume our World of Trucks events in the familiar format you already know, while the wider rework continues. This means you can once again look forward to coming together for events throughout the months ahead. First up will be Cruising South Dakota, followed by Cruising Iceland and our seasonal Halloween and Christmas events later this year. We will share full details ahead of each event. Our teams will continue working on the underlying systems and infrastructure that support these events, with the goal of bringing much more of the event experience directly into Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. This includes the improvements we previously described, such as the ability to view and redeem rewards, earn and view achievements, and follow event progress and community milestones directly in-game. It also involves broader behind-the-scenes changes to support the World of Trucks service in the future. Thank you, as always, for your patience, support, and passion. We are excited to welcome you back to World of Trucks events and hope you will join us for the journeys ahead. We’ll see you on the road. View the full article

CE MELODIE ASCULȚI ÎN ACEST MOMENT ?
- Community Stories: Trucker Cassie
In today's blog, we bring you another one of our Community Stories. This time with Trucker Cassie, one of the content creators playing our games, who will tell you all about her job as a real-life truck driver, as well as her passion for Euro Truck Simulator 2! You might know Trucker Cassie from her YouTube or Twitch channels, where she regularly posts videos from her life as a truck driver in Scandinavia, and also gameplay live streams, mostly from ETS2. And today, she will tell you all about her love for trucks! "It's quite random that I started working as a truck driver. I never had any drivers in my family. It was a friend who showed me the world of trucks. He had just gotten his heavy license, and one morning he gave me a ride to school in the oldest Scania I had ever seen. But from that moment, a spark was lit. Maybe I could drive a truck too? It felt so cool and free! So I applied to a trucking school, and the rest is history," Cassie told us. Cassie discovered her passion for truck driving, and now, it's been 13 years since she started this way of life, as she now works part-time as a truck driver and shares her stories on social media. "At the start of my career, I never wanted to stop working. I wanted to beat my earlier record on how many deliveries I could make in a day. I had really found my place in life! But a few years with this lifestyle caused me to burn out, and it forced me to rethink my situation. Today, I work part-time, and I've learnt how important it is to wind down and relax when I can," she says. If you wonder what kind of work Cassie usually does and what her days on the long and beautiful Scandinavian roads look like, she also shares this with us: "I have tried various delivery types, such as gravel, wood chips, and powder tanker. Now I'm delivering various goods from Sweden to Norway. And when I'm done with that delivery, I normally load fish in Norway. The fishing industries can be located in tricky places! Through small towns and up and down steep and curvy hills. It can really be a challenge during wintertime. After the fish is loaded, I drive to Denmark, where another driver picks up my trailer and drives it somewhere in Europe! Then I pick up a load from Denmark and drive home to Sweden again." What Cassie loves the most about her job are the amazing views she sees along the way as well as the solitude this life can bring. "I get to listen to music and podcasts, and I rarely talk to customers. I also get to bring my Chihuahua, Happy," she told us. This interesting merge of the two worlds is something we really love, as we have heard similar stories where either members of our community started driving trucks for a living because of our games, or long-term truck drivers that found their passion in Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator. "I have been a truck driver for a while before I discovered Euro Truck Simulator 2. A colleague of mine showed me the game, and I thought it was a silly idea to drive a truck for work, then get home, and play a truck simulator after work. And now look at me," Cassie shared. So what is actually so satisfying about playing a truck simulator when you are a real-life truck driver? "I am having the time of my life when I play ETS2 on my livestreams! Because in a real truck, you have a lot of responsibility; to deliver the cargo, the truck, and yourself to the delivery place safely. Always being alert. But when I'm playing the game, I can be social with the chat, drive together with the viewers, answer questions, and just have a good time. And the consequences won't be too big when my digital truck makes a kickflip off a mountain because I was focusing on what the chat is saying. I also like to compare the real-life roads to the simulator! And point out the landmarks and differences from the real places," Cassie explained. What actually inspired Cassie to start creating content on social media was kind of a coincidence, but from there, it helped her to grow a big community of over 160 thousand followers on YouTube alone. "I started my main YouTube channel after I got the offer of being in a reality TV show years ago. I had to film my workday as a truck driver myself, and then send the footage to the TV production. The TV show was canceled before it had even started, though, and there I was with a vlog. I realized I could put it together myself and post it on YouTube! So that's what I did. A few videos in, and I suddenly gained thousands of subscribers in a few weeks' time. It was crazy! I also have a smaller YouTube channel, where I post gaming content and previous livestreams. I decided to have two separate channels since the content is quite different. And of course, my Twitch channel, where I do livestreams when I have the energy for it," Cassie told us. This gave us a great opportunity to ask Cassie, a real truck driver, how Euro Truck Simulator 2 compares with the real world, and she was happy to answer that: "I think Euro Truck Simulator 2 is very accurate to real life trucking! Especially when you have a steering wheel and pedals. I know a few people who have practiced reversing trailers in the game, then tried it out in real life. And they nailed it! All because they have practiced in the game." We were also curious how Cassie's driving differs from the real world to how she drives in Euro Truck Simulator 2. "I definitely test the limits and do more daring stuff in the game! Somehow, people get surprised when they see my real-life work videos, and notice I actually know how to drive a truck. But I don't blame them, after seeing my stunts in ETS2. It would be nice to have a pink MAN truck in real life as well! But until now, I'll get to be pretty in pink in the simulator," she answered. If you think this life would be for you and you are also thinking about taking on a truck driver career, Cassie has a message for you! "I really recommend people try out Euro Truck Simulator 2 if they are curious about becoming truck drivers in real life. It is a pretty big decision, with lots of money needed to get a heavy license with all the needed certificates. And I think ETS2 gives a great hint of what trucking can feel like! Also, it's a really fun activity to bring home your non-trucking friends and let them reverse a trailer in the game! Better than any board game I have played :)," she concluded. We hope you have enjoyed Cassie's story! Today, we're excited to take you on a journey to another destination coming to the upcoming Isle of Ireland DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2 - the county town of Cavan! Located in the heart of Ireland's lakeland region, Cavan is known for its picturesque countryside, rolling green landscapes, and rich agricultural heritage. As our map team continues to recreate the unique atmosphere of Ireland, we knew this important regional hub deserved its place on the road network of the Isle of Ireland DLC. While exploring the area, keen-eyed drivers may spot a stone wall or even a rugby field, well-known local landmarks that help bring even more regional identity to the town and its surroundings. Combined with carefully crafted roads, vegetation, and architecture, these details help create a location that feels true to its real-world counterpart. Of course, no town in Euro Truck Simulator 2 would be complete without plenty of opportunities for work. In Cavan, truckers will be able to deliver cargo to several industries that play an important role in the local economy. One of the key destinations is a local oil supplier, serving businesses and communities across the region. Whether you're hauling fuel products or supporting regional logistics, this depot offers an important link in the supply chain. Drivers looking for refrigerated or packaged cargo will also find work at a food distribution depot. Acting as a hub for incoming and outgoing goods, this facility ensures products reach stores and customers throughout the island. In addition, a supermarket depot provides another busy destination for deliveries. From everyday consumer goods to fresh produce, truckers will have a variety of cargoes to transport while helping keep shelves stocked across the region. Our teams have worked hard to capture the atmosphere of this charming Irish town, from its characteristic rural surroundings to its industrial areas and landmarks. We hope that Cavan will become a memorable stop on your journeys across the Isle of Ireland. We look forward to sharing more previews from the Isle of Ireland DLC in the future. If you're excited to discover, explore, and travel across the Isle of Ireland, be sure to add this upcoming map expansion to your Steam Wishlist! After years away from the spotlight, True Damage could finally be making its League of Legends comeback. According to a new leak, Riot Games is reportedly preparing new True Damage skins for Season 3 Act 2 of 2026, potentially bringing the virtual hip-hop group back for its first major League appearance since 2019. The timing makes plenty of sense. Riot has officially confirmed that Season 3 Act 2 will put a special spotlight on music, with multiple musical reveals planned for the upcoming act. In brief: True Damage is reportedly returning during League of Legends Season 3 Act 2. New True Damage skins are said to be part of the comeback. Riot has officially confirmed that Act 2 will heavily focus on music. The champions receiving the rumored new skins have not yet been confirmed. True Damage Could Finally Return in League of Legends According to League of Legends Leaks & News, better known as LeagueOfLeaks, True Damage is expected to return with new skins during Season 3 Act 2. The original True Damage lineup consists of Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, and Yasuo. Riot introduced the group at Worlds 2019 alongside its debut single, GIANTS, with all five champions receiving True Damage skins. True Damage has largely remained dormant since then, making a potential 2026 comeback particularly significant for fans who have waited nearly seven years for another proper release. Season 3 Act 2 Is Going All-In on League Music There have already been several signs that Riot is preparing something much bigger around its virtual music universe. Riot Games Music recently returned to social media with a teaser featuring several of League’s musical acts, including K/DA, HEARTSTEEL, Pentakill, and True Damage. Riot has also officially stated that Season 3 Act 2 will feature a strong music focus, while reports and teasers have already pointed toward new HEARTSTEEL and K/DA content. Which Champions Are Getting New True Damage Skins? As of writing, that remains the biggest mystery. The leak indicates new True Damage skins are coming, but the exact champion lineup, skin tiers, pricing, and release date have not been revealed. It is also unclear whether Riot plans to reunite Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, and Yasuo or introduce completely new members. Until Riot makes an official announcement, the new True Damage skins should still be treated as unconfirmed information. However, with Riot openly teasing a music-heavy Act 2 and True Damage appearing in its recent music promotion, a comeback is looking increasingly possible. League of Legends Patch 26.18 is here with another round of champion balance changes, targeting several picks that have become too strong while giving some struggling champions a much-needed boost. Riot is also making adjustments to Cassiopeia, buffing Guinsoo’s Rageblade, expanding League Classic, and improving ARAM: Mayhem. The patch also celebrates Caps becoming the third player inducted into the League of Legends Hall of Legends, bringing a new event pass alongside Immortalized Legend Tristana and other cosmetics. In brief: Ekko, Kassadin, Master Yi, Viego, and Zaahen are receiving buffs. Bard, Nautilus, Seraphine, Syndra, and Zeri are getting nerfed. Cassiopeia receives a larger adjustment that trades early power for stronger AP scaling. League Classic adds Fiora, Galio, Poppy, Shyvana, and Xin Zhao, while ARAM: Mayhem gets Augment improvements. League of Legends Patch 26.18 Champion Buffs Ekko Riot is giving Ekko more room to scale while also making Timewinder less expensive to use. Q, Timewinder Mana Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 ⇒ 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Q Return Damage AP Ratio: 60% ⇒ 70% Kassadin Kassadin’s early and mid-game damage is going up without significantly increasing his already powerful late-game scaling. Q, Null Sphere AP Ratio: 70% ⇒ 80% R, Riftwalk Base Damage: 70 / 90 / 110 ⇒ 80 / 95 / 110 Master Yi Master Yi should become slightly more durable as games progress, while Highlander will give him more movement speed at every rank. Armor Growth: 4.5 ⇒ 5 per level R, Highlander Movement Speed: 35 / 45 / 55% ⇒ 40 / 50 / 60% Viego Viego is getting better scaling and additional support for bruiser-oriented builds. Attack Damage Growth: 3.5 ⇒ 4 Passive, Sovereign’s Domination: Now gains additional healing based on bonus health, adding 2% per 500 bonus HP to its target maximum health healing calculation. Zaahen Zaahen’s second Q strike deals more damage, while Riot has also changed how the ability interacts with resurrection effects. Q2 Damage: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 ⇒ 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 If Q is active when Zaahen enters Resurrection, the ability is now immediately placed on cooldown. League of Legends Patch 26.18 Champion Nerfs Bard Bard has been one of the strongest supports throughout much of 2026, so Riot is reducing his durability. Armor: 34 ⇒ 32 Armor Growth: 5 ⇒ 4.7 per level Nautilus Nautilus is also being targeted after remaining a consistent presence in the support meta. Attack Damage: 61 ⇒ 58 Q, Dredge Line Damage: 85 / 130 / 175 / 220 / 265 ⇒ 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 The 90% AP ratio remains unchanged. Seraphine Riot is specifically targeting Seraphine’s bot lane performance while attempting to leave support Seraphine mostly unaffected. Cassiopeia Adjustments in Patch 26.18 Cassiopeia is one of the biggest individual champion changes in Patch 26.18. Guinsoo’s Rageblade Buff Patch 26.18 also includes a small quality-of-life buff for Guinsoo’s Rageblade following an earlier interaction change. Seething Strike Stack Duration: 3 seconds ⇒ 4 seconds The extra second should make it easier for Rageblade users to maintain their stacks between targets and during short breaks in combat. League Classic Gets Five More Champions League Classic receives its biggest champion expansion yet in Patch 26.18, adding older versions of five champions: Fiora Galio Poppy Shyvana Xin Zhao These champions use versions of their historical kits, including Fiora’s Blade Waltz, Galio’s Idol of Durand, and Poppy’s infamous Diplomatic Immunity ultimate. Riot has also fixed an issue that allowed Nether Grasp to continue dealing damage after the channel ended. Nasus Nerfs Nasus’ Siphoning Strike stacks can no longer critically strike. Wither’s slow now ramps once every second instead of every 0.5 seconds, and Riot has fixed an issue that caused the slow to ramp twice as strongly as intended. ARAM: Mayhem Changes Riot is continuing to refine ARAM: Mayhem’s Augment system so champions are less likely to receive options that make little sense for their kits. Clown College has been re-enabled, while Spin to Win now increases applicable ultimate damage by 50% instead of 30%. Ultra Hydra also receives a new restriction preventing players from selling Hydra items while holding the Augment. Riot has introduced additional Augment exclusion filters and changed several champion-specific pools to improve the relevance of the choices players receive. Patch 26.18 Bug Fixes and QoL Changes The update includes several additional fixes, including: Baron Nashor’s maximum Void Corruption stacks being higher than intended. Serpent’s Fang’s Shield Reaver damage incorrectly applying Omnivamp. Diana’s ultimate VFX sometimes displaying incorrectly. Viego possessing Kled causing an infinite looping audio effect. League Classic and ARAM: Mayhem also receive their own collection of bug fixes. League of Legends Patch 26.18 is not the biggest Summoner’s Rift balance update of the year, but several of its changes could still shift the meta. Ekko, Kassadin, Master Yi, and Viego all have meaningful improvements to work with, while Bard, Nautilus, Syndra, Seraphine, and Zeri players will need to adjust to their respective nerfs. Meanwhile, Cassiopeia’s redistribution of power toward AP scaling could be one of the most interesting changes to watch as players settle into the new patch.
