Organizația are know how în PC online și MMORPG. 4. [data-focus-scheme="dark"] { color-scheme: none; } Warband, Today we have a treat for you all, not one, but two new enemies are on their way to make a debut in Darktide! We have braved the mad laboratory lair of Jonathan, our Game Designer in charge of these new creations. Take it away! “Hello! My name is Jonathan and I have been told I am not good at making enemies in real life, so I took it as my mission to make them for the game instead. Jokes aside, I work with stuff relating to enemy behavior, pacing management and general enemy combat design.” Jonathan We have two new enemies to talk about today, both of them being themed to each other. You might have already seen them in the {LINK REMOVED}new teaser video {LINK REMOVED}here. Let’s shine the spotlight on them, one at a time, starting with the… Ogryn Pack MasterHave you ever wondered who takes care of all those Pox Hounds running around in Tertium? Well this might be your answer, introducing the Pack Master, an Ogryn monstrosity (yeah you read that right) that packs a serious punch! The Pack Master ticks two boxes for us, one is the fact that we wanted to add another monstrosity to the enemy roster for some while now, and the other is the fact we have wanted to make a monstrosity that is a bit less daemonic or mutated. The game hasn't had a new monstrosity in ages, so it was about time. Making him an Ogryn also lets us have a monstrosity with interesting voice lines that are not just guttural roars or chaotic screams, but instead a guy who likes to talk while he battles the players. He has some really cool reactive voice lines depending on what happens around him. He will for example react when you take one of his hounds down or when one of them manages to pounce you or someone on your team. But you are not here to read just about his “lovely” personality, you wanna know what he brings to the fight right! “He is very fast for an Ogryn. Very fast and very heavy, and he will keep up with you!” Jonathan The Pack Master is a fast and heavy bruiser type of an enemy. He won’t have any problem charging into the fray, his big shocking prod ready to bash some agents of the Imperium. He is a melee fighter that will do his utmost to get into your face. This weapon also applies a debuff to players, so getting hit will not just hurt, but also leave you with a speed reduction and slower dodge replenishment. Additionally, what makes him extra scary is that he will be joined by Pox Hounds to help him in combat. Depending on the situation, he can bring along either normal Pox Hounds, the new Armoured Pox Hound (more on that in a bit) or a mix of the two. He is called the Pack Master for a reason! It will also be important to take him down as quickly as possible, since even if you get rid of all of his hounds, he can still spawn in new ones as long as he is alive. Another interesting thing is that you will find him roaming, so you will be able to hear him as he walks around. You can use this to your advantage and prepare to take him on. Having all of those hounds around him makes him a pretty good tracker, so hiding from him might prove very hard. “Oh and he sees through stealth! This is a big one. You can't hide from him, he will see you and just keep up his attack.” Jonathan Finally, before we move the spotlight to his canine friend, we should give a fair warning to all Arbites players out there. This guy is used to having unruly dogs around him, so you should probably think twice before you send your Cyber Mastiff his way. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. “Yeah we do have a new cool animation for when a Cyber-Mastiff attacks the Pack Master and he just…” Jonathan With those words of warning, let’s proceed to the… Armoured Pox HoundSo this is a new Pox Hound with, you guessed it, armour. This enemy is what we could call a sidegrade to the normal Pox Hound. All that armour is giving it more health than the already existing hound, so it’s harder to take down, but at the same time all that metal makes it slower than its less iron clad cousin. If you manage to block this enemy in midair you can stagger it, and if you do, you might want to circle around and attack the unarmoured weak spot on their backs for some extra damage. We hope that this new variant will give even the most seasoned Pox Hounds hunters a new challenge! “Best thing is to stagger them and then circle around and hit them in the… yeah, haha” Jonathan The armoured variety will be part of the Pack Master’s pack, so you will only encounter these hounds when he is around. Hope this little teaser has made you ready to fight the Pack Master when he and his new armoured friends enter the fight in Darktide. They will both appear in the next update, and while we’re excited to share more, we’ll dive into the details when the time is right! So for now we will have to leave this as just a teaser! Keep your eyes on our community space and social media channels for information when we are ready to talk more about this! In the meantime, as always, thank you for reading this dev blog. Squad members who have not defeated the Strike Boss to reveal the location will be given the opportunity to join any squad member that initiates a vote to enter the Glitch Fracture. Once revealed, the Glitch Fracture appears on the map permanently and can be replayed at will. Survive the multiple escalating waves within, defeat the Glitch Boss, and gain access to a powerful Nightmare Skill. Nightmare Skills When a Glitch Fracture is revealed after defeating the Strike Boss in a Nightmare Zone, this is your chance to fight for a new and powerful Nightmare Skill. Make it past the waves of enemies within the Glitch Fracture to take on the Glitch Boss to acquire one of the following Nightmare Skills: Skill Track: Nightmare Skills Highly powerful skills acquired by completing a Glitch. Operators can equip and upgrade one Nightmare Skill. Nova Strike: Melee Strikes have a chance to generate an electrical field that damages enemies. · First Upgrade: When the electrical area is created, the struck enemy is also Shocked. · Final Upgrade: The electrical area persists briefly and Shocks enemies who pass through it (with a cooldown). Phoenix Burst: When at low health, trigger an explosion that damages enemies and fully restores health (with a cooldown). · First Upgrade: After the explosion, gain full ammo and temporarily infinite ammo from the magazine. · Final Upgrade: After the explosion, gain temporary immunity. Hellwing: Wingsuiting over enemies drops an incendiary trail on them. · First Upgrade: Increases how long the incendiary trail remains on the ground. · Final Upgrade: Flashbangs normal and Special enemies within the incendiary area. Chaos Rounds: Weapon attacks have a chance to trigger Photon, Incendiary, Frost, or Shock effects. · First Upgrade: Can also trigger Graviton, Mortar, Shrapnel, and Neuro-Disruption effects. · Final Upgrade: Enemies hit by Chaos Rounds have a chance to trigger a random Chaos Round on nearby enemies. Frost Vortex: Bullets have a chance to create a Snowstorm that pulls in enemies. · First Upgrade: Applies Frost to normal enemies in the Snowstorm. · Final Upgrade: Also applies Frost to Special and Elite enemies in the Snowstorm. Each Operator can equip and upgrade one Nightmare Skill. If your Operator already has a Nightmare Skill equipped, you can choose from the following actions: · Upgrade the currently equipped Nightmare Skill. · Replace the currently equipped Nightmare Skill. Exotic Fabricator Need a leg up on the competition? Especially when facing the new Mid-Season Glitch Boss, you’ll want the most powerful weapons available. Now, for the first time, Operators have the chance to turn their favorite weapons into Exotic Weapons, pumping out high damage to help take down even the toughest enemies. The Exotic Fabricator is rewarded for defeating a Strike Boss within a Nightmare Zone. Use the machine to upgrade any Loadout or Field Acquisition weapon to a full Exotic Weapon. The first upgrade will upgrade a weapon to Exotic Rarity and damage. The second upgrade will provide an additional Utility Bonus. The third upgrade will provide a random Exotic Effect. If you have fully upgraded a weapon to Exotic or have a named Exotic Weapon, you may choose to re-roll either the Bonus Utility or the Exotic Effect. Through repeated visits, Operators can work toward perfecting their Exotic Weapon to contain the exact traits they’re looking for. Each Exotic Fabricator can only be used once, so plan accordingly. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7: Season 02 Reloaded MULTIPLAYER CONTENT SUMMARY Five Maps: Deploy to a twisted remix of The Battle of Los Angeles in the new Torque 6v6 map and drop into the 6v6 Cliff Town, first seen in Black Ops 2 as “Yemen” and reimagined as a cliffside town in Avalon. For large-scale battle, hit up Mission: Peak, the latest addition to the 20v20 Skirmish mode. And returning from Black Ops 6, hail the return of Grind and Firing Range. New Modes: In the new Gauntlet mode, prove your abilities no matter the mode as teams fight for victory across five different game modes played one after the other. For fans of Party Games, Infected returns in the Mid-Season; infect everyone or survive to the end to win. New Scorestreak: Lock on and unload as the Lockshot Scorestreak arrives in the Mid-Season, offering a low-cost smart gun capable of targeting multiple targets for swift group eliminations. Multiplayer Maps Torque Brand-New, 6v6, 2v2 Small-Sized Launch into a breakneck pursuit across this map reminiscent of The Battle of Los Angeles from Black Ops 2. Fight around abandoned vehicles while spotting Wall Jump paths over towering piles of wreckage and spiraling freeway sections jutting into the sky. Storm the Acropolis National Bank for tight, close-quarters firefights, or slip along the slim ledge behind it to reach the tilted roadway, where overturned vehicles form platforms spanning a massive gap. In this warped, larger-than-life setting, the rules are out the window; stay sharp and be ready for anything. Cliff Town Remaster, 6v6, Medium-Sized Drop into a dense urban Multiplayer experience, originally introduced in Black Ops 2 as “Yemen” and now re-envisioned as a cliffside town in Avalon that preserves the spirit of the original design. Anticipate a mix of tight alleyways, raised sightlines, and constricted chokepoints that favor both bold advances and smart tactical play. Fight for every inch around the central crevasse and the buildings circling it, creating combat zones where multiple playstyles intersect, turning every rooftop duel and flanking maneuver into a standout moment. Mission: Peak Brand-New Skirmish Map, 20v20 Prepare for an all-new 20v20 Skirmish experience expanding Multiplayer with another large map clash. Battle to secure High Value Sectors scattered through winding medieval streets, all connected by a central, curving roadway, while keeping an eye out for snipers perched atop terracotta rooftops. Nearly half of the map’s outer edge is surrounded by water, allowing for amphibious tactics with the help of Tactical Rafts, a compact harbor, and fishery warehouses set along the rocky shoreline beneath the main village. Down there, intense close-quarters fighting erupts from building to building, adding another layer to the intense action. Grind Returning from Black Ops 6, 6v6, Medium-Sized Originally introduced in Black Ops 2, the iconic skatepark makes its comeback in the Mid-Season update. Engage enemies inside the park itself and the adjacent pro shop or move outside to the sprawling skate bowl and towering halfpipe, where long sightlines and layered verticality keep the action flowing. Leverage the ramps and shifting elevations to gain the upper hand, string together smooth eliminations, and create epic plays, especially with the added Wall Jump routes that open new paths across spaces you’ve long had to run through. Firing Range Returning from Black Ops 6, 6v6, Small-Sized The fan-favorite Firing Range makes its return in its Black Ops 6 iteration, joining the Black Ops 7 map rotation with Wall Jumps introduced to the layout for the first time. Intense crossfire dominates the central Road where Operators compete to lock down critical sightlines like the Tower and the upper floors of the Shoot House and Garage. Behind the Office and in other spots around the map, moving targets slide along their rails, drawing attention as you seek out your next fight. If you prefer a more indirect route, veer away from the middle and take the Dirt Road instead, keeping your guard up for surprise attacks as you move past the Storage building. Multiplayer Modes Season 02 Reloaded brings new Playlists, Moshpits, and a Party Game to Black Ops 7 Reloaded, including the following new and returning modes: Gauntlet New Mode Show what you’re made of in the new Gauntlet mode, pitting two six-player teams against one another in a round of five different game modes played one after the other including Domination, Kill Confirmed, Hardpoint, Team Deathmatch, and Roulette, a high risk vs. reward mode where players fight over control of an Akimbo Hand Cannon. The devastating weapon inflicts massive damage, at the risk of blowing up in your Operator’s hands, dropping the weapon for the next Operator to pick up. Each mode lasts two minutes, immediately moving from one to the next once the timer counts down to zero. Teams are awarded points after each mode ends, based on their performance in that mode. The team with the highest Score at the end of all five modes wins the match. Do you have what it takes to excel no matter the mode? Now’s your chance to prove it. Infected Returning Mode The fan-favorite Infected Party Game returns! Face off against the Infected horde or join them and eliminate the remaining survivors to win. A single player is randomly chosen to start as the Infected following the match countdown. The infected player’s goal is to eliminate the remaining Survivors, adding to the ranks of the Infected with each fallen Operator. To make matters worse, the Infected are joined by additional undead enemies, increasing the number of swarming Infected. This time, the Infected can earn one of two Mutant Injection Scorestreaks to up their offense against the Survivors, transforming into a Mangler or Disciple to wreak havoc on the living. As an Operator, use your given weapons, Equipment, and Scorestreaks to outlast the horde at all costs. Survive until the end to declare victory for humanity. Additional Loadout Content Enemy squad closing in? Take aim with the Lockshot, marking several targets at once to eliminate one after the other, the ideal weapon for clearing groups in Multiplayer and Zombies. New Scorestreak Scorestreak: Lockshot Score: 650 Mastery Badges: Yes A sleek smart pistol that locks onto multiple targets when ADS. A single trigger pull eliminates all locked targets in quick succession. Cannot be countered by Perks. Unlocks via Weekly Challenge. Why waste time targeting a single enemy at a time when you can bundle them up for a swift group elimination? Wield the Lockshot smart gun to mark multiple targets for imminent demise. Overclock Abilities Multi-Lock: Adds one round to the magazine, allowing you to lock onto one additional enemy. Quick-Lock: Reduces enemy lock-on time. New Multiplayer Events See the Events section later in this blog for a complete run-down of all Season 02 Reloaded Events. Here are the Events related to Black Ops 7 Multiplayer: Ranked Series Event: Win Ranked Play matches to climb a 50-player Ladder against players in your current Rank. Earn Camo and Emblem rewards based on your final placement, with extra rewards including a Weapon Charm accessed through Event Win Challenges. The higher your placement, the greater the rewards you’ll earn when the event ends. Zombies: Season 02 Reloaded Content ZOMBIES CONTENT SUMMARY New Round-Based Zombies Map: After losing two of his Shadowsmiths, The Warden traps the crew in a temporal prison. Fight through a surreal, seemingly inescapable time loop, seeking any means possible to escape The Warden’s grasp. New Enemy and Wonder Weapon: Paradox Junction unleashes the explosive Rad-Hound, a fast-moving threat that detonates in radioactive clouds on death. Meanwhile, major firepower is here as the Blundergat returns, shredding hordes with quad-barreled force. Upgrade to the Sundergat to rip souls free, unleash charged Purges, or fire a focused Exile beam that tears through anything in its path. New Features: Paradox Junction brings back the Electro Shock Trap, crackling coils that stun and sear the undead. Expect grotesque Loot Cysts to burst with helpful items, randomized Perk Machines across timelines, and a Main Quest packed with XP and rewards. Cursed ups the challenge, and there are new Pack-a-Punch Camos to unlock. GobbleGum, Scorestreak, and Paradox Junction Events: Season 02 Reloaded adds the Lockshot Scorestreak, a smart pistol that marks and eliminates multiple targets in a single pull, plus the “Turncoat” GobbleGum to charm nearby zombies into temporary allies. Weekly Challenges, Event Pass rewards, and more will round out the undead offerings. New Map: Paradox Junction “Don’t worry. It ain’t your time…” Caltheris may be free, but the crew’s fate is anything but certain. Dragged beneath the sands of Mars and stranded beyond time, they now operate under the Warden’s watchful eye. “Seems folk need reminding who’s the boss around here…” \[\[ZM TRAILER]] A simulacrum, hidden within the brooding skies, spits out the crew into a looped reality. Two manifestations of the same cursed landscape. Paradox Junction: Where Time Becomes a Loop After the initial terror and bewilderment subsides, Paradox Junction seems to be a purgatorial pitstop where the Warden’s influence is strong enough to extend outward, manipulating time itself. Secrets of the past and portents of the future combine into two variants of the same hellscape. As you explore Paradox Junction, you’ll be flitting between the past (intact) and a possible future (obliterated). Throughout a match, you can move between these worlds automatically via round progression, or via a cracked, golden portal if you have the Essence to spend to warp time manually... Paradox Junction: New Enemy: Rad-Hound As vicious as they are explosive, when a pack of these irradiated dogs is summoned, expect a relentless attack! Bulging with irradiated innards, these foul minions of The Warden can be quelled with quick thinking and rapid firing, but they leave behind a dangerous radioactive explosion on death. Paradox Junction: Wonder Weapon: Blundergat & SundergatMastery Badges Available for this Weapon If you’ve previously mowed down mobs of the dead, you may be well-versed with the brutal, quadruple-barreled firepower available from this ornate and archaic omni-shotgun! In its initial form, the Blundergat rips the undead apart with uncanny ease. In its entirely new upgraded “Sundergat” form, the Wonder Weapon’s projectiles become so potent, this otherworldly blunderbuss can blast the “souls” right out of enemies! Blundergat Offensive Capabilities Think of the Blundergat as a potent shotgun with four barrels. A single shot fires all barrels, with pellets blasting out in a horizontal spread rather than a radial one. The damage is massive, the ammo reserves are impressive, and the critical multiplier is potent. Pack-a-Punch the weapon and watch as the damage multiplier soars even more. Sundergat Offensive Capabilities After certain unspeakable criteria have been achieved, the Blundergat can be transformed into the “Sundergat” variant with devastating firepower that rips both the physical and metaphysical parts of its enemies apart! The Sundergat also features a charging mechanic which, if you time it right, releases an awe-inspiring beam of pure pulverization! Sundergat: Soul Wrencher: Although zombies are undead, soulless beings, they are empowered by an energy that enables them to stagger, shamble, maul, and devour. The Sundergat wrenches this energy out of foes it strikes in a blast more powerful than the basic Blundergat. After a fatal blow is inflicted, the foe slumps forward, and keen-eyed crew members may see vaguely human (or hound) shaped cloud of ectoplasm fly up and out of the body before slowly dissipating into oblivion. Sundergat: Sunder Purge: Instead of normal firing, you can choose to expend additional ammunition, charge the weapon, building up a blast with an additional conical area of effect, which — in addition to normal and soul-expelling damage — has the added benefit of knocking down zombies struck by it. Sundergat: Sunder Exile: An alternate way to release a charged-up Sundergat attack is the exile strike. In addition to the usual widespread blast, and the conical Purge area of effect, this apex attack releases a long, narrow beam of focused energy. Anything caught in this shearing ray is torn asunder. Paradox Junction: Electro Shock Trap Those encountering the undead in a previous existence may be familiar with the Electro Shock Trap, a nasty device built to cause searing damage to the unwary and the undead. A trap consisting of tesla coils is positioned in a housing embedded into a door lintel, and providing a proximity switch is thrown, and currency expended, the trap sparks into life. Bolts of electricity crackle and shoot from the coils to the ground, sometimes stunning lesser foes, and creating a vomit-inducing stench after the cooking subsides. Paradox Junction: Loot Cysts Revolting sacs of a pulsating skin-like substance seem to wriggle and spasm, occasionally spewing out a glowing, irradiated fluid. Some appear to have a mouth, though that’s hopefully just a trick of the light. Paradox Junction: Randomized Perk Placement Time-bending tribulations even extend to the Perk Machines you encounter across Paradox Junction. At the start of each match, each predetermined machine location in the past and future variants of Nuketown spawns a random machine, with the exception of Quick Revive. Missing a Perk Machine? Then seek Der Wunderfizz for the full selection! Paradox Junction: New Main Quest, Quest Rewards, and Challenges The Main Quest for Paradox Junction becomes available when the map releases with Season 02 Reloaded on March 11. Complete the Main Quest to earn the following: · A new Blundergat Wonder Weapon Skin, Calling Card, and 10,000 XP. · Complete Paradox Junction Mastery Challenge for another Calling Card and 5,000 XP. · Obtain the necessary Intel — Audio Logs, Documents, and Artifacts — to earn a third Calling Card and another 10,000 XP. · Players who complete the Main Quest before Directed Mode arrives for this map will also earn a unique Calling Card variant. Paradox Junction: Cursed With no guidance at all, along with limited HUD and a starting Pistol, you’re able to uncover further secrets while hunting down new Cursed Relics after completing the map’s Main Quest. New Pack-a-Punch Camos! Further investigations into Paradox Junction may yield a new selection of Pack-a-Punch camos to unlock. Examples are shown above, and some are downright devilish to obtain! Remember you can opt to cover your weapons in any PAP Camo you’ve previously unlocked during your explorations of Ashes of the Damned and Astra Malorum. New Support (Scorestreak) Equipment Unlocked via a Weekly Challenge Scorestreak: Lockshot (Mid-Season) Cost: 1250 Salvage Mastery Badges: Yes A sleek smart pistol that locks onto multiple targets when you ADS. A single trigger pull kills all locked targets in quick succession. When the hordes are about to overwhelm you, break out this smart gun and dumb down the undead, targeting enemies for termination now, and executing them later. New GobbleGum: Turncoat Take a bite out of the competition with a new Rare GobbleGum as you’re able to bring more than just your weapons into the fray; charm up to five zombie pals to fight on your behalf in your next undead fracas! Type: Instant Zombies Description: Nearby zombies are charmed. DOA 4 Description: Nearby zombies are temporarily turned to do your bidding. GobbleGums: A Snack-Sized Guide: Still wondering what the best GobbleGums are to use when you drop into a Zombies map like Paradox Junction? Drop in, scavenge for upgrades, and fight to be the last squad standing. New Gameplay Features: Rethink your strategies with a new Perks Refresh for Momentum, Berserker, and Hunter in Battle Royale and Resurgence. Weekend LTM: Kick up the pace of your Resurgence matches with Extreme Resurgence. Introducing Black Ops Royale Call of Duty’s original Battle Royale experience returns with the arrival of Black Ops Royale, bringing the intensity of the original mode to Call of Duty: Warzone with modern updates and modifications. This is a free-to-play Battle Royale experience with new rules influenced by the original Blackout, including no starting Loadouts, no Gulag, and no Buy Stations. Up to 100 players will wingsuit into Avalon with one goal: be the last team standing. Hit the ground running and start scavenging weapons and other resources while engaging enemy players and staying within the collapsing circle that shrinks the field of battle throughout the match. For full details on the new mode, see our Black Ops Royale deep dive, covering everything you need to know. New Gameplay Features Customize your playstyle with three new Perks for Battle Royale and Resurgence in addition to adjustments to the Ghost Perk and the UAV economy. New Perks and Updates Season 02 Reloaded introduces a refresh of three Perks across Slots 2 and 3, designed to reward weapon momentum, aggressive follow-ups, and enhanced enemy tracking. Momentum (Perk Slot 2) Replaces Alertness Movement-Enhancing Perk: Momentum is built for close-quarters Operators who survive while staying mobile. This Perk improves acute combat motions in tight spaces while improving weapon handling to get the jump on foes and follow through accurately. Benefit from improved close-quarters weapon handling, reduced consecutive jump penalties, reduced fire delay when sliding, reduced hip fire spread, increased ADS movement speed, and faster crouch and prone speeds. Berserker (Perk Slot 2) Replaces Bomb Squad Movement-Enhancing Perk: Berserker rewards aggression with deftness. After eliminating an enemy player, gain a short burst of enhanced action speed, allowing you to chain engagements and reposition quickly before opponents can respond. During this window, common combat actions — including Equipment use, weapon swaps, reloading, stance changes, and armor plating — are significantly faster, giving you flexibility to react based on the situation. Berserker also grants increased flinch resistance, helping you stay on target under fire, and reduces visual obstructions when at low health, preserving clarity during critical moments. It’s an ideal choice for players who push fights and capitalize on momentum after every elimination. Hunter (Perk Slot 3) Replaces Tracker Awareness-Enhancing Perk: Enhance tracking, situational awareness, and enemy detection with this Perk combining the advantages of Alertness and Tracker, helping your squad hunt down even the most evasive foes. Benefit from several combat-enhancing improvements including briefly outlining and seeing the footprints of enemies damaged by your bullets, sensing enemies within 30 meters of your position, and sensing when you’re being aimed at. This Perk is designed for players who hunt, track, and anticipate enemy movement rather than react to it. Additional Perk and Equipment Adjustments The following adjustments are intended to reinforce information as a strategic investment while preserving the value of stealth-focused Perks. Ghost Perk Adjustment: Stay hidden from enemy UAVs and other intel gathering devices for a longer period of time with this buff that ends the Ghost grace period after 5 seconds, up from 1.5 seconds. Weekend LTM Compete in a new Weekend LTM arriving in the Mid-Season: Extreme Resurgence Quads, 100 Players, Haven’s Hollow \[\[BO7-S02RELOADED-ANNOUNCEMENT-XXX034]] Drop into Haven’s Hollow with nearly double the player count compared to normal Resurgence rules. 8. [data-focus-scheme="dark"] { color-scheme: none; } OI GITS!We can't believe it either, but the PlayStation & XBOX versions of Speed Freeks are finally getting wrapped up for release this spring The console version development actually started in 2023 and despite some big bumps along the way, they're almost here. Ok, so what? What does this mean for PC players? Well, more players in general, and thus more matches to be found. The biggest complaint we see about the game is the lack of players to play with, so this will be a huge win in that department. The console release will also come with a new WAAAGH! Path full of items, which is obviously available to Steam players as well (for free, of course) Next Patch We're soon releasing a regular update to the Steam version before the console release, so you can expect that in the next couple weeks. The main highlights of this patch are: Join/invite through Steam An option to have unrestricted switching teams when creating a match Improvements to bot behaviour, including having Squigbuggies focus on healing more (plus friendly squigbuggies now have a + sign on HUD instead of a dot) Significant gamepad improvements, including driving, aim assist, and adding a new trigger driving setup as an alternative to joystick driving Workshop and Kustom Rally UI and flow improvements Deffkopta can no longer stun itself And probably other stuff I'm forgetting We'll have full patch notes once it drops. Here's the PlayStation announcement trailer if you'd like a look: So, moar gits is comin' to get krumped. Sounds gud, ya?Be sure to give em a very warm welcome once dey get 'ere We'll try to get the next PC patch out ASAP. Until then, happy krumpin' Vezi articolul complet

The post Noul protagonist God of War ar fi fost „scăpat” pe internet appeared first on Need4Games. Citește mai departe !

  13. Welcome to Black Ops Royale BLACK OPS ROYALE SUMMARY Black Ops Royale: This is an original Blackout-inspired Battle Royale with no Loadouts, no Gulag, and no Buy Stations. Wingsuit in, scavenge to survive, upgrade weapons through rarity, master Cradle Breaches, and outlast 24 rival squads on Avalon’s massive warzone. Weapons, Archetypes, and Upgrading: After infil, it’s pure scavenger warfare: scramble to find Black Ops 7 weapons with fixed Build Archetypes and five-attachment upgrade paths. Hunt for Attachment Kits to raise weapon Rarity, unlocking your preset build, and push your arsenal to Legendary before the competition does. A Deeper Dive into Weapon Archetypes: Weapon Archetypes define how every gun functions in Black Ops Royale, pairing class-wide Global Benefits with tuned Build Themes that stack through rarity upgrades. Learn the Themes, master the kits, and turn base ground loot into Legendary or even Exotic match-winning firepower. Cerebral Link: Your Heads-Up Display: Black Ops Royale’s Cerebral Link HUD keeps the familiar Call of Duty®: Warzone™ layout while adding critical intel: visible health values, weapon Rarity and Archetype, full Attachment upgrade paths, and an expanded Backpack Menu supporting additional equipment slots. Faster swaps, clearer data, sharper decision-making — all at a glance. Black Ops Royale Perk System: The original Call of Duty BR Perk system returns and includes a flexible twist: no fixed slots, just five swappable, consumable boosts you activate when the moment demands. Loot them, swap them with your squad, and time them wisely — each temporary advantage can shift the balance of a firefight or the fate of your squad throughout the match. Black Ops Royale Equipment: Arm yourself with a full Blackout-inspired arsenal: carry two types of Equipment at once and use returning favorites like the Grappling Hook, Sensor Dart, and Trauma Kit, plus potent Killstreaks and the Tiered Armor Vest system. Scavenge smartly and deploy the right tool at the right moment to survive Avalon’s escalating chaos. Black Ops Royale Match Features: Black Ops Royale reshapes match flow with wingsuit infil, wall-jumping Omnimovement, swimmable waterways, and crossable tidal flats. No Gulag — redeploy via Tokens or captured Towers. Command land, sea, and air vehicles, outmaneuver rivals, and stay ahead of the ever-closing Collapse. Activities: Avalon’s optional Activities add to looting with purposeful risk: hunt bounties, crack Strongboxes for Armor, capture Relays for UAV sweeps and redeploys, or fight through Guild defenses for premium rewards. Choose your objective, secure the advantage, and dictate the pace of the match. Cradle Breaches shroud parts of Avalon in red gas, spawning hallucinated zombie hordes and revealing desirable loot invisible outside the zone. Brave the chaos to face a Mangler Boss or unlock a Mystery Box for the best armor, weaponry, and other top-tier rewards — if you survive. Integrations and Launch Timing: Black Ops Royale ties directly into Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone progression, with exclusive Challenges, Missions, and camo unlocks — plus the cross-mode Counter Skies Event Pass (March 17 – April 2). Earn the Swordfish A1, new Attachments, Operator Skins, and more when the mode launches March 12 at 9PM PT. “Up to 100 wingsuited players with one goal: be the last team standing. Once you hit the ground, you’ll have to scavenge for weapons and other resources to strategize your survival. In addition to the numerous opponents beware of the collapse which slowly shrinks the area of combat forcing fights to the death. Oh, and don’t forget the zombies…” – Call of Duty Blog, describing the original Black Op 4: Blackout, October 12, 2018. A new big map, and a rebuilt and updated mode inspired by the Call of Duty Battle Royale experience that started it all. Call of Duty: Warzone players: Welcome to Avalon. And to Black Ops Royale! Note: Looking for Black Ops 7: Season 02 Reloaded Comms? Expect a new Roadmap and Blog later this week on March 4. Part 1: Black Ops Royale Tactical Summary Call of Duty’s original Battle Royale experience returns as Black Ops Royale, bringing the intensity of the original mode to Call of Duty: Warzone, but with modern updates and modifications for a truly Black Ops experience. What follows is an in-depth first look at the gameplay present in Black Ops Royale. How to Play the Black Ops Royale Way What is Black Ops Royale? This is a free-to-play Battle Royale experience with new rules influenced by the original Blackout: Black Ops Royale is on a new map with gameplay that rewards scavenging for greater gear and eventual domination of all rival squads. There are clear influences from the core Blackout experience — like bullet drop and weapon handling, as well as the armor system and use of the Trauma Kit — capturing the Blackout pacing, traversal, and combat feel in a modern way. This isn’t a remake; it’s a unique experience that pays homage to the Blackout core gameplay while keeping the flow of a match feeling right for Call of Duty: Warzone players. How many Players and Squads? There will be 100 players in 25 Quad teams to begin with, dropping into Avalon, with a visible circle denoting an ever-shrinking perimeter. The location of this electrified boundary shifts to another part of the map at the start of each match to ensure the entire map is playable across games. What makes this Battle Royale Mode different? Unlike the usual Call of Duty: Warzone BR modes, there are no Loadouts, with all players beginning on an equal footing. You drop into the fray with only a pistol and a Wingsuit. There are no Buy Stations. There is no Gulag. There is no in-game cash. You’re here to gear up, control the chaos, and annihilate all rivals. · Gear Up: Seek out critical weapon and armor upgrades. Chase high-tier power wherever it appears. · Control the Chaos: Cradle Breaches hold unknown threats and unmatched rewards. · Annihilate All Rivals: Strike fast with the Wingsuit. Convert your arsenal into victory as the last team alive. How do I Gear Up proficiently? Find a weapon, Armor, and Equipment from ground loot and Supply Boxes, and be on the lookout for Consumable Perks, as well as equipment to level up your armor. Each weapon has preset archetypes, and if you find one that fits your playstyle, you can upgrade it using Attachment Kits found in the world, rather than scavenging for individual Attachments. Increasing rarity adds attachments and improves stats, all the way up to Legendary. You immediately feel the impact as you upgrade. There are both low and high-risk areas to scavenge in; you’re here to earn your way to success. Every match will feel different. There’s no guaranteed path to a specific weapon. You need to adapt to what you find. What happens if I’m eliminated? You have two chances to redeploy: either by using a scavenged Redeploy Token allowing you to jump back into the match, or your team can activate a Redeployment Tower. How do I obtain the best loot? By successfully scavenging and upgrading your armaments, tactically using Equipment including the Blackout elements integrated into Black Ops Royale, such as the Wingsuit, Grappling Hook, Sensor Dart, RC-XD, Trauma Kit, and both the Perk and Armor systems. You’re also here to control the chaos and claim high-tier loot in Cradle Breaches, the spiritual successor to Blackout’s zombie zones. Infil: Scavenge to Survive Drop into “Operation: Eclipse” from a formation of VTOLs alongside your adversaries with nothing more than a Wingsuit, two plates of attached armor, a knife and a Jäger 45 pistol: This is Blackout-inspired gameplay where scavenging is the key to survival. You’re here to loot with haste before the enemy outplays you. Your first plan is usually obtaining a more powerful weapon. Big Map Update: Avalon First introduced as the large-scale Endgame map in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Avalon is the “Big Map” in Call of Duty: Warzone, expanding the map pool alongside Verdansk, Rebirth Island, and Haven’s Hollow. Avalon’s massive landscape is defined by connected locations and purpose-built combat zones, all taking place without the ominous red fog present in Endgame. This lets the vibrant and colorful world of Avalon shine, featuring a mix of dense city sectors, tactically diverse interior spaces, exposed routes where faster traversal may be advantageous, and extended sightlines. The team at Treyarch has made efforts to reduce water prevalence in the map, adding sections of exposed sand to connect islands, and new land areas that connect major land masses to streamline player movement for a better Battle Royale gameplay experience. Are you ready to learn the ins and outs of Avalon from the Firing Range to the Excavation Site? Then check out the interactive Black Ops Royale map in the free Tac-Atlas\[DH1] available now, along with the Tour of Avalon Blog\[DH2] . Part 2: After Infil: Weapons, Archetypes, and Upgrading Loot and Inventory: No Loadouts. Upgradeable Weapons. The early game involves a focused search within your drop point for loot — either loose or in Guild-branded or regular supply boxes — securing weapons, armor plates and upgrades, Tacticals, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Killstreaks, and Consumable Perks as you go. All normally looted weapons are from Black Ops 7. There are two aspects about any weapon you use in this mode that are vitally important to your continued survival: · The weapon’s Rarity. · The weapon’s Build Archetype. Weapon RarityAs usual, looted weapons have a rarity value, and as you scavenge during the early match, these are predominantly “Common” Rarity (appearing with a gray outline around the weapon before you pick it up and framing the info box on your HUD). There are five main, color-coded rarity values to a weapon. The rarer the weapon, the more predetermined Attachments there are on the weapon. · Common (Grey): One Attachment. · Uncommon (Green): Two Attachments. · Rare (Blue): Three Attachments. · Epic (Purple): Four Attachments. · Legendary (Orange): Five Attachments (maximum for normally secured weapons). All weapons in Black Ops Royale have already received five predetermined Attachments, each with an easy-to-understand description of what advantage each Attachment gives to that weapon once you pick it up. All five of the predetermined Attachments appear above the weapon icon in your HUD (and each time you inspect the weapon, check the Tac-Map > Upgrade Path menu, or upgrade the weapon). However, only the Attachments highlighted in this icon are visually fixed to the weapon, and active as you pick it up. The remaining greyed-out Attachments show you how the weapon will be upgraded and are automatically added to the weapon as you increase its Rarity as the match continues. Attachment Kits: Attachments are predetermined to the weapon you pick up and are not swapped out individually. This means you increase the Rarity of your weapon — and therefore the number of Attachments you unlock from its predetermined list — as the match progresses by finding and using Attachment Kits. You immediately feel the impact of the upgrade as you find Attachment Kits. The (optional but recommended) end goal is to utilize a Legendary (Orange) weapon with all five Attachments unlocked. Initial Details: Weapon Build ArchetypesIn Black Ops Royale, the five predetermined Attachments you can fix onto a looted weapon have been bench-tested and designed to perform in a particular way: Every armament is designated for a particular style of play, and the grouping of Attachments match that style of play. This is known as the Weapon Build Archetype. The Archetype is denoted by a Build Theme that appears above the Weapon name in your HUD. Build Themes have a narrative-inspired name. Examples include “CQB”, “Raider”, “Covert”, “Viper”, “Heavy Metal”, or “Stalker”. These descriptors allow you to gain an initial understanding of what type of Attachments the gun will have before you read the enhancement description under each individual Attachment. The more you play Black Ops Royale, the more you’ll learn the weapon build and its specific advantages, so you can look out for a named Build you know suits your playstyle. Or you can consult the table later in this Blog. The Archetypes you find are constructed to take advantage of a particular weapon’s capabilities. A recommended plan is to pick the one that mimics your style of play. · Location Randomized: Weapon Builds aren’t locked into a specific supply box or location. · Example Build: A stealth-focused build — such as the “Covert” Archetype for the AK-27 — focuses on Silencer type and Magazine size but has three other Attachments that complement the Stealth playstyle. · Attachments Intel: Your HUD displays all the predetermined Attachments you can unlock by upgrading it with Attachment Kits. · Weapon Choice: While each weapon is locked into an upgrade path, you can still choose between different builds across all Black Ops 7 weapons by finding them across Avalon. Additional Details: Weapon Attachment Kits After dropping into Avalon and securing a weapon among the ground loot that matches your playstyle, and you’ve noted the advantages of the five Attachments available to that weapon, it’s time to upgrade! The search is on; focused on Attachment Kits. · Attachment Kits are found as ground loot, within Supply Boxes, or as Activity rewards are Attachment Kits. · They are easily spotted due to the purple glow around them. · Attachment Kits automatically increase the Rarity and add the next Attachment to the weapon. · The more Attachment Kits you find, the more potent the weapon becomes as the rarity level increases, and more Attachments are automatically unlocked for it. · If you see an Attachment Kit, grab it while holding the gun you wish to upgrade (which can include your Infil pistol); the Kit immediately adds an Attachment to the weapon you are carrying, and adds a Rarity level to it. · To fully max out a weapon, secure as many Attachment Kits as you need to allow all five of a weapon’s predetermined Attachments to be used. · For a Common (Gray) Rarity weapon with one Attachment already available, secure a total of four more Attachment Kits to max it out to Legendary (Orange) status. Part 3: A Deeper Dive into Weapon Archetypes Critical Intel: Weapon Archetype Build ThemesRecap: Before we showcase all the Weapon Build Archetypes you can scavenge in Black Ops Royale, let’s recap what we’ve learned so far: Archetype Themes for Weapon Classes · Each weapon class (i.e., Assault Rifles, Snipers, LMGs, etc.) features a distinct Archetype Theme (either two or three per class). A Theme is built around playstyles that naturally fit the class. These are listed below. · Individual weapons within a class will draw from one of the Archetypes. With all of Black Ops 7’s weapon classes, you can expect over 40 Archetype Themes, with over 20 initially available as ground loot, with more added and adjusted during the Season. · As previously explained, at each rarity tier, weapons gain a new Attachment along a predefined progression path that reinforces the selected Archetype Theme. · The chosen Attachments have been customized and tuned for each Archetype to deliver impactful benefits you can immediately feel. Global Class Benefits · In addition to the Archetype Attachment benefits, weapons gain general Global Class Benefits at every rarity tier after Common (Grey). · Global Class Benefits apply regardless of the individual Archetype Theme and consistently Stack at each rarity tier, starting at Uncommon (Green). A Note on Recoil: Fully automatic weapons feature increased recoil at Common (Grey) rarity compared to the same weapons in other Call of Duty: Warzone modes. Upgrade these using Attachment Kits to improve this recoil and increase the potency of these weapons. A Note on Bullet Velocity (and Bullet Drop): In addition to the Global Weapon Class Benefits you receive as you upgrade a weapon, expect bullet drop to significantly improve for all weapons at two specific rarity levels: · For most gun types, you will experience decreased Bullet Drop and increased Bullet Velocity at Rare (Blue) and Legendary (Orange) levels. · For Sniper Rifles, you will experience decreased Bullet Drop and increased Bullet Velocity at Uncommon (Green) and Epic (Purple) rarity levels. Bullet Velocity and Bullet Drop upgrades will be noticeable during your match. Study the following lists and tables, as they show the Global Class Benefits, and the Archetype Build Themes of all weapons available as ground loot. Black Ops Royale: Global Weapon Class BenefitsEach Weapon Class has a set of Class bonuses applied to it at Uncommon (Green) Rarity. These stack as you upgrade your chosen weapon to a higher rarity. This means a fully upgraded (Legendary/Orange) weapon would stack the following benefits four times: · No Benefits at Common Rarity (Grey). · One set of Benefits at Uncommon Rarity (Green), as shown below. · Two sets of Benefits stacked Rare Rarity (Blue). · Three sets of Benefits stacked at Epic Rarity (Purple). · Four sets of Benefits stacked at Legendary Rarity (Orange). All statistical increases are based on improvements from the Common (Grey) version of the weapon and may not reflect the weapon as used in other Call of Duty: Warzone modes. Use the following Global Class Benefits to pick weapons that work with your preferred playstyle. Note that the three “+” signs next to the benefit indicate the following, and all specific percentages are subject to adjustment: · “+” = Very Minor benefit (around 5%) · “++” = Minor benefit (around 10%) · “+++” = Moderate benefit (around 15%) Assault Rifles: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · ++% Horizontal & Vertical Recoil Control · ++% Faster Reload Speed Submachine Guns: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · ++% Horizontal & Vertical Recoil Control · ++% Faster Reload Speed Shotguns: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · +% Better Hipfire Spread · +% Better ADS Spread · ++% Faster Reload Speed Light Machineguns: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · ++% Horizontal & Vertical Recoil Control · ++% Faster Reload Speed Marksman Rifles: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · ++% Horizontal & Vertical Recoil Control · ++% Faster Reload Speed · ++% Improved Aiming Idle Sway Sniper Rifles: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) · +% Faster Rechambering Speed · ++% Improved Aiming Idle Sway · +++% Improved Flinch Resistance Pistols: Global Benefits (at Uncommon Rarity) (Usually the Jäger 45 you are equipped with at Infil) · ++% Faster Reload Speed Black Ops Royale: Weapon Archetype ThemesAt the most basic level, each Weapon has its own basic handling characteristics that are distinct from one another. For example, a base EGRT-17 AR handles in a different way compared to a base Peacekeeper Mk1 AR. You should already have a preferred weapon based on playing other modes. With Black Ops Royale, you can scavenge for an Archetype of that weapon. Here are the available Archetype Themes, followed by more detailed explanations and general stats that increase when using and upgrading that Archetype: Assault Rifles Expect the following Archetypes*: · M15 MOD 0: CQB, Recon · AK-27: Covert, Recon · MXR-17: Covert, Recon · DS20 Mirage: CQB, Covert · Peacekeeper Mk1: CQB, Covert · Maddox RFB: Covert, Recon · EGRT-17: CQB, Recon Submachine Guns Expect the following Archetypes*: · Ryden 45K: Burner, Stalker · Razor 9mm: Burner, Stalker · Dravec 45: Stalker, Mantis · Carbon 57: Stalker, Mantis · Sturmwolf: Stalker, Mantis · Kogot-7: Burner, Stalker · REV-46: Burner, Stalker Shotguns Expect the following Archetypes*: · M10 Breacher: Raider, Bug Out · Echo 12: Raider, Striker Light Machineguns Expect the following Archetypes*: · MK.78: Heavy Metal, Patrol · XM325: Heavy Metal, Patrol · Sokol 545: Heavy Metal, Lockdown Marksman Rifles Expect the following Archetypes*: · M34 Novaline: Scout, Widow Sniper Rifles Expect the following Archetypes*: · VS Recon: Snapshot, Viper · Hawker HX: Redacted, Snapshot Pistols Expect the following Archetypes*: · Jäger 45: CQB · Coda 9: Akimbo · Velox 5.7: Sentinel Launchers, Specials and Melee While Launchers and other weaponry is in Black Ops Royale, they do not feature Archetype Themes. These weapons have more than five attachments (usually eight), have the Ultra (gold) rarity level, are already fully upgraded, and may have unique abilities. These are known as Exotic Weapons and are highly prized. In fact, there may only be one available per match! Can you find it? Exotic Example: “FlashburstBackdrive” M8A1 Marksman Rifle Dravec 45 Submachine Gun The Flashburst Backdrive is a precision hunter’sthe takedown specialist’s dream; it features eight helpful attachments specifically tailored to enhance this weapon type, along with additional abilities: · · −80% Aiming Idle Sway · +70% Bullet Velocity · +60% Damage Range · +20% Fire Rate (burst interval) · +40% Reload Speed · −50% Recoil · 60-Round Magazine45% Improved Damage Range · 40% Faster Reload Speed · 30% Faster Jog, Sprint & ADS Move Speed · 80 Round Mag · 50% Faster ADS Speed · 70% Faster Sprint to Fire Speed · Reflex Optic · 10% Faster Fire Rate · 40% Reduced Recoil Part 4: Cerebral Link: Your Heads-Up Display Your Main C-Link HUD Your Cerebral Link HUD overlay has been streamlined and adjusted but is mostly familiar to Call of Duty: Warzone players. Expect the following familiar and adjusted HUD elements to utilize as the match begins: · Top-Middle: Compass and POI Intel: Your compass direction and name of the POI you’re currently in. · Top-Left: Your Mini-Map, timing to the next Circle Collapse, and any Activities or Missions you’re currently engaged in. · Bottom-Left: Your team’s health and armor, including the plates you have equipped and have in reserve, any Redeploy Tokens you or your team has, and your health, shown as a bar as well as in units. · Bottom-Middle: Access to your Inventory Menu. The five small square boxes indicate the Perk Slots you are running. · Bottom-Right: Your chosen weapon, its type and color-coded Rarity (and therefore potency). Additionally, the Tacticals and Lethals held, circled around the Field Upgrades and Killstreaks. You can carry up to two of each piece of Equipment, and swap between them. HUD Intel Updates Summary: The Black Ops Royale heads up display is almost identical to a regular Call of Duty: Warzone HUD, with the following main adjustments: · Your Health is displayed (in units) in white markers. · Your additional, temporary Health above maximum, accessed via the Trauma Kit or specific Perks, is displayed (in units) in yellow markers. · The Rarity/color of your carried weapon and Build type descriptor. · Your carried weapon’s Attachments (the five available in the upgrade path) are visible when you pick up your weapon or access the Tac-Map Menu. · Inventory has been modified to allow you to carry up two Lethals, two Tacticals, two Field Upgrades, and two Killstreaks. All must be of a different type (you cannot carry two Frag Grenades, for example). · Hot swap: Hover over an item in your inventory to see the button to quick swap that slot. Expect to learn rapid button combos to make accessing and swapping equipment extremely intuitive. Quick Menu: Updated Inventory Your inventory system is streamlined via the Quick Menu (also known as the Inventory Menu) and features familiar elements from the original Blackout GUI. Your carrying capacity has been modified in this mode to allow the following: · Equipment Menu: You have quick access to an Equipment menu inside your HUD, which shows the following: o Armor Plates and number carried o Tacticals and number carried if applicable o Lethals and number carried if applicable o Killstreaks o Field Upgrades and number carried if applicable o Your three weapons (up to two guns and the current rarity of each, and your Melee) o Up to five Perk placement slots (that you can switch out as needed) · This menu is primarily used to quickly drop any items you may not need or your teammates could utilize, such as Armor Plates or weapons. Tac-Map Menu and Upgrade Path Intel Tac-Map: Access your Tac-Map Menu for more clarity regarding the Avalon AO, including locations of Activities. Additional Tac-Map Data is also available: Hover over any icon on your Tac-Map to gain more specific details within the Tac-Map screen. Upgrade Path: Critical information on the Upgrade Path of your Primary and Secondary Weapons, including the Attachments you’ve unlocked for each. Scoreboard and Stats: As usual, these offer insights into you and your squad’s score, as well as how well you are performing with each weapon, and in the match. Note: Additional combat information is now available during the loading screen, showing your K/Ds, Top Ten placements, and Games Played in this mode. Part 5: Black Ops Royale Perk System Perks Overview Perks are found as ground loot, in supply boxes, or as rewards, and activated when you want to use them. Your main HUD and Inventory HUD both show the Perks you are carrying, and those you have activated, as well as those you are waiting to activate. After activation, Perks last for a duration, after which the benefits run out. · There are no “Slots” for Black Ops Royale Perks. Instead, you can grab, carry, and utilize up to five Perks. · Perks can be gathered, swapped between teammates, and specific Perk combinations can be utilized during the early, middle, or late game stages, a key strategy to success. · Your maximum of five carried Perks are quickly and intuitively swappable and activated from your Inventory menu, though you can have more than five active at one time. · You can apply a Perk and then close out the Inventory menu, or queue a second or additional Perks, then immediately click on the next Perk you want to apply, allowing you to “hot swap” and click on several Perks and then close out of the Inventory menu. · Once acquired, Perks have three states to them: they can be saved for later in the match, saved for a teammate and dropped for them, or activated. · When you find a Perk kit on the ground, you have two options: To Equip or Stow: It’s important to stow it, as the Equip option starts the Perk’s effects immediately. · Because Perks are consumable and temporary, you have to make deliberate decisions about when to use them, adding an extra layer of strategy to each encounter. Available PerksNote that most Perks last between two and four minutes of match time. In the general duration timing listed below, “Short” indicates a time of around two minutes, “Long” indicates a time of around four minutes, and “Medium” indicates a time between the two, between two and a half and three and a half minutes. Awareness Duration: Short. Effects: Increases the volume of enemy footsteps by a modest amount. You also gain the ability to track enemy footprints. Notes: This perk is best utilized when you’re about to engage or investigate an area with enemy activity. Brawler Duration: Long Effects: Gain a small amount of additional health when engaged in melee attacks. Provides bonus to your health if you are fully healed. Strong increase in melee damage. Adds the Tactical Sprint ability. Notes: Excellent resilience and agility improvements. Can be used when in tight confines, or you’re low on ammunition and need to finish off foes with your fists or a knife. Engineer Duration: Medium Effects: Allows you to see enemy equipment, killstreaks, and vehicles through walls. When you’re a driver or a passenger in a vehicle, it will repair itself over time. Notes: This aids your awareness and supports your team. If you want to avoid equipment and spot it from a distance, equip this Perk. Iron Lungs Duration: Long Effects: Increases the time you can hold your breath while underwater or using certain Optic Scopes. Reduces weapon flinch and idle sway. Notes: A vital perk for long-range sniping combat, or those attempting to stay submerged for longer periods of time. Looter Duration: Short Effects: Supply boxes within a reasonably proximity are outlined. A modest increase in the chance to find higher-value loot (more special items). Notes: This support perk enables you to increase the value of opening crates in unlooted areas. Medic Duration: Long Effects: Downed allies return to the fray with impressive bonus health. You can insert Armor Plates more rapidly. You can revive yourself and others more quickly. Notes: For the support Operator who needs rapid protection and can work with a squad to patch teammates up more proficiently. Mobility Duration: Long Effects: No fall damage. You swap weapons more rapidly and reload more quickly. Notes: For those seeking more dexterity, and zero chance of cratering after a wingsuit mishap. Outlander Duration: Medium Effects: Reduces the damage you take if caught in a Circle Collapse and increases the movement speed if inside a Circle Collapse, both by a modest amount. Notes: Adding a minor improvement to your maneuvering within a Circle Collapse can be very beneficial, though it is extremely situational. Paranoia Duration: Long Effects: You can sense when an enemy is looking at you. Notes: Marks around the screen indicate whether an enemy is facing your direction, allowing you more time to react accordingly and tactically. Reinforced Duration: Long Effects: Explosive and fire-based damage is reduced by a sizable amount and cannot down you if you’re struck while at full health. You gain resistance to Flashbangs and Stuns, and suffer reduced damage from the Hand Cannon, War Machine, and Death Machine. Notes: Added resilience is always welcomed, providing the enemy utilizes offense specific to this Perk. Skulker Duration: Long Effects: Increases your movement speed by a minor amount. Increases your crouch and prone speed by a modest amount. Increases your swimming speed by an impressive amount. Notes: Adding mobility to all facets of your movement is always advantageous, especially if you seek to escape or maneuver by water. Squad Link Duration: Short Effects: When you ADS, enemies are automatically pinged. Shooting enemies outlines them briefly. Downed enemies within your general vicinity will be visible through obstacles. Notes: This powerful Perk must be activated at the most tactically advantageous time, as it only lasts a short time. But it enhances enemy takedowns for you and your squad. Note on Perks outside of Black Ops Royale: For more information on new Perks coming to modes outside of Black Ops Royale — like Berserker, Hunter, and Momentum — check out the Season 02 Reloaded blog later this week. Part 6: Black Ops Royale EquipmentWith a wide variety of Tacticals, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Unique Items, and Killstreaks, it’s well worth knowing what each item looks like, and its effectiveness in the warzone, especially as you’ll be scavenging for all of them! Returning Equipment Confirmed: Sensor Dart Returning as a Tactical is the go-to piece of recon Equipment! Lob out the sensor dart projectile and look for a radar ping where it lands, showing enemies in the vicinity. The trick, of course, is where to throw it: Ideally somewhere hidden as the dart can be destroyed by bullets, explosives, or EMP pulses. Sensor Dart can also be pinned to something moveable like an enemy vehicle, platform, or even a drone or another player! Just be wary near water or strong electrical fields. Rare loot. Lethals (7) The following Lethal equipment is available within Avalon, during Black Ops Royale matches. Two different sets of Lethals can be carried at a time and used. · Cluster Grenade: Device that scatters smaller explosives when detonated. Two different Field Upgrades can be carried at a time and used. · Armor Box: A blue box that allows you to restock the Armor Plates for you and your team. Rare loot. · Deployable Cover: A ballistic shield barricade you can place onto the ground and use as cover or to mount your weapon onto. Common loot. · Echo Unit: Creates a stationary facsimile of the player to act as a distraction. Destroyed by shooting at the base of the hologram. Common loot. · Munitions Box: An olive color box for restocking equipment to both you and your squad when placed on the ground, refilling your Primary, Secondary, Tacticals, and Lethals. Uncommon loot. · Trauma Kit: See below. Uncommon loot. · Trophy System: Place on the ground or the flat surface of a vehicle, and the system destroys incoming enemy projectiles. Common loot. Returning Equipment Confirmed: Trauma Kit Infamous in aiding players during late-match engagements, Trauma Kits are extremely beneficial as they allow you to regain full health as well as bonus health after a three-second usage. This heals you back to full health (150 units) plus an additional 100 temporary units to a new maximum of 250. Once the temporary health is lost, it does not regain. Uncommon loot. Killstreaks (8) The following Killstreaks are available within Avalon during Black Ops Royale matches. Note that Black Ops Royale Killstreaks focus on personal and protective firepower rather than area-of-effect destruction. One each of two different Killstreaks can be carried at a time and used. This mobile quadrupedal turret that follows you, firing on enemies. · Deadeye Drone: Remote piloted aerial drone equipped with small caliber sniper rifle and limited ammunition. This remote armament can be controlled by the player. · Death Machine: Heavy minigun with a fast fire rate, high penetration, and a large ammunition capacity. · Hand Cannon: Powerful large caliber handgun with high bullet damage and penetration. · HKDs: Aerial payload delivers wheeled Hunter Killer Drones which seek targets and explode. · Psych Bomb: See below. · RC-XD: Deploy a small remote-controlled, remote detonated explosive vehicle. · War Machine: Powerful burst-fire grenade launcher with projectiles that explode on impact. Large magazine. New Equipment Confirmed: Psych Bomb A powerful cluster strike is called delivering a neurotoxic gas cloud at its impact sites. Expect around five payloads in a circular pattern, in two waves, with the effects of the gas lasting around ten seconds. Any foes caught within these detonations should expect to suffer from hallucinations and limited visibility. Inventory Items and Tiered Armor Vests There are certain important items that aren’t utilized like normal Equipment and are either stored in your Inventory Menu to be shared or used later in a match or used immediately upon access. Here’s a list of what to look out for: · Ammunition: See below. Common loot. · Armor Satchel: Initial Armor carrying capacity is up to three plates in use as protection, and a further five in reserve. This increases your reserve Armor carrying capacity by three to a maximum of eight. Uncommon loot. · Tiered Armor Vests; Levels 1, 2, and 3: See below. Rare loot. · Redeploy Token: Allows you to redeploy if you’re slain. Only one can be carried. Rare loot. · Safecracker Drive: Allows access to Guild safes across Avalon in the Strongbox Crack Activity. Uncommon loot. Note on Attachment Kits: Upgrades your held weapon in both rarity and attachments by one level. See early in the blog for further intel. Common loot. These are automatically used and cannot be saved or carried in your Inventory. Returning Equipment Confirmed: Ammunition Found across Avalon in Supply Boxes, as ground loot, in Munition Boxes and Ammo Caches, there are five different types of ammunition to uncover and apply to your chosen weapons, keeping additional or unused ammo types in your Inventory menu to drop for teammates or use if you change weapon types. Here’s how the ammo types break down. All ammo is Common loot. · Assault Rifle/Light Machinegun (AR/LMG) · Pistol/Submachine Gun (Pistol/SMG) · Shotgun · Sniper · Launcher Returning Equipment Confirmed: Tiered Armor Vests 1, 2, 3 In Black Ops Royale, you can locate special protective enhancements known as Tiered Armor Vests. These don’t have to be found in a linear progression (i.e., you can find Tier 2 Armor Vest without needing a Tier 1). Each of the three Armor Tiers offers a degree of damage mitigation on top of your usual plate protection: · Mitigation does not apply if you have no plates equipped. · Mitigation only applies to damage done to plates, effectively toughening them. · Mitigation applies to all incoming damage, whether ballistic, explosive, or melee based. · You cannot equip a lower Armor Tier if you have a higher one equipped. · Armor Tiers persist until the operator is slain or equips a higher Armor Tier. · Armor Tiers cannot be dropped or given to another teammate, though they are available to loot from a rival Operator after they are slain. · Tier 1: Provides moderate mitigation when you have plates. Primarily found as ground loot. Uncommon. · Tier 2: Provides greater mitigation when you have plates. Rare ground loot. Reward for completing Strongbox Crack (Activity). · Tier 3: Provides optimal mitigation when you have plates. Very Rare ground loot. Reward for completing Cradle Breach Activity: Cradle Boss. Part 7: Black Ops Royale Match Features Map NavigationA wide variety of vehicles, including a new Helicopter, provide rapid access across the map via land, sea or air. But you start it all in a VTOL: Wingsuit Your main mode of Infil transportation is the Wingsuit. You are encouraged to utilize the air brake, stowing and reequipping the Wingsuit while airborne, Free Looking to enhance your tactical knowledge of the immediate area, and swift deployment of the Wingsuit if you drop from a high cliff or building. Ground Movement When you’re on the ground, expect to use your normal maneuvering, along with aspects of Omnimovement, mainly the innate ability to Wall Jump up vertical surfaces to a degree, which is helpful when mantling or taking evasive moves over defenses. Movement Across Water and Tidal FlatsCompared to the version of Avalon available to Black Ops 7 Endgame players, Treyarch has ensured increased maneuverability across the entire map, when Black Ops Royale launches and Avalon comes to Call of Duty: Warzone. Overview Outside of the newly created areas marked in the map image above, water acts as it usually does: You’re able to swim, switching to a pistol as an offensive weapon while underwater. However, the rivers and shoreline predominantly in the southwest of Avalon have been heavily modified, featuring numerous ways to cross waterways via sandbanks, fords, tidal flats, and shallow marsh water. Expect areas of new land, additional zip lines, new highpoints to initiate wingsuit glides and even shallow sandbars which allow for infantry, wheeled vehicles, and boat traffic. How the coastal defenses zone of Avalon looked in Endgame (left), and the new and more traversable Black Ops Royale Avalon (right). Green areas: New sandbars and tidal flats. Light brown areas: Shallow walkable water paths. These modifications are of paramount importance to the team at Treyarch: “We made efforts to reduce water prevalence in the map, adding sections of exposed sand to connect islands, and new land areas that connect major land masses to streamline player movement for a better Battle Royale gameplay experience.” Let’s take a closer look: Shallow Waterways marked by marsh reeds and protruding boulders, where the buildup of silt allows Operators to wade through water at the same speed as traversing land, and some areas even allow you to drop into a Prone stance. Additionally, vehicles not designed for submerging can cross safely, while aquatic craft like Tactical Rafts and TAVs can still maneuver through unhindered. Sandbars and tidal flats have been built up considerably across the coastal defense zone in southwest Avalon, but there are additional islands appearing along the rivers of Avalon. This is firm ground, usually sandstone or sandy in nature, with normal traversal rules applying as if you’re maneuvering across dry land. \[CAPTION] The new sandbars and shallow waterways of Avalon at the start of Season 02 Reloaded (left), and the start of Season 03 (right). Green areas: New sandbars and tidal flats. Light brown areas: Shallow walkable water paths. Red Lines (S03 map): Additional Ziplines. Red Dash Groups (S03 maps): Moored boats. Season 03 Additions: To ensure the very best experience for players, expect Avalon’s transformation to continue. At the start of Season 03, more of these accessible Tidal Flats that increase the flow of battle, and the possibility of additional draining of deeper water, and additional zip lines across difficult-to-traverse areas, and small flotillas of boats, will be added. Tidal Flats: Tour of Avalon The following locations denote environments that were previously only accessible via swimming or watercraft, but are now traversable by foot or land vehicle: Stadium Coast The Coastal Security outpost is no longer an island, with access via a new peninsula near two new islands close to the beach near Trinity Stadium. Sandbar Ruins A large sandy abutment transforms a small island with dotted ancient ruins on it, into a sand bar and peninsula that stretches north to shallow waters and across to a new beach area, south of the Trinity Stadium Police Station. Coastal Security Sandbars The lighthouse island and larger, Coastal Security area is now landlocked, joined together via a large section of undulating beach and rock outcrops, with access south from the lighthouse via shallow waters to the remote island close to the waterlogged ruins. Military Outpost This small military base is no longer on an island and instead is surrounded by sandbars pockmarked with boulders and erosion. The shallow water to the south allows access to the southern area of Pier District. Listening Post Waterways The coastal waters to the west and north of the Listening Post island are now much shallower, allowing access via foot to the Fort, north to Firing Range and the Military Outpost, and a jutting peninsula near the Pier District Fire Station has additional ground to access. Low Town Island The small island with the beached boat has doubled in size, with a larger, lower sandy perimeter, along with the previously accessible ziplines. Resorts Island A rocky island between the Resorts and northern shore east of Low Town has increased in size considerably, with shallow marshland enabling complete access across the river from one side to the other. Heliport While the thin, rocky island in the river east of the Heliport, and the Gas Station to the west, is the same size as you remember, the waters across this stretch of river have been drained significantly. Old Arsenal Isle An entirely new island, complete with small dock and crane, has appeared due east of the Chop Shop, and is part of the Old Arsenal point of interest. Gulag Gone: The Redeploy System Unlike Verdansk, once you’re eliminated there’s no enemy cellmate to take down before returning to a Black Ops Royale match: The Gulag is closed, and there are only two ways to be brought back into battle: · Redeploy Tokens (Equipment): You begin a match with a single Redeploy Token, and find more available as loot, though your capacity to carry these items is limited to one. If you’re eliminated, you automatically expend a token, there’s a short delay timer before you’re able to drop in, reacquire equipment, and continue the fight! · Redeploy Towers (Activity): One of the main Activities in Black Ops Royale is the locating and capturing of a Guild Redeploy Tower. Expect these areas to be heavily trafficked, as the team that can capture the tower (activating it and remaining within the capture radius) can redeploy their entire team. Redeploying requires more coordination, and bringing teammates back is more calculated than using Buy Stations. Lives matter more, and the pacing requires forethought and is slower than other Call of Duty: Warzone modes. Intel is harder to acquire, and there are no UAVs or Advanced UAVs, leading to more cautious team rotations. Vehicles in Avalon A wide selection of vehicles can be commandeered from their parking or mooring spaces and used for rapid traversal. Most of these vehicles are well-known to Call of Duty: Warzone players, but the larger Helicopter is a new addition. Note that: · Vehicles can be destroyed by use of launchers or hard-hitting weaponry or killstreaks, as well as explosive equipment, both sticky or otherwise, and careless driving resulting in a crash. · Both the Grappling Hook and Sensor Dart can be fixed to vehicles. · Vehicles have limitless fuel but suffer damage. Repair the damage if you’ve equipped and are using the Engineer Perk. The following vehicles, with a general (and in-game) name along with their default passenger, can be found across Avalon: ATV (Polaris Sportsman XP 1000) Occupancy: 2 (1 Driver, 1 Passenger) Easily navigate over hills and craggy terrain with the lightweight Polaris Sportsman XP 1000, a two-seater ATV that’s highly maneuverable with excellent control. Fit through tight spaces, turn on a dime, and keep moving to evade incoming shots. LTV Occupancy: 4 (1 Driver, 3 Passengers) With room for the whole squad, the heavily armored LTV offers a reliable defensive transport with moderate speed and control during on and offroad traversal. Ideal for heated engagements where durability beats performance. New: Light Heli (Helicopter) Occupancy: 5 (1 Driver, 4 Passengers) Get above the action in this five seat Helicopter equipped with flares to throw off incoming attacks. Ascend, descend, hover, and fly in a fast, highly maneuverable aerial package that’s ideal for squads looking for a long-range vehicle option. Cargo Truck Occupancy: 2 (1 Driver, 1 Passenger) Sit up front in the cab to benefit from the Cargo Truck’s respectable defensive qualities or climb into the long bed in back for a clearer view of incoming threats. Offers moderate speed and control with a large turning radius. UTV (Polaris RZR Pro R 4) Occupancy: 4 (1 Driver, 3 Passengers) For offroad performance, look no further. The four-door Polaris RZR Pro R 4 brings power and maneuverability to the most difficult terrain, offering exceptional control over land that would send other vehicles into a spin. RHIB (Tactical Raft) Occupancy: 4 (1 Driver, 3 Passengers) Navigate Avalon’s waterways with ease using the four-seat Tactical Raft. Found along shorelines, this nautical craft is quick with good control, performing admirably in both open waters and tight river bends or tunnel entrances. TAV Occupancy: 2 (1 Driver, 1 Passenger) While its somewhat sedate pace isn’t the most rapid, exhibiting imprecise control and a moderate speed at best, where the TAV really shines is in its incredible versatility. The vehicle can drive on land or water, so that you can keep up the pursuit no matter where the enemy flees. Dirt Bike (Triumph TF 250-X) Occupancy: 1 (1 Driver) Get where you need to go on the lightweight and powerful Triumph TF 250-X, an ultra-compact motorcycle that rides fast without giving up maneuverability. Kick the front wheel skyward, hear that engine growl, and ride like lightning. Electrical Field: The Collapse A containment field known only as “The Collapse” in the original Blackout is a glowing, crackling energy wall marking the playable area within a Black Ops Royale match. This electromagnetic dome is back, slowly encroaching across Avalon, with visuals that allow Operators to clearly see where the safety boundary ends. Part 8: Enhanced Objectives and More: ActivitiesGaining the upper hand on your opposition just got a whole lot more tactical, as Avalon’s lush and varied landscape is dotted with optional Activities to complete. Acting like Contracts seen in other Call of Duty: Warzone modes, some Activities are new to players, others are familiar to Black Ops 7: Endgame players, and all offer potent rewards. Speaking of which…. Activities: The rewards you need, when you want them.Activities are key to providing you with the specific, high-level loot you need to survive and thrive in Black Ops Royale. Activities aren’t initially visible across Avalon, but they do appear as you investigate your immediate area. This recon is important, as each appearing Activity has an icon, and hovering over that icon in the Tac Map Menu allows you to view more information about the Activity in the bottom-right corner of your screen. This includes the specific, high tier reward you receive for completing that Activity, which is always the same on a per Activity basis. · For example, if you locate a Strongbox Crack Activity, you’ll see the reward is Level 2 Armor. · Note that other rewards, usually equipment and ammunition, are also available as part of an Activity reward. This means you can choose to undertake Activities that grant you helpful rewards, setting you up for end-match success, and ignore Activities that supply you with rewards you already have or don’t need. Here’s a run-down of Activities in Black Ops Royale: Activity: Target Uplink Station Summary: A tactical station where squads can search for player bounties. Rewards: Bounty Target and enemy loot. Overview: Find and access a special security terminal, found at various fixed locations across Avalon. An Uplink Station becomes active around two minutes after a match begins, and it identifies a hostile target within its target radius. It prioritizes enemies that have not yet been hunted by rival squads. Once the identification has been completed, the Uplink Station cools down before it can be used again. The hunting squad, the bounty, and the bounty target’s squad are all alerted. The hunting team has three minutes to slay the bounty. Activity: Surprise Shipment Summary: Secure a reward from a Guild shipment container guarded by robotic enemies. Rewards: Armor Satchel (and loot). Overview: Abandoned Guild shipping containers are positioned across Avalon and are active at the start of the match. Each container has a proximity detector on its door lock. Get within mid-range distance, the Activity will commence, and the detector begins beeping. Get within close range and the detector explodes, blowing the container doors open at either end. Inside is one or more of the following hostile Guild enemies: · Four G-series Guild robots · A Guild D.A.W.G. · A Guild Rhino Remove the robotic Guild threats inside before claiming the loot from a cache inside the container. Activity: Surveillance Drone Summary: Destroy a Guild Drone and its defenses to acquire loot. Rewards: Additional Activity Reveals (and loot). Overview: Expect to occasionally run into Guild Drones patrolling a specific area of Avalon. The Activity begins when a player approaches this airborne enemy or engages it in combat. When threatened, the Drone retreats and summons additional defensive support Drones that attempt to defeat the attacker. Defeating these support Drones is optional, but likely necessary due to their aggressive nature. But the focus should be to find the Guild Drone, attack it again. This time, it stands its ground, sending out another wave of up to five support Drones. Destroying the Guild Drone at any point concludes this Activity: Inspect the downed drone wreckage for loot. Activity: Strongbox Crack Summary: Obtain safecracking software and hack a safe to obtain high-level loot. Rewards: Armor (Level 2) (and loot). Overview: This begins as an unmarked Activity and requires you or a squadmate to obtain a Safecracker Drive with software on it. Next, locate a Guild Safe somewhere within Avalon, connecting the device and the safe cracking begins. Expect alarms to alert enemy squads to your presence. Around ten seconds after the hack begins, the safe opens, and the loot within the safe can be claimed by any squad within the vicinity. Activity: Relay Antenna Summary: Activate Guild hardware to scan for hostiles and launch a Redeploy Drone. Rewards: Temporary UAV and Redeploy Drone. Overview: Location a small satellite dish Relay Antenna within the area of battle and access the flip-up screen on the tripod housing to initiate capture of the device. Bringing this relay under your squad’s control takes around 30 seconds, and once captured, the Relay Antenna becomes beneficial to your team, with the following happening automatically: · A sequence of UAV pings commences, centered on the Antenna site and expanding across the topography, tagging enemies within the range of the device. · A Redeploy Drone and wire ascender activate close to the Relay, allowing for rapid redeployment. This stays active for around one minute. After these activities, the site shuts down for a short period of time to recharge before becoming available to access again. Activity: Redeploy Tower Summary: Revive previously slain squad mates by activating the tower. Rewards: Squadmate(s) redeployment. Overview: Aside from Redeploy Tokens, another method to call back your slain squad mates is to locate and commandeer special Guild comms towers, activating them to act as rift beacons to recall the fallen. Interact with the tower’s terminal and after a countdown — which can be shortened with more squad mates nearby — the tower activates. Via dangerous new technology, a jagged Cradle fissure appears in the sky above the tower, and any previously slain teammates revive and drop from this breach, back into the action. Note the status of a Redeploy Tower depends on its color: · Blue: The Tower is ready to use. · Yellow (flashing): The Tower is in use. Expect enemy engagements. · Grey: The Tower is on a cooldown, recharging between uses. Activity: Supply Drops Summary: Care packages dropped across Avalon, containing potent loot when captured. Rewards: Randomized high-value loot. Overview: Watch the skies and the on-screen announcements as occasionally, a Guild plane flies across Avalon, dropping weighty supply crates along its straight flight path. Four of these crates are likely to land across the map and contain impressive loot if you can succeed in reaching and accessing them, making them an excellent location to reposition near during late-game maneuvers, or after a redeployment. Additional Interactions: Ammo Cache Summary: Locate a stationary pallet of ammunition and equipment. Rewards: Ammunition and Equipment. Overview: With the tendency to be found in places where low enforcement or military activity is expected (as well as gas stations), Ammo Caches allow you to refill your inventory just like they have in past Call of Duty: Warzone matches. As well as refilling the ammunition of the weapons you’re carrying, other inventory items (like Tacticals and Lethals) can also be extricated from this ammo refill. Part 9: Cradle Breaches Hallucinatory Hordes and High-End Loot Just like the original Blackout, there are areas of the Big Map that are much more dangerous to explore in Black Ops Royale. These self-contained, contaminated zones of Avalon distort perception, unleashing wild hallucinations… including zombie incursions! These fissures in your squad’s reality are known as Cradle Breaches. Cradle Gas Activity: Cradle Breach Summary: A highly dangerous hallucinatory area of the map with potent loot rewards to optionally visit. Rewards: Randomized Cradle Activity. Overview: Over the course of a match, expect a Guild stealth bomber to fly across the AO, dropping a Cradle Gas bomb from the skies. Upon impact, these projectiles anchor into the ground and leak an ominous red mist familiar to Endgame players. This fills a region of the map in a dense, red cloud around the bomb site for a few minutes before receding. This is known as a Cradle Breach. · Aside from your long-range vision being slightly impaired, the red gas is seemingly not dangerous. · However, your hallucinatory vision is working overtime; revealing hordes of roaming zombies, as well as special high-tier loot caches, which aren’t visible outside the breach. · A breach also randomly features one of two specific Activities detailed below, and both offer a chance for you to truly test your skills! Cradle Breaches are optional areas to venture into and are time limited. Once the Cradle Gas Bomb disperses, the enemies and reward opportunities disappear. You need to weigh up the risks versus the rewards; breaches contain the best loot, but feature hordes of zombies, and though a shambling undead foe isn’t a major threat, they can distract you from your human rivals… Cradle Breach Activity: Mangler Summary: Slay a toughened Cradle Boss and secure impressive loot. Rewards: Armor (Level 3) (and high-tier loot). Overview: Once the Cradle Breach gas has finished expanding, either the Mangler Hunt or the Mystery Box activity will begin. In this Activity, an enemy Mangler appears to patrol the zone, with toughened armor and dangerous firepower. Squad coordination is expected to take it down, as inflicting damage secures a reward. The squad that eliminates the Mangler (or a rival team that swoops in to claim the dropped rewards from the Mangler’s corpse) can grab some particularly high-tier loot. Cradle Breach Activity: Mystery Box Summary: Defeat hordes of zombies and earn access to a strange, wooden box granting impressive loot. Rewards: Exotic Weapons (and high-tier loot). Overview: Once the Cradle Breach gas has finished expanding, either the Mangler Hunt or the Mystery Box activity will begin. In this Activity, you should check the vicinity for a crackling beam of electrical light emanating skywards from an old wooden crate. Known as a Mystery Box, this loot chest is locked, and requires you to slay zombies in the vicinity before it opens: · Any players (including enemy squads) within the Breach can open the Mystery Box, once they slay a set number of zombies. · The Mystery Box can be accessed several times until the Breach dissipates, or the box has been looted a set number of times, after which it disappears. · The random rewards for each box access range from low-tier offerings, health and replenishment items, but a sizable chance to secure an Exotic Weapon, and even the Ray Gun, just like in the original Blackout! Part 10: Additional Intel Events and Challenges: Black Ops Royale Integrations Black Ops Royale comes fully integrated into the Black Ops 7 and the Call of Duty: Warzone experience, with earnable rewards, unlockable content, and a large-scale Event you can access across all game modes. 14. The post Paralives – rivalul pe care fanii The Sims îl așteptau de ani buni appeared first on Need4Games. Citește mai departe !
  19. Welcome to Avalon Welcome to Avalon! Before you drop into the new Call of Duty®: Warzone™ mode Black Ops Royale, it’s worth gaining tactical knowledge over the topography across this new map. Featuring new traversal opportunities and enhanced visual clarity compared to the Avalon map accessible in Black Ops 7 Endgame, it’s worth studying the major and minor points of interest in readiness for battle. Free Avalon Tac-Atlas Available Here: For a comprehensive Tac-Map with areas of interest, as well as information on each point of interest via an interactive map, ensure you bookmark the free Tac-Atlas. In-Depth Black Ops Royale Deep Dive Here: If you’re wanting all the intel on the new, Blackout-inspired Black Ops Royale mode for Call of Duty: Warzone, be sure to check out the Deep Dive Blog. Avalon Zone 1: Northwest Golf Club “Welcome” banners line the outer walls of the Golf Club, inviting those who drive on by or drop right in to make themselves at home. In this homage to the Hazard Multiplayer map from the original Black Ops, move into the elegant Champ Green clubhouse at the top of the hill to command the main grounds. The course fills the surrounding hillside, sloping gently down toward Trinity Station and the Casino with a stopover at the Tennis Club on the way to Residences up north. Surrounded by lots of tree cover and hills, the Golf Club is a good place to take your time and loot for a bit before moving on. If you get caught unaware on the green, dive into a sand trap for quick cover. Residences The extensive roads branching through this suburban enclave make it an ideal playground for vehicles with road access in and out of town toward the Golf Club, Casino, and Winery. Homes and commercial buildings sit on both sides of the river, surrounded by supporting POIs including the Tennis Club and the Azure Pine, a scenic estate far up the northern mountain. Tennis Club Before you can make your way to the Golf Club, you may need to fight through the Tennis Club first. This multi-level uphill battle has a few places to take cover, but most of the fighting will be done by using the hills and elevation to your advantage. Take refuge in the club house if you’re under fire or gather up some Attachment Kits and Armor while you can. The Azure Pine Directly to the west of the Residences location is a rustic luxury resort in the mountains. With some minor elevation, the Azure Pine has a wonderful view of the northern half of Avalon. With the many trees and large cabins, using this resort to plan your next move is a great plan. Loot the cabins on the edges of the property and remember to peek down the hill to both the east and south to catch some unsuspecting enemy squads. Trinity Stadium Trinity Stadium — home to the Red Card Multiplayer map from Black Ops 6 — towers over the river between High Town and the humble Marine Villas tucked in the corner facing Coastal Security. Fight through the Stadium’s multilevel interior, a collection of long hallways wrapping around the field. There are multiple access points onto the pitch and stands, with Ascenders rising to the roof inside and out. For closer combat, head to the Police Station just east of the arena. Marine Villas Marine Villas sits right on the western edge of Avalon and splits the river up between Trinity Stadium and Coastal Security. With four different Villas and several auxiliary buildings, there is plenty to search through and use as cover. As an edge POI, it’s quite useful to utilize against rotating squads and a perfect spot to begin any match. Police Station (Stadium) Positioned close to the soccer stadium in case of a fracas, this Police Station has a nearby warehouse, and rapid deployment to the hillside, east to High Town, or south into the coastal bay and tidal flats. Come here for a bolster to your ammunition and use the building as cover when planning your next moves. Casino A showcase of riches, the Casino spares no expense with a luxurious interior featuring a grand piano, round bar, slot machines, and tables spread out along a massive ground floor. On the inside and along the outer walls, Ascenders zip up to the roof overlooking the grounds. Outside, statues line the walkways around a courtyard and down toward the shoreline into Low Town. The Mansions The last and most important stop between the Casino and High Town are the Mansions. Specifically, there are two large Mansions that sit along the main road and right next to the water, sitting under a communications tower. Each home is surrounded by its own courtyard and can be treated like a small compound. Cut through these mansions to hide your approach to High Town. The Estates The Estates is a collection of luxury residences, with some still in early construction. Up on the hill and sitting between three major POIs is a hillside filled with luxury homes. Rotating through this location is both fast and highly dangerous. Stick to the houses and you will have the advantage of cover and elevation or dare to traverse the open roads and climb the retaining walls between properties. If you have the high ground, feel free to linger, but if not, stay on the move and get through The Estates quickly. High Town Right on the border of the central river, High Town earns its name with a cluster of tall buildings surrounding a skyscraper giving one of the highest viewpoints in all of Avalon. A network of parks and roads mingle throughout the populated area. Exploring this section can be a lucrative source for increasing your weapons and gear as your squad clears out threats in the dominant downtown area. Watch for vehicles traveling by sea, air, and land as they are all threats to High Town. Yacht Familiar to players of the Black Ops 6, the Yacht resembles the Lifeline Multiplayer Map and sits in the middle of the water between High Town and Coastal Security. Although moving between the Yacht and the land on either side of the ship can be tricky, with the help of a few vehicles, controlling this spot can give your squad a place to breathe and scout out High Town before infiltrating the POI. Avalon Zone 2: Northeast Winery The Winery’s vineyards spread out over a large portion of the northern sector of Avalon. Because the Winery is mostly flatter land and small hills, it’s important to take advantage of the tree lines and smaller buildings along your path. Use the soft cover of the vineyards to obscure your movement and look for vehicles and Ammo Caches while traversing the Winery to be confident you and your squad aren’t caught in a tricky situation. Mountain Village Directly to the South of the Winery is the Mountain Village. Named for its position on the mountain, the Mountain Village sits above the Winery and has an advantageous view over a few POIs, including the Pony Club to the northeast and a part of Resorts to the south. Because of this, it’s a great spot to make your initial drop or to flow through as you anticipate the next circle. Pony Club The Pony Club is perfect for open air gunfights and passive early rotation for squads fresh out of a fight and need to regroup. Very close to the edge of the map, not much time should be spent here, however it’s a great place to grab some ammo and maybe a few upgrades without much fear of being fired upon without being able to return fire. Resorts The Avalon Resort is a massive and stunning building, complete with underground parking and access to its grand lobby. Latch onto an Ascender in the elevator shaft to reach the penthouse at the top, an extravagant estate based on the Skyline map from Black Ops 6. From the Resort rooftop, enjoy free reign with your wingsuit to cross the river, hit up the Casino, or move inland toward the Excavation Site and Winery. Although it sits low and near the water, Avalon Resort towers over the region and can act as a great watch tower. Police Station (Resorts) The Police Station sits in decent proximity to the Avalon Resort, which means that taking a fight with any squads within the Resort may not be a good idea. However, if you have cleared the Resort or have just gotten away from a fight, the Police Station is the perfect location to re-up your ammo and Armor Plates. Police Stations are well equipped with everything you need to get back to 100%. Then if you’re in need of a quick getaway or just need to get to the other side of the map, look at the dock to see if there’s a Tactical Raft nearby. Service Station On your way into the Avalon Resort, don’t forget to make a quick pitstop at the Service Station along the main road. It can provide cover for your squad if you’ve already been spotted by enemies at the Avalon Resort. The Service Station provides four different buildings and a quick escape into the hills to the north. Excavation Site Unearthed from a mountain towering over Avalon with extravagant views toward the River, the Colosseum, and the Avalon Resort, the Excavation Site is made up of ruined structures from the area’s ancient past. Archeologists have been hard at work, digging into the earth leaving a mix of crumbled walls and trenches. Use the extensive cover to funnel enemies into more easily managed angles and take off from the clifftops in your wingsuit to soar to your next target. Colosseum The Tour du Monde Rock Festival stage dominates the center of the Colosseum. Ascenders line the inner walls with in and out openings all around. Some crumbled ruins extend out from the arena with roads branching toward smaller points of interest in the surrounding hillside. If things get rough, cross south back over the river into Cliff Town or escape to the Northeast and take cover in the Visitor’s Center. The grounds are sunken and enclosed by the Colosseum walls, not to mention the underground VIP area and fighting ring are all a sight to behold. Pay attention to the circle timer, because you may not see the circle collapsing on your position until it’s too late. Eastern Ruins To the east of the Colosseum’s outer ruins is a small river, close to a rarely traversed field and pond. Close by is a small ancient settlement, half sunk into the soft soil, and offering cover opportunities for those skulking close to the border of the map. Lavender Ruins The Colosseum can be a very highly contested area, especially at the start of a match. The Lavender Ruins provide a nice alternative drop location. Search the ruins for some good starting gear and ammo before you attempt to take on the squads within the Colosseum or before heading to the Winery. Avalon Zone 3: Southwest Coast Coastal Security A Lighthouse illuminates the coast and claims the highest point in Coastal Security. A collection of islets and sandy sea beds circle the main security office, its scattered layout giving the advantage of keeping fights focused as your squad clears the area island by island. Once you’ve established a foothold, it’s time to cross the water or make your way into the Firing Range. Firing Range Rows of bunkers line the outer Firing Range under the view of a towering radar array. Further inland lies a central U-shaped dining hall near the iconic Firing Range Multiplayer map layout. You’ll need to spend some time and learn the layout of the actual Firing Range if you plan on taking control of this POI, simply because there are a lot of places for you and other players to escape and outplay each other. While Firing Range isn’t in the center of Avalon, it can be the center of attention throughout most matches. Military Outpost The Military Outpost near the Firing Range is a small but important location on the island. Slightly elevated over the surrounding area, the top of the hill can see in all directions toward most adjacent POIs. Because of the concrete walls, steel buildings, and watch tower, the Military Outpost serves as a great vantage point. Consider using its vantage points to decide which direction to attack next. Further away from the outpost is a gas station supplying the area with fuel, and the remains of a small stone lookout tower from medieval times. Fort The old Fort d’Avalon sits in the southwestern corner of the map near the large southern body of water. Traverse the parapets and use the scattered towers to whittle down the enemy forces from above before moving into the Fort’s large interior facilities. If you’re feeling brave, hijack a watercraft and take a tour of the Cursed Rock near the map’s southern boundary. Cursed Rock Home to the Protocol Multiplayer map and Training Course in Black Ops 6, the Cursed Rock is located by itself in the middle of the water. Surrounded by nothing but ocean, the only way to get here is by sea or by air. While taking control of this island can serve a squad with bravery quite well, if the circle does not roll your direction, you may have to make a daring escape. Listening Post A pair of Radars face the water near the bridge leading into the Listening Post. Scattered buildings and radar equipment line the low, rolling terrain. A short stone wall surrounds the area, easily scalable for an attack on the installation. Note the strong fortifications on the northwestern tip of the island, with the highest tower giving access to a Zipline straight into the Firing Range or the island exterior of the Fort. Radars The Radars are home to a choke point and ambush spot for those attempting to take the bridge and head East or stop any squads from leaving the same bridge. Take advantage of the radar dishes to gain a bit of elevation and spot enemies headed your way. Avalon Zone 4: South Central Low Town (Docks and Center) Low Town and the Marina claim one of the wider locations on the center island of Avalon. As shown by the advertisements all throughout town, Low Town has been transformed into a racetrack for the Avalon 35. Using your wingsuit and the area’s network of Ascenders and Ziplines, you can glide from one rooftop to another, testing your strength in one of the map’s more centralized locations. Keep an exit plan in mind, whether that’s falling back to High Town or escaping to higher ground in the Ruins Overlook. Across this point of interest, the lower docks offer rapid aquatic deployment opportunities, featuring the Low Town Multiplayer map from Black Ops 6, as well as a tour of the old cathedral and monument. Further into the main settlement itself, the close buildings and winding roads around a central square require teams to stay on high alert as enemy squads can approach from any direction, leading to exciting close- and long-range fights. Take to the rooftops to check for incoming foes. Hillside Apartments Two large apartment buildings offer exceptional views down to Low Town, as well as tactical opportunities for spotting and hunting foes. Ruins Overlook The Ruins Overlook sits almost at the same elevation as the Communication Tower, providing visibility to the vast majority of Avalon. This gives squads a lot to work with when planning their next move. As a smaller location, dropping here could be a great idea, so long as there isn’t another squad to compete with for loot. If you’re in a pinch and need to retreat to the Ruins Overlook, it might also be a great location to grab some ammo and Armor Plates. Pier District The Pier District entertains its guests with a carousel and Ferris wheel on the water next to a tennis court supporting a gathering of mid-sized buildings. An assortment of Ascenders and Ziplines help to navigate the rooftops, while the interiors bring Operators into tight room-to-room combat. The Business Quarter lies just up the hill to the south, the terrain behind it rising to the Heliport. Home to the familiar dual apartment penthouse from Stakeout in Black Ops 6, use the Pier District to set up a garrison and buy some time while you plan your next move. Fire Station Just South down the main road from the Pier District is the Fire Station. Another great spot to land if the major POIs are overcrowded. Gather some gear and make a getaway via sea, air, or land. With Cargo Truck, Tactical Raft, and Heli spawns at the Fire Station, there are all kinds of options. Business Quarter Before making your way up to the Communication Tower, make a quick stop by the Business Quarter, and make a few upgrades to your Loadout. Assuming it hasn’t been looted yet, there may be some Perks and Attachment Kits to give you a little boost before heading into your next fight. Heliport Helipads line the border of this commercial Heliport. A handful of large buildings sit on the roadside near the helipads, including an air traffic control tower that is attached to the Aero Innovations building and maintains an incredible view. Further inland lies a Substation, the Police Station, and the Art Warehouse north up the coast, including rows of brick buildings housing a taste of Avalon’s fine art collection. High-Voltage Substation Make a quick stop at the Substation, a useful location for gathering loot and seeking protection from enemy squads in the Heliport. Run through the Substation to check for goodies and maintain the tactical advantage before heading up the hill to the Communication Tower. Police Station Use the mountain skirting this POI strategically, protect your flank as you approach the Police Station, or hole up in the main building for protection and ambush squads descending the cliffside. As it may be difficult to see what’s heading your direction on the horizon, the same can be said about enemy squads and their ability to see your exact location. Loot up at the Police Station before daring to climb the mountainside. Art Warehouse Just North of the Heliport, right before you reach the Aqueduct is the Art Warehouse. A compound with five major buildings and a whole lot of reasons for players to be interested in the location, expect the Art Warehouse to always be popular. Whether squads are dropping into get their first bits of weapons and upgrades, or they’re there to redeploy their squadmates, there might be an enemy player around any corner. Chop Shop A graveyard for boats being stripped for parts, the Chop Shop sits on the southern coast in a scenic cove. A pair of garages and some storage units sit close to the water, while inland the terrain sharply rises to the main road. Take the western bridge to cross over to the Listening Post pushing up toward the Communication Tower, go east to the Old Arsenal, or take up defensive positions around the upper rocky peninsulas. Communication Tower By far the tallest point on the map, the Communication Tower sees everything. Not only can this location be used to scout out most of the map, especially where the next circle is going to land, it also has many options for loot and vehicles. Head to the helipad on the southern end of the hilltop and see if you were lucky enough to secure a Heli spawn. Avalon Bridge An impressive feat of modern engineering, the Avalon Bridge may be filled with defensive cover opportunities across its upper span, but there’s a covered lower rail and roadway allowing safer traversal options, especially in vehicles. Note the rail tunnel that leads west from the bridge, as well as the network of connected roadways linked to a roundabout either side of the main structure. Avalon Zone 5: East and Southeast Cliff Town Built in the ruins of an old fortress, Cliff Town’s narrow streets wind through clustered buildings and an old bell tower. Use your wingsuit to fly from rooftop to rooftop or bring the fight to ground level. Snipers will want to climb up to the top of the tower for its dominant views. The town is situated above an underground cave system accessible from the surface, giving quick escape into the waters below. Along the coast to the south, look for Ascenders climbing up to the Aqueduct including ziplines that run all along the topmost level. Drug Den Just up the hill to the east from Cliff Town is a small compound of dilapidated buildings. Surrounded by a tree line and a road that runs through it, Drug Den is both an excellent rendezvous point for squads attempting to retreat from a heated battle within Cliff Town or to avoid a dangerous Cradle Breach. While Drug Den isn’t considered a major POI, it sits just off the main road that runs through Avalon. Set up an ambush for travelers along the road as you scope out Cliff Town or prepare for any vehicles rolling through any of the side roads nearby. Water Treatment Downhill from Cliff Town, Water Treatment sits low on the river, an industrial flatland made up of silos, filtration tanks, piping, and warehouses. Most of the buildings are similar in height, uniformly low to the ground with circular tops, giving plenty of room to maneuver. On the ground, use the large structures to protect your flank and funnel enemy forces to push the fight to your advantage. If you want a stealthy approach, enter the site using the underwater pipes. Aqueduct Perpendicular to the main road that connects Water Treatment to Cliff Town is a large aqueduct that serves as a useful bridge for quick transit across the water. Travel along the Aqueduct’s main level or over it via a collection of ziplines on the level above. With the top level having a modicum of hard cover, there are many ways to play and navigate the Aqueduct, however you will have to keep your attention on your flanks because they’ll be highly vulnerable. If you or other squads choose not to place themselves directly onto the Aqueduct, the structure can be used to cut off long sightlines from the north or south. Use it to cut vision from a distance and counter-snipe enemy squads. Car Factory Several mid-sized factory buildings fill a tight square in this industrial zone modeled after the W.M.D. Multiplayer map from Black Ops 6. Move inside to battle in open spaces like the assembly room and showroom or scale up to the rooftops to fight from above. For an unbeatable view, zip up the Ascenders that reach to the tops of the two white silos. A Landscaping Center, Gas Station, and test track border the factory before opening up into the rugged hillside. Gas Station The Gas Station sits quite low in the valley and directly under the hill up to the Car Factory. Squads residing here should be ready to take on incoming forces from the main road or from the Car Factory. However, the sightline from the station to the Heliport is rather direct. Taking carefully timed shots to break down enemy squad defenses may give your team the opportunity to advance before you’re overwhelmed. Landscaping Center The Landscaping Center is loaded with large piles of building materials and trees ready to plant which provides a highly dynamic arena for a firefight. With buildings on either side and small roads that run through the Landscaping Center, this location is primed for a nonstop, action-packed, few minutes at any point in the match. Once you’ve cleared it out, take a peek to the west and scope out the Gas Station or Water Treatment facility and plan your next move. Old Arsenal The Old Arsenal protrudes from the mainland over the water. A mixture of low buildings and cranes fill the streets under the shadow of an old luxury ship hull raised on concrete stilts. Seek out watercraft along the shore to take advantage of the open waterways. Inland from the Old Arsenal, Operators will encounter rugged uphill terrain and pockets of buildings like the Recycling Center and Fire Station. Recycling Center Although the Recycling Center is rather open, utilize the fact that it is located on the edge of the map as well as the overhead rooftops to passively cover your flank while you loot here. This minor POI serves as a great drop location as there is plenty to gather and pickups to upgrade your arsenal before you’ll need to leave. Fire Station The Fire Station is located at a major crossroads at the southeastern end of the map, sitting right next to the Epic Bridge and in between the Old Arsenal and Car Factory. Whether you’re setting up an ambush or you know enemy squads are nearby, if you’re looking for action, the Fire Station is the place to be. Use the training tower and Cargo Truck to spot and move to your next location without having to worry about too many surprises. Rural Business Space With two two-story buildings and a smaller single story, this Business Space is a minor stronghold in a major location. Just off the main road, it sits near the Fire Station, giving it a prime vantage point against any approaching squads. It sits right underneath the hill from the Car Factory, so expect some action especially after the first few minutes of any match. ©/TM/®2026 Activision Publishing, Inc. 20. Nota finală este de – 9.8/10 – The post Resident Evil Requiem – Recenzie appeared first on Need4Games. Citește mai departe !
