Matchmaker Updates: Improvements and What's Next Since sharing our plans in March, we've been closely following your feedback—and now we're ready to roll out several of the announced improvements. Starting with Update 2.3, the matchmaker will feature: Reduced number of two-tiers-above battles for Tier VII–IX vehicles Artillery limits—no more than two SPGs per team Platoon balancing by tier—Platoons are matched with others of the same tier.
