It’s almost time for the final weekend of PEC: Spring! Here’s everything you need to know about the story so far, what’s at stake, Twitch drops, format, schedule and more.

PEC: Spring features a new double-trouble format, with two sets of Playoffs and Finals! We’ve already seen the conclusion of Playoffs 1 and Finals 1 - where Virtus.pro took the throne (with Twisted Minds and Team Nemesis following closely behind). Afterwards, we wiped the slate clean and started from scratch again with Playoffs 2 last weekend - which saw 16 teams qualify to this weekend’s upcoming Finals 2. Here’s the full list of teams:

What’s the format?

The PEC: Spring Finals format is tried and tested - 16 teams will face off over three days, for a total of 15 matches. Whoever has the most points at the end of play on Sunday will be crowned the Finals 2 Champion!

What’s at stake?

The PEC: Spring Finals are a crucial battleground for any team aiming to compete on the global stage. Most importantly, the Finals are where the bulk of PGC Points are earned, the key metric used to qualify for the crown jewel of the PUBG Esports calendar, the PUBG Global Championship. While teams had a chance to collect some points during the Playoffs, the Finals offer significantly more, making them the defining moment in the race for qualification.

Beyond that, the stakes extend even further. The top two teams with the highest cumulative PGC Points from PEC: Spring will secure direct qualification to the Esports World Cup in Riyadh later this year, as well as all PUBG Global Series events in the second half of the season (meaning PGS Circuit 3 and 4).

And if that wasn’t enough, each Finals weekend also features a $30,000 prize pool, giving teams yet another reason to bring their best when it matters most.
