In response to community feedback, we have lowered the volume of Hardlight mesh shattering. As footstep audio acts as a primary means of tracking enemies who aren’t in front of you, we are increasing the volume of footsteps from enemies outside your POV - enemy footstep volume further increases as the source of the footsteps gets further behind you (ie. loud when beside you, louder when over your shoulder, even louder when directly behind you).
