This plugin allows you to display a custom .tga banner image on the spectator screen in Counter-Strike 1.6. It's perfect for promoting your community or customizing the server visually.

🔧 Installation Instructions:

1. Create a .tga image named name.tga (or any name you prefer).

2. Place the .tga file into the folder:
   cstrike/gfx

3. Compile the .sma file to generate adscs16.amxx.

4. Copy adscs16.amxx into:
   cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins

5. Add the following cvar in amxx.cfg to set the banner:

   Quote

   spec_banner_tga gfx/lgnbanner.tga

    

   ⚠️ Replace lgnbanner.tga with your own banner's file name!

⚠️ Important Notes:

• The .tga file must be saved in 24-bit color format.

• The included banner is optimized for 800x600 resolution. If most players use a different resolution, resize the image accordingly.
