Hello Responders,

It’s finally time for us to share that No More Room in Hell 2 launches onto PlayStation and Xbox & leaves Early Access with the Armageddon Update on August 11th! Take a look at our latest trailer:

Armageddon Approaches

The path we set down at the start of this year with the Genesis & Revelation updates culminates in our largest update to No More Room in Hell 2: Armageddon. The virus has continued to progress, leading the CRC to vastly expand their operations. In this update, we’re adding:

• Survival Mode, a new experience with 3 dedicated maps (Flooded, NotLD, Lighthouse)

• Raven Rock, our sixth Objective map, set deep within the eponymous military installation and offering a different flow than any location prior.

• Solo Mode, allowing independent Responders the ability to practice and learn on all our maps while progressing Weekly Assignments.

• A guided Tutorial, complete with combat and objective training for those new to NMRIH.

• Platform Achievements, marking your accomplishments as your arsenal grows.

• Weekly Assignments, rewarding players with Credits as well as a new unique currency called Merits that allow for streamlined cosmetic purchases.

• Expanded character customization with more options and adjustments available to personalize a Responder.

• Rescue Beacon, a high end Loadout-only item that can be earned to protect a Responder from a death.

• …and so much more!

We’ll be giving players a glimpse into all of the above in more posts ahead of Armageddon’s release on August 11th. Our Early Access community has been pivotal in helping us reach this milestone and we can’t wait to share with you all insights into how your feedback continues to push us forward! Map Preview: Raven Rock

Set on the outskirts of the mountainous southern Pennsylvania, Raven Rock is our latest exploration into the active apocalypse unfolding in No More Room in Hell 2. Responders find themselves right outside an underground military bunker, determined to investigate the fates of emergency operations personnel.

Descend into a unique Objective experience that takes civilian eyes where they aren’t supposed to see and fight to restore a semblance of control to the world around you. We’ll share more tidbits of Raven Rock ahead of launch, however this locale will remain somewhat mysterious with plenty of surprises for everyone on August 11th!

Final Stretch

With the release date shared, we wanted to remind our Early Access players of the account wipe and rewards earnable for previous progress shared in this blogpost. You’ll now have a bit less than two weeks to earn any remaining Account levels and collect Nightmare tokens before we all start fresh together on Day 1.

We’ll share maintenance window timing and any other information that may affect your ability to play ahead of release as soon as we know. Those waiting for launch or looking to get games in prior, feel free to join our Discord community as well!
