1. Server Rules

If you break the server rules, your VIP, Premium, Owner or other purchased access may be removed, regardless of the donation amount or the access purchased.

2. Permanent VIP / Owner Activity

If you have purchased permanent VIP or Owner Premium and remain inactive for more than one month, the access may be removed.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

If you make a payment and later attempt to obtain a refund or chargeback through PayPal, Revolut or Skrill, your access may be revoked and you may receive a ban from the RESPAWN.GAMELIFE.RO server and related RESPAWN sections.

4. PayPal Payments

PayPal payments must be sent using Friends & Family. Payments sent using another payment option may be refunded.

✓ Donations are voluntary and are used to support, maintain and develop the GameLife community and its servers.

✓ Donations are not made for personal profit.

✓ Donations are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is approved by the GameLife administration or required by applicable law.

✓ GameLife is not responsible for scams, fraudulent transactions or payments made to unofficial individuals or through unofficial methods.

1. Regulamentul Serverului

Dacă încălcați regulamentul serverului, gradul VIP, Premium, Owner sau orice alt acces cumpărat poate fi eliminat, indiferent de suma donată sau de accesul achiziționat.

2. Activitatea VIP / Owner Permanent

Dacă ați achiziționat VIP sau Owner Premium permanent și rămâneți inactiv mai mult de o lună, accesul poate fi eliminat.

3. Rambursări și Chargeback-uri

Dacă efectuați o plată și ulterior încercați să obțineți o rambursare sau să faceți chargeback prin PayPal, Revolut sau Skrill, accesul poate fi retras și puteți primi ban pe serverul RESPAWN.GAMELIFE.RO și în secțiunile aferente categoriei RESPAWN.

4. Plăți prin PayPal

Plățile prin PayPal trebuie efectuate folosind opțiunea Friends & Family. Plățile efectuate printr-o altă opțiune pot fi rambursate.

✓ Donațiile sunt voluntare și sunt folosite pentru susținerea, întreținerea și dezvoltarea comunității GameLife și a serverelor sale.

✓ Donațiile nu sunt efectuate în scop de profit personal.

✓ Donațiile sunt, în general, nerambursabile, cu excepția cazurilor în care administrația GameLife aprobă o rambursare sau aceasta este impusă de legislația aplicabilă.

✓ GameLife nu este responsabil pentru fraude, înșelătorii sau plăți efectuate către persoane ori prin metode neoficiale.
