Patch 25.24 Champion Changes

Here are all the champion changes arriving in this patch.

Champion Buffs

A few champions are getting some much-needed buffs.

Braum

Base Stats

Base HP increased from 610 to 630.

Passive – Concussive Blows

Post-stun bonus damage on his passive increased from 20%(5.2 – 39.2) to 40% (10.4 – 78.4).

Nasus

Base Stats

Base health increased from 631 to 650.

Q – Siphoning Strike

Q damage increased from 35–115 to 40–120.

Sejuani

Q – Arctic Assault

Cooldown reduced from 19–13 seconds to 18–12 seconds.
Mana cost reduced from 70–90 to 60–80.
AP ratio increased from 60% to 75%.

W – Winter’s Wrath

Mana cost reduced from 65 to 60.
W1 AP ratio increased from 20% to 30%

E – Permafrost

AP ratio increased from 60% to 70%.

R – Glacial Prison

Cooldown reduced from 130/110/90 to 120/105/90.

Swain

Passive – Ravenous Flock

Heal increased from 3–6% to a flat 6%.

Viktor

Q – Siphon Power

Shield increased from 40–115 + 18% AP to 40–140 + 25% AP.

Champion Nerfs

Quite a number of champions are getting nerfed, especially Junglers.

Dr. Mundo

Q – Infected Bonesaw

Max HP monster damage cap reduced from 350–650 to 300–600.

Kayn

Passive – The Darkin Scythe

Shadow Assassin damage amp reduced from 25–45% to 20–40%.

Kha’Zix

W – Void Spike

Base damage reduced from 85–205 to 75–195.

Master Yi

Base Stats

Base HP reduced from 655 to 640.
AD growth reduced from 2.8 to 2.5.

Mel

E – Solar Snare

Hit damage reduced from 60–240 + 60% AP to 60–220 + 60% AP.
Mana cost increased from 50–70 to 50–90.
DoT DPS reduced from 16–80 + 8% AP to 16–56 + 8% AP.
DoT linger duration reduced from 0.75s to 0.5s.

Zed

Passive – Contempt for the Weak

Monster modifier reduced from 2x to 1.8x.

System Buffs

Legend: Bloodline

Life steal per stack increased from 0.4% to 0.45%.
Maximum life steal increased from 6% to 6.75%.

Patch 25.24 Skins

A bunch of new skins and skinlines are arriving in this patch, including the return of the popular Winterblessed skinline. We are also getting a new skinline called Sunken Shadows and the final Victorious skin for this year.
