League of Legends Patch 25.S1.3 Early Notes: New Changes, Release Date, and More

Patch 25.S1.3 has almost arrived, here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming patch.

Riot has announced the upcoming changes arriving in Patch 25.S1.3 and from the looks of it it’s going to have quite a lot of changes.

Starting off with the most important changes, the support items. According to Riot, Support items, especially their damage variants items have been overperforming quite a bit, leading to dissatisfaction among ADC players. Thus, Riot plans to tone down these items so they don’t overshadow their counterparts. Additionally, Riot is raising the Attack Speed cap, which should enhance the overall experience for ADC players.

Assassins are also receiving some attention in this patch. Riot is indirectly buffing the Assassin class by buffing the Domination tree, as assassins were hit quite hard with the Season 2025 update. Moreover, they are directly buffing assassins who are struggling, such as Kayn and Evelynn.

Other than these, there are a lot more changes arriving in the patch. So, without further ado, let’s go over these changes.

League of Legends Patch 25.S1.3 is expected to be released on February 5, 2025.

System Buffs

Attack Speed cap is getting raised, Chemtech Soul is getting a buff and finally, the Domination Keystones are getting some much-needed buffs.

Patch 25.S1.3 Skins

The patch will introduce a new skin line called Dumpling Darlings. It’s a brand-new food-inspired skin line similar to the popular Cafe Cuties. However, unlike Cafe Cuties, which was inspired by Western food, the new skin line is inspired by Eastern cuisine.
