Riot is gearing up for the next patch as League of Legends is getting closer to the Summer Event. So, Patch 14.13 is getting some changes before we get to the Event with a new game mode, Anima Squad skins, and more. There are a bunch of changes coming with Riot giving some significant adjustments, notably Varus. Here is all we know so far. LoL Patch 14.13 release time and server maintenance: NA: 3:00 AM PT EUW: 5:00 UK time EUNE: 3:00 CET Champion Buffs There are quite a few buffs coming, mostly for AD champions. Gangplank Riot is buffing the early game slow for Gangplank’s Barrels. E – Powder Keg: Slow: 30/37.5/45/52.5/60% (+ 0 – 25% based on Critical Chance) >>> 40/50/60/70/80%. Graves Riot is giving Graves a buff to reward players for being aggressive with his dash. E – Quickdraw: Armor per stack: 2/5/8/11/14 >>> 4/7/10/13/16. Lee Sin His sustain is being buffed up in terms of scaling and shielding. Base Stats: Health Growth: 105 per level >>> 108 per level. W – Safeguard: Shield: 50/100/150/200/250 (+ 80% AP) >>> 70/115/160/205/250 (+ 80% AP). Lissandra Two different buffs are coming for Lissandra as Ice Shard is getting a damage increase while Ring of Frost is getting a cooldown reduction. Q – Ice Shard: Damage: 80/110/140/170/200 (+ 80% AP) >>> 80/110/140/170/200 (+ 85% AP). W – Ring of Frost: Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds >>> 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds. Miss Fortune Riot is making some Movement Speed adjustments for her W while also buffing Base AD a little. Base Stats: Attack Damage: 52 >>> 55. W – Strut: Movement Speed Damaged Lockout: 5 seconds >>> 4 seconds. Minimum Movement Speed: 25 >>> 30/35/40/45/50 (based on rank). Maximum Movement Speed: 55/65/75/85/95 >>> 60/70/80/90/100. Maximum Movement Speed Wait: 10 seconds >>> 3 seconds. Orianna Just a small AD buff for Orianna. Base Stats: Attack Damage: 40 >>> 44. Pantheon There is a small buff for Pantheon that increases the minimum damage on his W a little. W – Shield Vault: Minimum Damage: 50 >>> 60. Xayah Riot is buffing Xayah’s E – Bladecaller with more damage and lower cooldown. E – Bladecaller: Damage: 50/60/70/80/90 (+ 60% Bonus AD) >>> 55/65/75/85/95 (+ 60% Bonus AD). Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds >>> 12/11/10/9/8 seconds. Champion Nerfs Here are the nerfs that we know of that are coming in this patch. Brand Mid Lane Brand has too much value so Riot is nerfing a few things. Passive – Blaze: Mana Gained On Kill: 30 – 50 (based on level) >>> 20 – 40 (based on level). E – Conflagration: Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 60% AP) >>> 60/85/110/135/160 (+ 60% AP). Gragas Riot has had a problem balancing Gragas’ Passive healing, so they are taking a stab at it once more. Passive – Happy Hour: Healing: 6.5% of his Maximum Health >>> 5.5% of his Maximum Health. Kalista After the huge changes in Patch 14.10, Kalista has been pretty dominant. So, Riot is nerfing her, some would say gutting her even. Here are all the changes. Base Stats: Attack Damage: 61 >>> 59. W – Sentinel: Minimum Damage: 75 – 175 >>> 0. Minion Execute Threshold: 125 – 225 >>> 0. Monster Damage Cap: 250 – 450 >>> 100 – 200. Karthus Small Q nerf but its impact will be more as Dark Harvest is getting big changes. Q – Lay Waste: Damage: 43/62/81/100/119 (+ 35% AP) >>> 40/59/78/97/116 (+ 35% AP). Kennen A significant health nerf is coming to Kennen. Base Stats: Health: 611 >>> 580. Skarner A few nerfs are coming to Skarner’s Q. Q – Shattered Earth/Upheaval: Mana Cost: 30 >>> 50. Upheaval Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 60% Bonus AD)(+ 4% of his Maximum Health)(+ 15% of Target’s Maximum Health) >>> 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 60% Bonus AD)(+ 4% of his Maximum Health)(+ 10% of Target’s Maximum Health). Taliyah Riot is continuing to nerf Taliyah in the jungle. Q – Threaded Volley: Monster Bonus Damage: 25 (+ 5% AP) >>> 10 (+ 0% AP). Zac Riot has deemed that Zac is healing too much in lane. Thus, some nerfs are coming to his Passive healing. Passive – Cell Division: Healing: 5/6/7/8% (based on R – Let’s Bounce! rank) of his Maximum Health >>> 4 – 8% (based on level) of his Maximum Health. Champion Adjustments So far, big changes are coming in this patch in terms of adjustments as Varus is getting a makeover. Varus Riot is tuning a lot of Varus’ kit as they are trying to shift power from Lethality Builds to On-Hit builds. Base Stats: Attack Damage: 60 >> 57. Attack Speed Growth: 4% per level >>> 3.5% per level. Passive – Living Vengeance: Minion Kill Reward: 10/15/20% (levels 1/7/13) (+ 20% Bonus Attack Speed) Attack Seed >>> 10% Attack Speed + AD based on 10% Bonus Attack Speed + AP based on 10% Bonus Attack Speed. Champion Kill Reward: 40% (+ 40% Bonus Attack Speed) Attack Speed >>> 4% Attack Speed + AD based on 15% Bonus Attack Speed + AP based on 15% Bonus Attack Speed. W – Blighted Quiver: On-Hit Damage: 7/13/19/25/31 (+ 35% AP) >>> 7/14/21/28/35 (+ 35% AP). Cooldown Refund: 12% >>> 13%. Piercing Arrow Animation Lockout: 0.25 seconds >>> 0.85 seconds. Piercing Arrow Missing Health Damage: 6/8/10/12/14% of Target’s Maximum Health (based on level 1/4/7/10/13) >>> 6/8/10/12/14% of Target’s Maximum Health (based on W rank). Item and System Adjustments No buffs or nerfs this time around for Items or other system changes but there are a few adjustments, notably to Dark Harvest. Dark Harvest Riot is taking a big stab at Dark Harvest and changing the damage profile. This will hurt champions like Karthus a lot. Cooldown: 45 seconds >>> 40 seconds. Damage: 20 – 80 (based on level) (+ 5 per stack)(+ 10% Bonus AD)(+ 5% AP) >>> 20 (+ 9 per stack)(+ 10% Bonus AD)(+ 5% AP). Electrocute Similar changes to Dark Harvest as Riot is reducing the damage on the rune while reducing the cooldown. Not as big of a change compared to Dark Harvest though. Cooldown: 25 – 20 seconds (based on level) >>> 20 seconds. Damage: 30 – 220 (based on level)(+ 10% AD)(+ 5% AP) >>> 50 – 190 (based on level)(+ 10% AD)(+ 5% AP). Opportunity The only item change this patch as Riot is adjusting the Lethality numbers and such. Unique Passive – Preparation: Lethality: 5 – 10.5 (based on level) >>> 5 – 10.5 (based on level) | 3 – 6.3 (based on level) [Melee | Ranged]. Unique Passive – Extraction: Decaying Movement Speed: 150 >>> 200. Skins So far only two skins have been revealed for Patch 14.13. There could be more since this is a patch with a longer cycle.
