LoL April Fools Game Mode Details

April Fools Day is here as League of Legends is getting a stylized game mode.

Game modes have been a key attraction to League of Legends, and this time around, Riot is giving us one for April Fools’ Day. While it is very limited, it is still a fun way to play League of Legends for a few days and do whacky things. Here is all we know about the April Fools Game Mode.

April Fools Game Mode

So, as for the game mode itself, Riot is changing Summoner’s Rift for some fun interactions and such. League of Legends Leaks & News on Twitter showed us a video of what we are seeing in the game mode.

The interactions that have been added to Summoner’s Rift are as follows.

• Driving A Scuttle Train into the lane
• Collecting Little Legends in the River
• Minion Effects
• Tentacle Bumps instead of Fist Bumps
• Can Revive If you use skill button combinations in a specific order

These interactions are only available in Quickplay, so if you want to experience these, you better queue up there. Also, they all look pretty cool and are mostly cosmetic in general. Hence, all these effects serve as an homage to April Fools alongside the skins coming out very soon.

Also, there is a new Mission available to achieve the Hatty Crabby Icon. Details are below as shown.

How Long Will The Game Mode Be Active?

The April Fools game mode will be active for the next 3 days as the Mission duration is that long. So, expect the mode to be active until Wednesday, April 4, 2024.
