League of Legends Fountain Changes In Patch 14.4

Riot has revealed some fountain changes that will be coming to League of Legends in patch 14.4.

It hasn’t properly even been two months since the release of season 14, and we have already experienced a lot of changes in the game.

In the first patch of the season, we got a completely overhauled Summoner’s Rift, item system, objective changes, and much more. Due to how big the overall additions were, we didn’t get any balance changes in that patch. However, in the updates afterward, we got a ton of balance adjustments across the entire game.

Fast forward to patch 14.3, and it started the first League of Legends event of the year, Lunar Revel 2024. It has not only tons of new skins but also new changes. Similarly, we are getting a lot of changes in patch 14.4 as well.

Alongside these changes, we are also getting some system changes as well. Some of the system changes include tether changes, UI changes for champions, and, for today’s topic, fountain changes. Here’s the fountain buff that will be coming out in patch 14.4.

League of Legends Patch 14.4: Fountain Changes

• Healing per second: 8.4% max HP >>> 10.4% max HP

Fountain is one of the core parts of League of Legends. Just like every multiplayer game, League also needs a spawn system. Players in this game will spawn on the fountain of their team. Additionally, if they are low on health, then they can go to their team’s respective fountain, and then they will regain their health. However, there is a health timer. So you don’t regain your health in one second. You need to wait for a couple of moments.

Now, with this change, you can heal up faster than before. Now, if the enemy is sieging you in base, you can recover your health faster than before and return to action.

Release Date

This fountain change is coming out on patch 14.4 and will be released on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
