REGULAMENT: 

Propunerile trebuie sa fie strict legate de TS3 (fara forum,servere etc..) .
Post-urile care nu au legatura cu propunerile TS3 , vor fii mutate in "Arhiva" iar creatorul va primii WARN . 
Dupa fiecare post, trebuie sa asteptati 3 zile pentru a face un nou post .
