Octane Heirloom Recolor is Next in Line To Be Added To Apex Legends

Respawn has decided to add a second version of the Octane heirloom.

Apex Legends is on a roll with the updates. Constant leaks have suggested huge changes in the upcoming seasons. From armor changes to perk systems, Season 20 will shake up the game like never before. Leaks have also revealed that Octane will be getting a recolor of his original heirloom, too.

Apex Legends Season 19 is coming to an end. Content-wise, the season was pretty bland. So, the majority of the community is pretty happy it is getting over soon. The breath of fresh air now comes with heirlooms, previous reactive skins, and new game modes.

Octane Heirloom Recolor

Octane was the first legend added to the game after the original 8. The Speed Demon was your go-to movement pick with added style points. His butterfly knife encapsulated this trait as a stylish and tricky weapon. In the recent leaks, it has been confirmed that Octane will receive a recolored version of his heirloom.

The recolor might see the usual green stim replaced with a bluish-purple liquid. The update might also come with new and updated animations, as with previous recolors. Octane is one of the more popular legends in the game, and giving him a new toy to play with makes more sense.

With the new direction of Apex, previous skins are slowly being reintroduced as recolors for newer players. By introducing recolored heirlooms, there will be a recognizable difference between the legacy players and the new wave of collectors.
