About This Game

Demolish & Build 3 is a first-person simulation game in which you play the role of a demolition company owner. Your main tasks involve demolishing and building various structures, while managing your growing company. To help you with those tasks, you can utilize a wide array of diverse tools , equipment and vehicles.

Breaking walls, cutting roofs, leveling land and building new structures are your daily bread. Diverse tasks from your customers are an excellent opportunity to earn a lot of money. Will you be able to complete them quickly and accurately enough to meet their expectations?

Throughout the game, you can use numerous vehicles , all with detailed models and sounds. Each can be driven both from a cabin and outside perspective. Some vehicles, such as the Excavator, include several different attachments like shears or jackhammers to help you with more specialized tasks.
