Description of the proposal: Add English Languge, Change and add forum grad's better Like:

• Moderators
• GFX Designers

•  Ex Staff
• V.I.P
• Journalists
• Manager CS 1.6
• Manager CS:GO
• Girls
• Members

What advantages would the forum bring ?: i think its good idea to bring member from other's country to make this communty international, 

But disadvantages ?:-

Pe langa faptul ca ai copiat si ai lipit direct aici, legenda altei comunitati, ai lasat si link-urile sub grade cu redirect catre respectiva com.

Plus de asta, nu ajuta cu mare lucru forumul, toata lumea cunoaste gradele si se pot distinge.
