Introducing Iwona Blecharczyk, a passionate truck driver, influencer, and owner/operator of her own transport company, Imagination Transport. With 15 years of experience behind the wheel, she has handled a wide range of cargo and trucks throughout her career, from delivering wind turbine blades to driving across Canada and the USA. She is also a pioneer in the trucking industry, becoming the first Polish lady to drive on the Ice Roads. As one of the very few drivers trusted to haul off-road B-train rigs on oil fields, with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 63 tons, Iwona continues to serve as an incredible inspiration to drivers around the world. She is best known for her social media presence and her established YouTube channel, Trucking Girl! Since 2013, she has shared countless vlogs documenting her life on the road and continues to do so to this day, with over 1 million subscribers and more than 1,200 videos uploaded! It was an absolute pleasure having Iwona visit us at PGA, and we truly appreciate her taking the time to meet with us, share her story, and pass on her passion to all of you. Ultima actualizare la decembrie 14, 2025 Paper Dungeon – Deep Down este unul dintre acele proiecte indie care nu încearcă să reinventeze genul, ci să îl înțeleagă și să îl ducă mai departe cu respect. Dezvoltat de studioul NiBo Games din Praga, jocul îmbină structura dungeon crawlerelor old school cu o prezentare modernă și o direcție narativă surprinzător de personală. Rezultatul este o experiență densă, apăsătoare și atent construită, gândită pentru jucătorii care apreciază explorarea lentă, deciziile tactice și atmosfera care se construiește pas cu pas. Un univers construit din amintiri și vinovăție Povestea din Paper Dungeon – Deep Down pornește dintr un spațiu de tranziție, granița între viață și moarte. Personajul jucătorului se trezește într un dungeon care nu este format doar din piatră și capcane, ci din fragmente de memorie. Lumea jocului este concepută ca o masă de tabletop supradimensionată, plină de miniaturi, jucării deformate, casete VHS, benzi audio și relicve ale anilor ’80 și începutul anilor ’90. Deasupra tuturor planează Overseer-ul, o entitate care joacă rolul unui Dungeon Master crud și enigmatic. Fiecare nivel reprezintă o reflexie distorsionată a trecutului, de la cripte pline de capcane la laboratoare alchimice, infirmerii sinistre sau spații care ar fi trebuit să fie sigure, dar au devenit coșmaruri. Jocul alternează constant între horror și umor negru, fără să piardă din vedere tema centrală: confruntarea cu pierderea, vina și nostalgia. Gameplay clasic, adaptat pentru prezent La nivel mecanic, Paper Dungeon – Deep Down este un dungeon crawler first person turn based, inspirat clar de titluri precum Dungeon Master, Eye of the Beholder sau Might & Magic. Diferența vine din modul în care aceste sisteme sunt rafinate pentru publicul modern. Explorarea este metodică, fiecare pas contează, iar designul nivelurilor pune accent pe observație și memorie. Există uși secrete, teleportări, plăci de presiune, puzzle uri și capcane care nu pot fi ignorate sau rezolvate prin forță brută. Jocul își răsplătește jucătorii atenți, nu pe cei grăbiți. Lupte tactice, nu simple schimburi de lovituri Sistemul de combat este turn based și orientat clar spre tactică. Jucătorul controlează o echipă de patru eroi, aleși dintr un roster de 12 personaje distincte, fiecare cu roluri, abilități și particularități proprii. Poziționarea, ordinea turelor și gestionarea resurselor sunt mult mai importante decât valorile brute de atac sau apărare. Un element cheie este sistemul de condiții, peste 40 la număr, care pot interacționa între ele. Inamicii pot fi arși, înghețați, udați, marcați, șocați sau blestemați, iar aceste efecte se pot combina în moduri logice și adesea letale. Combatul se simte mai apropiat de o sesiune de tabletop decât de un RPG clasic în care repetiția duce inevitabil la victorie. În plus, anumite creaturi pot evolua chiar în timpul luptei, scăpând de limitările inițiale și devenind amenințări mult mai serioase. Aceste momente schimbă dinamica confruntării și forțează jucătorul să se adapteze rapid. The Attic, un refugiu între coborâri Între nivele în dungeon, jucătorul se întoarce în The Attic, un spațiu sigur construit din amintiri mai blânde. Aici pot fi gestionate echipamentele, dezvoltate build uri, create obiecte de bază și analizate deciziile luate. Este un moment de respiro necesar, care accentuează și mai mult contrastul cu zonele ostile din adâncuri. Cine sunt NiBo Games Deși Paper Dungeon – Deep Down este primul proiect al studioului NiBo Games, echipa din spate are o experiență solidă în industrie. Membrii săi au lucrat anterior la titluri cunoscute precum DayZ, Kingdom Come Deliverance sau Dying Light 2, iar această experiență se simte în coerența designului și în atenția acordată detaliilor.
